meaurements on wrong sideThe numbers on this rule should be on the inside. With them being on the outside, you can't use this rule to measure anything unless it is fully opened. With it partially opened it doesn't lie flat. Why they make it this way is beyond me.
Follow-up to the previous reviewer from 2000This is a 1066D. It is primarily used for its Engineering scale, which is inside-read, which IS on the proper side for it to be used as intended. If you want a Red-end rule (two-way), that can be read flat both left and right, get a 966.

Hitachi 12V drill and light were crap.Drill was broken at handle and light would not work. If not for the charger in good condition and both batteries in good shape, this could have been a 0.

Check for damageAs I had read in other reviews of similar bits from Freud. The bits arrived loose from packaging and the carbide cutter on one was chipped badly.
Update. Received my replacements from Amazon and they picked up the cost of shipping each direction. The bits arrived in good condition and did a good job.

Brass, but poor qualityPoor finish and the couplers lead air when a little side pressure is applied. These are the only couplers I have ever had that do this. Needless to say, these sit in my toolbox and I have purchased others that don't do this. Even if the nail gun is set down, and the hose is not perfectly aligned, the couplers leak air and my compressor has to kick on often when not in use.

Poor ConceptThis is supposed to be a stop for cutting crown moldings using the LS1013 and LS1214 saw.
The stops are handed and mount to the moving portion of the table. If you change from right to left angle cut the stops must be readjusted. If more or less than exactly 45 degrees the work must be removed and the stops must be readjusted.
These make work fine for saws that have small movable tables and the stops mount the stationery part of the table, but it worthless for the LS1013.
