I'm a house-painter, and this is the only brand of brush that I'll use. If taken care of properly, a Purdy brush will last a life time.

The angle on this brush lets you get into smaller nooks and crannies with ease, and makes cutting fast and effortless with excellent lines.

I'd only use the 3 inch once you get the feel for the smaller brushes.

I purchased the Bissell 2070 carpet cleaner and received it quickly. It is easy to assemble but you do need to read the manual on how to use it if you have never used one before. The container that holds the hot water with cleaner is easy to remove by lifting off the machine and refill. It holds enough liquid to clean about a 10' x 10' room.
It is a little harder to remove the dirty water storage tank and you have to lay the handle down (easy to do) to remove it. I cleaned a 2 bedroom 1040 sq. ft. apartment in about 2 hours. I moved only small furniture. I think it did a fair job but probably not as good as a professional cleaning. The power brush does pick up a lot of hair even though my wife vacummed first. If you have more than about 1200 sq. ft. I would suggest a larger machine and Bissell does make those too. for apartments, this works well and is easy to store.

I really like this carpet cleaner. It is big enough to do an entire room, but small and light enough that I pull it out when there are spills. I have 2 boys under 2 years old... so it gets pulled out a lot! In the past, we would typically rent an industrial sized cleaner from the hardware store about every six months. Now that I have this carpet cleaner I will do the rooms we use much more often. I doubt we will rent a bigger cleaner again.

This little power horse was taking on a big job when we tried it out. I found it easy to manuver, it really grabbed up the dirt and rinsing and extracting of water was excellent. The carpet dried very quick. although it is small, it is quite the power horse. I recommend this for small areas, ie.apartments, mobile homes etc. Also cleaning the machine was a snap.

i got this piece of crap to clean the stains on my wall, fridge and oven it did not do anything. It seems to only clean things that are not that very dirty to begin with. To me it seems like a overprice foam pad.

The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works like a dream on crayon marks on my painted walls. Even if they are not the washable crayons! I have a 1 yr. old and a 3 yr. old. This product is so easy to use and is NOT messy, so I can give it to my girls and they can clean their own "artwork" off of the walls! The Mr. Clean Magic Eraser works EXTREMELY well on everything without causing damage to the wall. This should be a household staple and the price is great considering how long one eraser lasts and the versatility.

Every house needs to have these...they are great!!! It actually took marker off our painted panel wall that I really did not think it would work...I am sold on this!Will keep these in mind to add to a housewarming basket or stocking stuffers!!!

Well... I bought this duster with a bit of skepticism... having just bought a new car! It works very well when you literally have a light dusting to remove... which is what I was looking for... for in between car washes!

Somewhat skeptical, I ordered this car duster expecting it to be more hype than practical but it does a pretty good job! Be aware that it works best on dry dust. Once your car gets a sprinkling of rain or the dew settles on it, you'll be better off washing the old fashioned way.

Works great ONLY if you have dry dusts. If the dust is wet, or was wet and now dried, it doesn't work. Otherwise, great as a touch up dusting in between washings.

I just bought one of these for my new car. IT works soooo nuch faster than a chamois. I can tell that I will get better at it with more use and with more use the squeegee will take on the shape of the car. It dried better than the chamois that Iwas using and left no water spots on the car. I used the rag that came with it for hard to get to spots, but that was a small amount compared to the whole car.

We've been using this water blade as a shower squeegee -- it is the most effective tool we've found to remove the water from the walls of our shower. It's large and efficient.

I tried this for the first time last night and WOW! Drying my full size SUV was a breeze. VERY fast, VERY thorough, and actually fun to use. My kids were arguing about who got to use it next. It takes a bit of getting used to, but by the end of the job, I was a pro.

Now, you're not going to get EVERY drop of water off, but you'll get 90% of it off and can quickly wipe up the rest with a chamois or microfiber towel.

I'll probably be washing my vehicles more often now that I have this beauty to help me out!

I've used this for 3 yrs so I have some comments:
Good Points-
1)easy to attach to tractor- just a hitch pin & a few bolts, on or off in a few minutes. MUCH quicker than a bush hog
2)powerful- really eats up woody brushy like multiflora rose quite nicely.
3)separate from propulsion- when dealing with heavy growth, you can throttle down to a crawl while leaving the mower's engine at full power to knock down overgrowth
Bad Points-
1)belt trouble- still using orginal belt but it gets off pulley for no apparent reason, have to do contortions under a hot engine to replace it. finally I just leave cover off to save wrenching time.
2)grass- it is a rough cut mower, it won't leave a smooth finish but grass seems to be more able to choke & stall it than brush.
3)hard to pull start- It was tight when new, better now but still takes a good hard pull to start- I wish I got the electric start model, more convenient to restart after a stall.
4)noisy- between tractor & mower, wear ear protection

maintanence- in three years, I've had to have main bearing replaced (immediate failure) and idler pulley-both under service contract. 1 flat tire. Motor has done fine, only changed oil & air filter, also starter rope broke this spring.

overall, I have got a lot of use on this on 23 acres, compared with a tractor mounted bush hog, it is a good value for the money.

I have had this mower for two years pushing it to and beyond it's design in cutting brush and have been very satisfied with the results. While it leaves a pretty rough cut in material that is over my head on the first mowing, on the second mowing it cleans up nicely doing almost as good a job as a finish mower. It starts readily (I have electric start) and when I bog it down, it is easy to restart. My only problems have been that the nut holding the tow hitch vibrated loose and I quickly jerked all the wiring loose. That problem was solved with a lock washer. The second is that I did not secure the excess cable controlling the mower properly and I ran over it with the mower. That problem was solved easily with some pvc conduit and some flexible conduit and clamps. Since then no problems in some very heavy stuff. Swisher could improve the unit by providing a more secure way of attaching the wiring to the tongue of the mower and onto the tow vehicle. No problems thus far with belts as others have mentioned. Other than my two problems I am very impressed with the capability of this machine and very satisfied.

Overall this is an excellent product. I haven't had any of the belt problems that "A home improvement enthusiast" mentioned in his review. As far as getting it off the pallet, I just used the boards that I cut off the top and sides of the crate that it came in as ramps to wheel it down, so no problem there either. The thing is a bit heavy and awkward to move around on your own, either backing up or pushing the atv to the mower makes this a non-issue.

I used this all last summer and fall to cut down 5 acres of rough brush and overgrowth, sometimes over 5 feet tall, and it didn't bog down once on me. The only problem I had was the height adjustment bolt seized up on me, and I broke the adjustment handle trying to get it loose. Swisher sent me a new one free (under warranty), and now I just spray the bolt with wd-40 after every use.

For the price, you can't beat what this thing can do. If money isn't an object though, you may want to look into the Acrease rough cut, with a 60in. deck and a more powerful motor that enables faster cutting speeds. Expect to spend at least $3K for it though. The Swisher served me well all last summer, and it started right back up again this spring and is still going strong.

This product interested me as soon as I saw it. The fact that a Machete is classified as an office supply intrigued and excited me.
For a long time now I've worked in the mail room of large company but have felt decidedly unrecognised for the job I do. On frequent occasions my boss will have a go at me for not opening/packing items properly. He is quite skilled in the art of put downs and will often threaten me with dismissal. Once he had such a go at me that I cried. Anyway I saw this item on Amazon and thought. "Ah I could get this through the company as an office supply !".
I ordered one and put in the expense form, our accounts department aren't particularly "on the ball" and they authorised the item. It turned up a couple of days later. I quickly hid it from the others. That evening I decided I'd work late as my boss was going to be on late too. I thought I might scare him a little to show him what it was like. Anyway 5:30 came and everyone left. I took the machete from it's hiding place and wandered over to the bosses office.
There he was sitting behind his desk reading a magazine. I burst in with machete held aloft, he ducked down under the desk then grabbed a gun from his draw. He aimed at me and took at shot, luckily he missed. I immediately retaliated and cut his hand of with the machete. At the time it seemed like a good idea.... Anyway I grabbed his hand(still holding the gun) and ran as fast as I could. I managed to escape and quickly booked tickets to leave the country. A few months later I felt it was safe enough so I mailed a package containing his hand back to the office from Guam where I'd been hiding out. Anyway thanks Amazon for a great product.

I absolutely love this duster-it really helps keep my car clean and shiny in between washings, although it does take using it several times before it stops leaving little wax marks on the surface. But they are easily wiped off. And the little interior duster is amazing-I never expected a plain, dry duster to really clean an interior so well!

I owned a commercial painting company in Durham NC for 10 years. I discovered the EZ painter pads early on. We painted condos, apartments, houses, etc. I found them to be an invaluable timesaver. Like anything, they take a little getting used to as far as how to use them. But once you get the hang of it, you can fly. I could consistently work circles around experienced painters that I had hired that still used a brush for everything. I insisted that they learn to use them because of the amount of time they saved. They are great for doing baseboards, cutting in ceilings and corners. The sponge type backing holds a lot of paint and the fine fiber bristle face allows you to leave a very smooth finish. I used the threaded handle with an extension pole and saved a lot of ladder work.

The main problem I have is finding a consistent supplier. K-mart (or Walmart) carried them at one time. The last place I saw them retailed was at Sears. I can't find them now. The other types of pad painters are not nearly as good. If you are the MFG, please keep making these and Advertise!

I've used this gel once a week on my diamond engagement ring for two months. It works extremely well, makes my ring look brand new each time, and is very easy to use. I highly recomend this product!
