This tool works very well. If you don't have alot of hand strength you'll never get to the 75 in/lb limit.

The torque dial goes both + & - (install and remove), it has a male 1/4" square drive end at the conventional (dial) end and a female 1/4" square drive at the handle end. Use a standard 1/4" socket for screwdriver tips.

The memory function is a static needle that gets pushed by the torque needle - simple easy and it works, just reset it between uses.

The dial is easy to read and has an adjustable bezel to set zero on the scale to the needle (similiar to calipers).

I've owned one of these for about 20 years. I believe that no other trim pry bar of the same strength is thinner. Its so sharp you can use it to do things like cut the caulked/painted joint between trim and adjoining surfaces, but of course a utility knife is better for this job. With its very thin FLAT STRAIGHT blade-like shaft it can easily slide deeply under trim. The curved end is a good scraper and provides leverage when needed. Its metal seems to have the same qualities as car leaf springs....very strong, will bend without breaking, then spring back to original. I've used and abused it. Still going strong. Highly recommended. I've misplaced mine so buying another.

I'm a house-painter, and this is the only brand of brush that I'll use. If taken care of properly, a Purdy brush will last a life time.

The angle on this brush lets you get into smaller nooks and crannies with ease, and makes cutting fast and effortless with excellent lines.

I'd only use the 3 inch once you get the feel for the smaller brushes.

I am the proud owner of quite a few of Knight-Toolworks planes and would recommend them without reservation. I am an experienced had tool user and find these planes rank right up there with the best. The planes are ready to use right out of the box and are supplied with shavings still in the throat to prove it. These planes are an uncommonly good value.

I have a couple of Knight planes, and I am planning to add more to my collection. One of the planes that I have is the jack plane in purpleheart. It works very, very well! It is easy to adjust, and Steve is great to work with. This plane has helped to convince me to do more woodworking without power tools. I highly recommend it.

Most of the houses that we build have a 12-12 roof. I can't tell you how nice it is to stand on a 2x10 plank.I would be lost without my adj.roof jacks, they take up less room when they are being stored, I have some of the fixed jacks they are in my shop collecting dust. A fine product you can't go wrong.

Fit jaws to work piece, release thumbs from bars and tighten snug with threaded rod turn handles. To release from work piece, loosen turn handles slightly and press release bars with thumbs and pull jaws open.
