I bought one of these for my large truck toolbox. Found the contruction to be excellent and the directions complete. I installed the light in the lid of my toolbox was pleased at the amount of light generated by the LEDs, and so far in 3 mos have not had to change the AA batteries. The best feature is the tilt switch that shuts the light off when the lid is down so you can't accidentally leave the light on. One note if using the 2 sided mounting tape on the base, let it cure overnight before adding the top half to the base. The tape is super strong but needs to cure several hours before adding weight. Great product!

This little gem is perfect. I use it for a light in the bed of my truck. It is attached to my fiberglass tonneau cover and puts out enough light to see what is in the bed w/o a flashlight

I always wanted an adapter like that. My main usage is keeping my coffee piping hot in the office. I have a plug in hot-mug for my car. Now I can enjoy the same in the office.

Excellent results -- got what I expected, and on time. The Travel Mate AC/DC Converter solved my problem at about half the best price I had seen.

This CB is perfect for any person interested in CB radios. Mounted it in my 94 Ford Explorer easily. Every aspect of the CB is useful. The dynamic squelch is very useful for beginners when they're not quite sure how to set the squelch just right. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a CB.

This unit looks and works great. Installation was easy and the performance has been great. Has all the adjustments that I was looking for plus the weather channels. I didn't really want the weather channels at the time of purchase, but I'm glad I have them now.

The cosmetics are great -- chrome dials, silver face, green back-lighting, analog signal meter.

The unit is not a compact unit, but I was able to fit it under the radio in my '96 Ford Ranger without too much trouble. The 9' microphone cord seemed really long to me when I saw that on the spec sheet, but it is actually about perfect.

There are a couple of downsides: The Dynamic Squelch Control is completely useless. As far as I can tell, it just automatically sets the squelch to a higher-than-appropriate level. With DSC on, you miss all low-powered transmissions and some high-powered ones. DSC works great if you're only interested in a ~300' radius. I never turn mine on.

The other downside is that it's nearly impossible to determine the knob positions by sight. That is, you can't easily look down and see that the volume is at 1/2 and squelch is at 1/8, etc.

Neither of these downsides are that big of a deal, though.

BTW, I use the RF Gain control much more than squelch to fine tune my reception. Don't buy a CB radio without RF Gain.

These vacs are definitely state of the art. I just bought the stripped down version of the Attix 8 and am very pleased with it. The bags are expensive, but with very large capacity. The machine doesn't necessarily need bags, but because I just vaccumed my new timberframe house after the hanging of drywall, I felt the bags were necessary.

Good power, low decibel motor, attachments included in price ( not extra, like some vacs), and, in general, a very sturdy machine.

For most tradespeople the simple stripped down version, (which I purchased online for $360) will suffice.

I wish that a machine of this quality was being produced in the US.

I spent a month looking at everything I could to find the very best. I was interested in primarily two things; static water lift capability and the lowest sound pressure level. The Attix 10 and Attix 8 are the winners in that respect. There is no over exagerated manufacturers' ratings. Very solid. The messured average sound pressure level is 60db. I can talk to my wife while it is being used in the house without having to shout at her. The motor has bypass cooling as well. This means that the motor is always being cooled even if the hose is plugged. You DO NOT HAVE TO REMOVE THE FILTER FOR WATER PICKUP. The main filter is washable and lasts a long time. Experiencing dificulties in my airplane related to variable voltage I purchased this voltmeter and plugged it in. It works great and lets me know exactly what the voltage is, as in the alternator gets turned off and I start to use battery power, this gauge lets me know exactly when that happens. Excellent piece of equipment. It is not robust, being made of plastic but works great for what it is!

What can i say, just think, i need somethink to plug my DiscoMovil to a car, but i don`t want to buy a diesel generator so i cross my finger and buy one power inverter and what do you think, now i can use my four 800 wats speakers, the PA1000x amplifier, the equalizer, the pyle 6 chanel mixer at full power (they can listen my music up to 500 meters), now i can give music, karaoke and anuncin services for parties and activities. (maybe i will try one American Dj reflex in the nigh, it can be funny) I recomended it, because, now i can get me CoffeMaker to the beach.

This is a great buy for anyone who just bought a car,and needs a first tool set. It contains all the basic, necessary tools in a convenient pouch. The tools are very durable and light-weight, and I've had no problems with them.
