A must for anyone who needs nutdriversAnyone who knows of Klein tools knows how good they are. These are a must have for anyone who needs nut-drivers. If you use them all day you will quickly notice how helpful the cushion grips on these nut-drivers are. I was an electrician for serveral years and began using Klein tools. After using screwdrivers and nutdrivers all day every day it became apartent that the cushion grip was a neccesity. Klien makes superior tools and I would recomend them to anyone. I've had my Klein nut-driver set for years and have used them over and over and have never had any problems with them.
If you need nut-drivers, buy these.

First RateHaving long admired first rate nut drivers, I was pleased as punch with the Professional Sales & Mktg. version of this all time classic! The grip is easy to grip, and the stem really drives my 1/4" nuts! If you want your 1/4" nuts driven tight, this is the nut driver for you! At only .16 pounds, you will not come across a more versatile 1/4" nut driver. Pound for pound, nothing will make your 1/4" nuts tighter. If you have loose nuts, I highly recommend this 1/4" Professional Nut Driver from Professional Sales & Mktg, as well as their entire Nut Driver line.

not worth the moneyPurchased (2) of these impact drivers for metal roofing and siding, metal studs and some drywall on projects in Alaska. Both impact guns needed replacement (gearing stripped in one, nosepiece cracked on other exposing gears) within first three weeks, one replacement lasted only one month (gears whined like original and then quit). I also had a 12V Makita that still runs great (didnt even have the new NiMH batteries) after(3) of the (4) Milwaukees broke down in IDENTICAL applications. Makita now makes a 14.4V (NiMH) impact driver which is the one I would suggest hands down.
PowerhouseI purchased this impact driver about a month ago. So far, I am very pleased with its performance. I've used it to drive lag bolts, tighten anchor bolts, and screw down Trex decking. I am suprised at how much torque this small tool is able to produce. I originally bought it because I had read reviews on how great impact drivers are for decking. While waiting for mine to arrive, a boss I know from outside my company had a dispute with one of his employees about how effective impact drivers really were. The employee was using a 14.4 Makita impact driver to screw down Trex decking. The screws took longer to screw in and the batteries would die about every 4 boards. He eventually asked him to just use a regular drill/driver for the rest of the deck. This got me worried. So when mine arrived, I did a little test. I screwed down a 20 foot piece of Trex with both a Milwaukee 18v drill and then one with the new impact driver, twice. I found that if you used both hands to apply pressure on the drill (to keep it from stripping the head), the drill will drive the screw much faster than the impact driver. BUT, the advantage to the impact driver is that you only need 1 hand to finish off the screw (you don't need to apply as much pressure). Since you have 1 free hand, you can be reaching for your next screw, thereby becoming much more efficient. In fact, I was able to fasten the boards 23% faster with the impact driver than the drill. And, the screws are much less likely to be stripped. The 2 batteries, however, were not able to keep up with the work, and I found myself resorting to the drill some of the time while recharging. Overall, a great little tool, worth the investment if you have a use for it. I'd recommend it.
Rated #1 two years ago by Tools of the TradeI purchased the Milwaukee 9081-22 14.4 volt impact after reading the Tools of the Trade test comparing all the then available tools in the 12 and 14 volt class. Up to that time I had used nothing but a 9.6 volt Makita impact that is at least 12 years old. The Milwaukee has the endurance and power to R&R a 16' X 7' garage door with ease on a single battery and is tough enough to take the occasional drop from 10' or so. It recently broke down and the 5 year warranty sure doesn't hurt.

My favorite tool - until it started falling apart...I previously owned 15.6 and 9.6 volt Panasonic tools and had very high opinions of them. I currently own an entire Bosch cordless outfit, but when I decided to buy an impact, I decided on the Panasonic because of the high amp NIMH batteries. I've had it for about 1 1/2 weeks been using it for a basement remodel, and after two days of use, the gray rubber molding started to peel off. Then, yesterday, I dropped it from my hip and it fell about 2' to the concrete floor and broke both tabs off of the battery that hold it to the drill. Then, I noticed that the other battery, which hadn't been dropped, had one of it's tabs broken off of it.
This thing is falling apart! So I call Panasonic, and they tell me all I can do is drop it off at a factory service location. This process would, of course, take about 3-4 weeks, parts depending. If this was a Bosch or a Dewalt - I'd have had a new one next day air. As it is - I'm returning it immediately, and will never again talk up Panasonic power tools to everyone who asks. Never buy another ever.

unbelievable power and controlI've had this tool for about a year now and I can say it is one of the best purchases I've ever made. I've removed damaged screws with it when nothing else worked, and been able to drive screws and lags with relative ease in situations where it would have been impossible to with a regular drill due to lack of leverage. And as with all Panasonic tools, the battery seems to last forever.
Panasonic did their homework on this Awesome impactI work for a Bus repair facility for the Los Angeles Unified School district. For the last 15 years I have dealt with alot of fasteners on a variety of school vehicles; thousands of them. I have used Air Hex impacts for years just because of the serious impact power they have; but for the last several years have thought about the day when I would/could replace my air screwguns with something,'Cordless'? I have used Panasonic Cordless Drills for years; so I just patiently waited until they came out with this newest model with shiftable max impact range slider. Low range for smaller screws so you dont snap the heads off of them and the Hard core range for up to about 80 ft pounds of impact for bolts and nuts. The day I got this cordless impact; was the day I started using it on buses and I have used it five days a week ever since. I am not easily impressed but I dont even leave this tool at work! When I go home; it goes with me; because I use it at home too. I cant remember goin around saying I 'love' this tool or that tool. But I gotta tell you; I love this tool! And the battery power per charge is longggggggggggggg! I am not one to let others use my tools as a general rule; but I have let the other mechanics Use my Panasonic Impact; just to impress the heck out of them; lolol. Its' power to size/weight ratio is astounding in my opinion! Great ergonomic grip and excellent balance. Build quality fit and finish is very good. Has no 'cheap' quality about it. Solid performance so far and I dont see any change in that any time soon. I am pretty finicky and writing this review I actually feel a little odd that I dont have anything I can whine about; but I dont.

more pleased with them.
Some folks may prefer the 5-in-1 version as an alternate to
flipping chucks/bits around as much, and it is certainly a
good choice too. For maximum versatility though, this 10-in-1
model is as good as it gets.
Sturdy and solid, comfortable grip, with the high quality you
can expect from Klein Tools.
