I just bought this piece of junk. It came with a defective gas regulator, at no extra charge. Repeated attempts to contact the manufacturer, Genstar Technologies Company Inc., for help getting a replacement regulator have been ignored.

I order 3 and I receive 3 diferent no one work with pls5, the boxes have the same code number but item were diferent from each other,I have 3 pls5 for my crew so this was a bad invesment. they should say that work for all but pls5.

(White unit) Although I did not purchase this from Amazon.com, I bought it from my local home improvement store (my first mistake). After installing it, I tried it out, but the spayer would not work properly. You press the button, but water continued to come out of the faucet. I called the home improvement store to return/exchange it, but they advised me to call Price-Pfister. After explaining the problem to Price-Pfister, they too refused to exhange it and said they knew what the problem was with the diverter and would send me parts. My second mistake! I didn't know I was part of their Price-Pfister free plumbing repair staff!! I got new diverter parts with schematic instructions to field strip the entire unit to fix it. It still does not work properly. NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER PURCHASE PRICE-PFISTER!! Hope you look elsewhere for a different manufacturer!!

I ordered 4 of the plastic version of these helmet clamps. They broke the first time I used them. I am now ordering the metal clamps and hoping they will work. I was very disappointed. Don't order these if you are going to actually use them on a fire helmet.

I am aggravated with Amazon for increasingly poor product descriptions. This is another example. The description talks about the hold down clamp and the track bar as if they come together as a "system". In fact they are sold separately. I sent a note to Grizzly and they responded, "Unfortunately, the H0877 is the track only. The hold-downs are sold separately. The model number is H0879. The cost is $3.95 each plus shipping and handling. If you wish to purchase the hold-downs, we will gladly pro-rate the shipping on the hold-downs. I do apologize for the inconvenience." Nice note, BUT had I known, I would have been willing to purchase all the items that make up this "system" at the same time, now I am stuck with more (pro-rated) freight charges and time delay for a project.
