Hand Tool Review Very useful
I use this drill for jewelry making and am thrilled with it. I don't use the Dremel bits, as they don't suit my needs, but Dremel is an old company and they stand behind their product. Their bits are fine for standard drilling. Check around for the best price.

Hand Tool Review I love Echo equipment
I bought this blower in 1985, continually clean 3/4 acre with it and have not had any trouble with it until now. I'm thrilled to see that this exact model is still available unchanged. Will by again as soon as I can find one.

Hand Tool Review Do you own a Subaru with Roof Racks?
When I finally got around to using the Torx T30 screwdriver to adjust my roof racks it was useless - the rack screws had set up in the hot sun.
Buy this T-handle and throw away the OEM screwdriver that came with your Subaru. If $6.42 is too much for you then buy the Eklind #15830 T30 Short Arm Torx Key for $1.65
They both work exceptionally well.

Hand Tool Review Great for Auto Detailing!
I have used this same blower for 2 years now and it's still running strong. I am a professional Showroom Auto Detailer and there is nothing better than this little blower to blast water out of grills, rims, tires, bumbers, trim, etc. after the vehicle is washed. After I blast the water from these hard to reach places the vehicle is then ready for a quick towel drying with only a single towel! Then on with the claying and or polishing and wax. A great investment that gives the most bang for the buck.

Hand Tool Review Best Caulk Gun Ever!
I had to write a review on this gun because it turns out to be the best caulk gun I have ever used. If you think all caulk guns are the same you are right. Most of them are crap. Except for this one, and maybe one other one that is imported from England and is very hard to find.

I've gone through dozens of caulk guns, with each one being less than satifactory and then breaking. They just don't do what they are supposed to do and they don't hold up to the abuse of every day use. Metal guns get bent, plastic ones crack, plunger mechanisms and triggers are poorly made etc.

For years I have wondered why nobody makes a decent caulk gun, it is such a simple device how can manufactures keep getting it wrong?

Well, they got it right on this gun. It must be in the spring mechanism because this baby is smooth. The trigger pulls easily even with heavy Butyl caulks, and it really does not drip. It guns very evenly and there is no problem laying a nice even bead without the globs you get from pulling the trigger again. It's made of a tough molded plastic and super light weight. So far been extremely durable too, I've dropped it off ladders several times and it still works fine. Loading and unloading a tube is a no fuss operation, which is one of my biggest peeves with other guns. There is no spring release button, you just pull back on the plunger to remove the tube.

For $13 bucks this is a winner. Buy this gun!

Hand Tool Review Never will use a 16oz again
I love this hammer if I could give it 10 stars I would. I install windows for a living and use a hammer a lot. I was getting sick of my stanley fiberglass standard 16oz curved claw hammer, i call it pinger. The stanley pings really loudly and it is very anoying. Anyway the Estwing hits a lot harder and has better comfort. Even though the Stanley has a "form fitting handle" that gives me a blisted after ten minutes. Estwing is the way to go. I may suggest that you get the 22oz because it is the same size, cheaper and unless you frame for a living you wont need the little extra power the 28 oz has,. Also the 28oz hurts your forarm a l;ittle quicker than the 22oz.

Hand Tool Review Best Garden Hand Tool
This is the best small hand tool I ever owned! It cuts thru the dirt easily and has stayed sharp. My only complaint is the handle need to be a bright color, since I have now lost 2 somewhere in my 1/2 acre flower beds.

Hand Tool Review Powerful , great ergonomics, quiet drill, nice case.
I purchased this drill for 67 dollars. I have pretty short fingers so holding this drill was much easier for me than Dewalt. Rubberized grip compared to just plastic one (Dewalt) provides more friction between your palm & fingers and drill. This drill just "sticks" to your hand.

Gotta love power of 9 AMP motor. It is still quiet. Cord is pretty long (8 feet?). Additional grip would be recommended because this drill is pretty powerfull and a bit heavy. Extra grip handle can be screwed into aluminum part of body (grip handle from my cheap angle grinder happens to perfectly fit this drill). Keyed chuck holds bits very well and it is made in Japan.

I use this drill to drive 4 inch screws easily in wood (I drilled pilot holes to prevent wood spliting). RPM is pretty high so when I press trigger harder screw can go through the 1 inch board pretty easily. Case provides enough storage for extras (although I have not used it to store additional stuff). I used to have Hitachi 6 AMP drill (keyless chuck) but I returned it to Lowe's because chuck did not hold bits well and I still needed more power.

Too bad that Hitachi had to remind me that I purchased Refurbished drill by putting R mark on upper part of body (looks kinda cheesy). This R mark will probably decrease resell value of this drill. However, I don't plan to sell it. It is just too good to be sold.

Warranty is one year, in case if anybody wanted to know.

Overall, I am very pleased with this drill and can whole heartly recommend it.

Hand Tool Review Like new.
I was a little concerned if I should purchase a reconditioned product but was delighted when it arrived.I inspected it throughly and could not find anything wrong with it,It didn't even have a scratch on it.If no one had told me it was reconditioned I would have thought it new brand new from the factory.
