Having the right tool for the job makes all the difference. Inner tie rods are easy to install and straight forward. You simply identify the wrench flat you need, place it on the inner tie rod, slide the tool on and close the band to lock it in and your ready to loosen or tighten. I didn't like the quality of the band though, mine was a little too loose and may not hold up long term. Lisle make allot of specialty tools and is a name you can count on. This is a solid investment if your beginning in the mechanical field or will replace several tie rods to justify the expense.

This is a cheap sanding block... nothing else. Is flat, but after few detailed inspections I started to notice that it feels like some glue tips where down the pad, I think is not a killer situation if you are not making a show car, but maybe all of us in the car bussines want to make our cars look like show cars.

Even that way I give this item 4 stars because it is the larger pad I've found without being an expensive 3M stick-it stuff, and it grips the sandpaper fine. Maybe the tips of glue doesn't disturb at all the sanding process... I hope they just desapear after some use.

I have this tool in front of me now. It seems well-made and very sturdy--5 stars for construction. But the included list of cars it fits does not fit the dozens of lists I've found online through Google (or from the vendor I ordered it from). Someone got some bad information and it is all over the place now. I can tell you it does NOT fit the Acura NSX. -1 star for missing/bad info.
There are 2 sizes of damper holders for Acura/Honda. This one is the 50mm. Make sure you need this size, and not the 45mm that is also used.

Just got mine today. The 1" wide straps are sewn across the top of the pack. From the top edge of the pack where the stitching ends to the end of the strap you have 55" of strap to work with. The straps are stitched across the 32" rather than the 39". Zipper spans three sides so you can have the unzippered side facing the front of the vehicle. 4 "Delrin connectors" are thick sturdy metal 1 5/8" wide with rubber or plastic that gives them a tacky quality of being able to grab under a vehicle roof's rain gutter. They are bent to about a 65-70 degree angle. The top of the connector has a 1" slit cut into it so the polypropylene staps can be looped through. The bottom before the bend has about 1/2 to 5/8 which will be pulled up on and against whatever the hooks are brought around (in my case my SUV's rain gutter). The top of the connecter after the bend comes up about 1 5/8" to the top where the slit is. Once the polypro strap is looped through it can go back up to the top of the pack where a plastic loop-through piece is used to pull the strap taut and keep it held fast in the wind. I think I'll trust the back two Delrin connectors for this first camping trip and connect the front two straps through the door and inside my vehicle.

The beauty of this charger is that it can rejuvenate a sulfided battery. If you let your battery run down completely, sulfite forms on the plates from the sulfuric acid that is in the battery. The sulfite insulates the plates and the battery no longer works. This charger has the feature that pulses the battery and breaks up the sulfite.

This charger is very safe, fast and powerful, especially for it's size.

The reason for only four stars is that if your battery is completely dead (if you left the lights on all day and night), this charger refuses to charge the battery and gives the code that the battery is no good. This is probably a safety issue, since it does not detect any voltage and therefore can't tell if you have the battery hooked up backwards. If you can get a little charge into the battery (jump it or use a different charger), then this charger recognizes the battery and will charge it the rest of the way.

From start to finish, it took me about an hour to etch all of the windows on each car. It worked well and looks fine for much less than the dealer was asking to perform the same service ($114). The etching reduced our insurance rates for 2 cars by $60/year (so I'm recouping the price of the kit in the first year), which is a rate reduction of about 3%.

As stated in other reviews, this battery connection is horrible. The first time I dropped it, it landed on the battery end. I had to use very long tools to fix the bent terminals. The last time I dropped it, it died for good.

BTW, no torque or speed adjustments.

I'm now in them market for another one.

RIP-OFF! $35 + 3rd party shipping charges over $12 = $47 and a very bad deal -- especially considering that I'm going to have to go find a hardware store any way (not convenient for me). You see, the Black and Decker cordless screwdriver doesn't include any bits at all. Guess I should have read the product description a little more carefully to see what was NOT included in this rip-off deal. Silly me, but the very old battery operated screwdriver that I was replacing did come with bits. (And no, they don't fit this purchase fiasco.) So if you want it, go elsewhere folks, - don't buy it here.

B&D's Cordless screwdriver is handy anywhere you need to do minor repair work but don't need the power of a 110-v drill or screwdriver and don't want the bother of running a power cord (or cords) to the work location.

We use ours around the house and for odd jobs in the yard, but its convenience and usefulness are most obvious when we go camping. We carry 2 batteries, both fully charged, when we leave home, and this tool makes many of the little repair and mantenance jobs on a small trailer much easier.

We have several screwdrivers, both slotted and Phillips, and a small set of drills. Our next purchase for it will be the nutdriver set.

I've had this compressor for about 3 years and while it is a good compressor I find it to be very loud compared to others in the same class. Also it vibrates so much that we are constantly retightening the bolts for the wheels and handle assembly. Also the plastic guides for the retractable handle have broken and it makes collapsing the handle difficult. Finally Porter cable needs a better system for the cord. It always unwraps no matter how you wrap it around the cleats.

I`ve had this compressor for about a year now. Sometimes we use it on the jobsite, sometimes we use the comprable DeWalt that the guy I work with has- depends on who gets there first. The only complaints I`ve had with it is that its heavy and the cord wrap stinks! Lugging it into houses is a pain and since I primarily do finish work, most of the time it needs to come into the house to be close to the power source. (manual recomends not using extension cords whenever possible) I`ve run every kind of nail gun imaginable on it, frequently more than one at a time, sometimes three or four at a time with a splitter and had no problems. I definitly find it to be better than its DeWalt counterpart and the older twin stack Emglow a guy who used to work with us had. I`ve also had no problem with it starting up in below freezing weather while others I`ve seen need to warm up for a little while. I would definitly buy this compressor again.

i have had the compressor about two years. no problems so far. i use it every day. as a i make my living trimming out houses all i care about is that it puts air in my guns. if the compressor is to loud you need to find another line of work guys.

Purchased Cobra 75 WX ST All-in-handset Mobile CB about 1 year ago. Easy installation, up-front controls, very convenient. Six months after installation speaker in mike failed, could only get sound through external speaker, using external jack. Repair shop said it would cost almost as much to fix as the unit cost.

I have installed this CB in three vehicles over the past three years.

2002 Jeep: survived Moab in a Jeep with no top for five days!
2004 Dakota: survived Hurricane Rita's attack on my Dakota. I found the cb on the floor of my cab soaking wet. I turned it on and used it for the next two weeks to coordinate ice delivery shipments from I-10 truckers.
2005 Jeep: the CB is now mounted on the dash right above the steering wheel. I can see signal strength and scan without taking my eyes off the road.

The best feature of this cb is the small control box. I have the box mounted behind my Jeep's glove compartment. I easily ran the mic wiring just above the gas pedal and used the mounting bracket to place the CB in it's aforementioned location.

I already knew the quality of this unit. The purchase was easy and delivered sooner than promised.
