I was searching Lowe's and found this drill. It is truly a good bargain. It is very powerful and the charger is great. I also got a free flashlight with it. If you are simple do-it yourselfer, this drill should have all the power that you need.

This drill rocks! I have owned three other cordless 14.4 volt drills and this one outshines them all. There really is no comparison. I don't have the words. Feel, power, longevity, co-worker fascination, smoothness, quietness, ... did I mention power (?). It has plenty of all you need. Definately no need for an 18 volt, or any other volt for that matter. I especially love the all volt charger you get with it as I own other Hitachi cordless drills. If it has a flaw it's the case, but I'll deal with it!

I bought this kit for the reciprocating saw. To say I was skeptical about the circular saw would be an understatement. I can honestly say I'm impressed. The recriprocating saw didn't dissappoint, and the circular saw was used to build a deck. It took on 4x4's and 2x8's without binding. The batteries were quick to charge and held the charge for many cuts.

Though it wasn't designed to be a 115v plug in saw, it has plenty of power and is handy as a pocket on your shirt.

I have the Dewalt 24 Volt saw and sawsall,they worked good for the first six months, after that I could not depend on them to go on jobs with me without wired tools as back up. I have had the Hitachi combo for few months and they are much better tools than the dewalt 24 volts. The saw has the biggest blade on the market( 7 1/4 "), it weighs less than my Porter cable electric saw, and it is very comfortable to use. It has a luminated cutting area also, it comes in handy when you are working indoors.
The sawsall is very compact and powerful, you can control the speed thru the trigger. The price of these tools are cheaper than the Dewalts and they are superior tools.
P.S. The Hitachi Green is a nice break from the yellow, red, and grey colored tools out there.

Although Hitachi's prices are higher than most other tool companies, their products tend to last longer. This nailer is no exception. It is by far one of the better nailers on the market and the cost is worth while. It holds up much longer than lesser brands and its performance is second to none.

I was a little reluctant to order this item, because no one had written a review of it. So let me tell you: I've used at a little already, and this seems to be a very well-designed, well-manufactured product.. It cross-cuts, rips, or diagonal-cuts shingles easily; has very good built-in measuring scales that are easy to use; is very sharp and cuts the shingles very easily. I forgot to say it's very light to carry, too.

There's another product on Amazon that is priced about $200 higher. Maybe that one is even easier to use, or more durable. If you had to make lots and lots of diagonal cuts for valleys, perhaps you'd enjoy the other one. I don't know. But this one seems to me like a very, very good product - I'm really enjoying using it - and its hard for me to imagine needing anything more or different.

There is not much to say about this product. It is very precise, enabling you to check those miters and get them perfect every time, ajusting tablesaw, bandsaw and other tools. It is solid made, one piece precesion milled block of aluminum, and will provide years of good service. Worth the money for an absolute 45dgr reference.

These are the standards in my shop for accuracy. These rulers remove all doubt when measuring. Very thin laser-etched markings on very thin stainless steel with laser-cut marking slots for using a .5mm pencil. If you want accuracy and a "reference" point for other measuring tools in your shop, this is the one to go with.

But... make a rack for them and keep them off the floor... One crimp, and the accuracy is gone.

Still... they get 5 stars!

If you desire to elevate your measuring and marking skills, this handy set will do you right. If you're frustrated at trying to line up your measuring marks your're not alone. No more squinting at the edge of a ruler to see if you've got it right. Get it right each time with this set.

These precision marking rulers have precisely drilled guide slots to fit a marking tool such as a sharp pencil or scribe eliminating the uncertainty in your measurement. The included T-square allows one to scribe the measurement by moving the T-square along a straight edge. Perfect. The marking ruler is handy for making that perfect mark. The bend ruler is great for all those edge and end mesurements.

The rulers are made out of very thin stainless steel and if your not careful you can put a hard to straighten crimp in them.

Use them the first time and you won't want to go back.

It is like a bulldozer. You cant break it. Most ice scrapers are pansy devices. You cant take them and smash ice. This thing is amazing. You can take it and smash it into your windshield and the teeth break the ice. Then use it like a block plane to scrape it off. The blade conforms to the shape of the windshield. There is so much incredible engineering in this thing if you examine it closely. It is like the better mouse trap, only it IS better.

This product is the best. Last year, my kids were fighting for the right to remove the ice and snow from my car. This tool just demolishes the ice. And the snow mover (that is another one of their products) is great for pushing the snow off of the hood and roof of my car.... without me getting covered with snow doing it.

I can't wait for this winter... and I have already stocked up on these for friends and family for Christmas.

I'm sure Irwin tools are great products. I own many Irwin tools including the starter Bolt Grip set. However the problem I am encountering is the Expansion set is apparently not available. I ordered this set back in Aug. I'm still waiting. So before you try to order this set, make sure you don't need it any time soon.

Try and try with other tools that never work...and then use one of these!! Great value for the price. Buy the original five piece set and then add this expansion set for more versatility.....one stuck bolt will never stop your work again!!

Nice to use,easy on the hands, and more leverage because of the soft handle. Everbody knows VICE-GRIP brand is the best, and a very good price.

This set includes 8 soft grip pliers model numbers: 10R, 10WR, 9LN, 7LW, 7R, 7WR, 6LN, and 5WR. It also includes 2 locking clamps: 11R and 6R. They don't come with the soft grips. I'm guessing they're counting the plastic tray as the 11th peice of the set. In the printed catalog, this set is listed as an 8 peice set with two bonus locking clamps. Either way, it's the same 10 peice set with a plastic tray to put in the drawer of your tool box. By the way, the tray is about 17" x 26" x 1 1/2".

All of the pliers are solidly built and the soft grips make them feel nicer than the bare metal ones. They also provide a better grip. If you really want to, you can take the grips off by sliding them off. You can't go wrong with a good set of genuine Vise-Grips like this one.

Like all my KitchenAid products, this crimper is useful and durable! Works great for making professional looking crimped edges on pies, I can't wait to use it more over the holiday season. :D Highly recommend!

I love apple pie, but it just doesn't seem the same without a crimped edge. This crimper makes short work of any kind of pastry you'd care to throw at it - choux, shortcrust, even suet. Your pies will look like the one's grandma used to make, and taste even nicer!
Note - this crimper cannot be used on human hair.
