do not ever try this stuff, it is totally useless. It was broken when it arrived, and there was no invoice. It takes forever to be recharged, and the power will go in five minutes even when it is at highest status. It can not jump a samll Japanese car, which has a little bit less than 12V...overall, it is a crap!

I discovered the Barbara K line of tools right before Christmas, so I put them all on my wish list. I received the craft kit and I was really excited...until I opened the box. The tools feel really lightweight and poorly made (lots of grey plastic on everything). Further inspection confirmed my suspicion that these are cheap tools at a not-so-cheap price.

Normally I can dismiss high-priced junk. What bothers me this time is that Barbara K is attempting to empower women through these tool sets. If women can handle doing their own repairs and projects around the house, then they deserve real tools, not glorified kiddie tools. I'm returning my craft kit and using the money to buy myself some nice matching tools instead.

maybe just a bad batch but the "heads" all broke off on 75% of each bit on the fisrt attempt to drill. nothing bad about the material i was drilling; the bits i used from lowes all worked for 40-60 holes per bit in 4" slab concrete (cured).

My wife had ordered this plus the 1 inch size for me at the begining of February. I got the 1 inch size in but the 3/4ths size bit is nowhere to be seen! I find this very frustrating! The website now has this item as discontinued or not stocked. There seems to be no insight as to when and If I will ever see this bit. This was my first online purchase and it will most likely be my last.

Got one of these quick shipped to help a hurt employee drive rods. Tried it out in lawn in front of shop/office. Got a 5/8 galvanized rod about 4 feet into ground and the driver came apart. It broke right at the junction between the holder and the shaft. Metal looked like pot junk. Sent it back.

This is far from being ready to use as stated above. I didn't expect it to be perfect as received, but I did expect it to be a whole lot closer than it is. In addition, the cutting edge has a chip which is deep enough to cause a lot of work on my part to bring it back to a straight edge.

Hi After having purchased this unit from my Local Hardware StoreI find this unit has a very short working life. I have had this unit for a little over 15months and now its innoperable for what reason I am not sure ,I only wish that there was some one in Australia that I could speak to in regards to this.
