The Bil-Jaz KT6627-02552-1 scaffolding is great. I'm very impressed with how easy the two cross braces attach onto the pin assembly/lock mechanisms. My next purchase of the Bil Jax product line will be the levelers and another set of scaffolding.

The Bil-Jax scaffolding system is handier than a pocket on a shirt. I use this product everyday. It is quick and easy to setup. Once you use it you will think of different ways to use it everyday.

This product was everything I hoped for and more. I will order additional scaffolding, and add-ons.

pretty much the standard now if you look around job sites. Now I know why. Very good investment.

This is the best, least labor intensive and most reasonably priced scaffolding system I have used. To get up 48 feet(max)5-6 stories, with a 20 foot width span, took me 20 minutes- to erect and pump up the two of us and 300 pounds of shingles. Think of the area (1,000 square feet!) you can work before you need to dismantle and move. And we often find it faster to wind down and pump back up for resupplying stock. My one recommendation is that even the 24 foot pole length should require an extra hand erecting. Very safe, secure and nicely made. Smooth as a baby's ... for increased flexibility, I would also recommend jumping in and getting the 12 foot poles right away.

Well what can I say? This scaffolding is just incredible in its durability and reliability.

I suggest you go out an buy some for yourself not later but NOW!!!!

I HAVE BEEN A CONTRACTOR FOR 30 YRS AND I COULDN'T DO MY JOB WITHOUT THESE STAGINGS PLANKS . I HAVE A 20" AND A 12" BOTH 20' LONG WITH THE QUALCRAFT ALUMINUM PUMP JACKS AND QUALCRAFT LADDER JACKS.WITH THIS SYSTEM I CAN HANDLE ALMOST ANY SITUATION AND SET UP IN MINUTES.IT IS FANTASTIC TO BE ABLE TO WALK 20' OVER BUSHES AND GARDENS WITHOUT DISTURBING ANYTHING.THESE PLANKS ARE INCREDABLY STRONG AND HOLD MUCH MORE THAN THE RATED 500 POUNDS.I AM ABLE TO LIFT THESE PLANKS BUY MY SELF BUT I DRAG THEM ALOT.I HAVE REALLY FOUND THE 12" WIDE PLANK MORE VERSITAL ON LOWER SECTIONS BECAUSE IT FITS MY LADDER JACKS AND I USE IT AS MY WORKING PLATFORM IN COMBINATION WITH MY 20" PLANK UP HIGH. PLUS HOW CAN YOU BEAT FREE SHIPPING ON THESE BABIES. I AM ABOUT TO PICK UP ANOTHER SET SO I CAN GO 40 FT AT A TIME. YOU WILL PAY FOR THIS SYSTEM WITH THE FIRST JOB IN LABOR COSTS ALONE AND WORK LIKE A GENTLEMAN.

Got the 20' plank in addition to the 16' version. The 20' is just as good, spans farther, and weighs more. It can be a bear to handle by yourself but the extra 4' comes in very handy at times. And don't forget to consider how you will haul it - probably need a lumber rack or trailer...

This is a nicely built and sturdy plank. On the jobsite it is often the first pulled off the truck to use. If you are only working by yourself, you might be able to get by with the 1 man rated plank - otherwise get the 2 man plank.

I'm a pretty big guy and I like to stay on the ground when possible, but having the right tools makes tempting gravity less risky. I use this plank between two Werner 8' twin step ladders, and it makes for a very solid, and very flexible scaffold. Having 10' between the ladders makes movement less frequent than if I used 4' sections of scaffolding, and having the outer side of a twin step ladder on each end makes it easy for someone to lend a hand if needed.

I bought this scaffold to paint off of a ladder using jacks. The plank is very sturdy, easy to work off of, and very slip resistant. I wish it was a little bit lighter, but I would not want to give up any of the strength and stability it currently has in order to shave off a couple of pounds. I am very happy with the quality of this plank and would recommend it to others.

My ClimbTek 16' articulated ladder was exactly what I expected and then some. It meets all of my needs around my single story ranch with a ruggedness to stand up to the toughest jobs. When I decided to stain this past summer I debated making my own platforms so I could make use of the scaffold.

I am glad I chose to buy these instead. Price and time taken into consideration I undoubtedly came out ahead. They are light weight - but again, still rugged - and the latching mechanism is fast and secure. On or off in seconds.

I did choose to cover my platforms with a temporary non-slip cover for staining purposes (an old exercise treadmill tread worked great) just to keep them clean.

After months of shopping I purchased ClimbTek and have found their product and accessories to be worth every penny.

This product allows you to get to the job at hand without using your feet. A great time saver and a big money maker.

I give the 24' task master a very favorable rating. The long walk board is lite enough to be handled by one man. Weighing no more than 80 pounds one man can handle this extremely long walk board taking it on and off of ladder jacks by one self. Obviously the walk board is long enough to span average spans in order to get the walk board down. Also it is reasonalby priced allowing the working man the ability to purchase.

The Werner 5507 is amazingly strong for it's light weight. It has provided reliable and sturdy support for myself and my associates while preforming many projects around the construction of my new home. Because of it's light weight, it is easily handled by one person and makes the scaffolding setup much easier.

Lately I've been using three of the Werner 5607-19 planks and three of the Bil-Jax planks with two sections of Bil-Jax scaffolding. The Bil-Jax planks are nice but the Werner planks seem to fit better. The Werner planks can easily be locked onto the scaffolding with a 10 penny nail. The best thing is that they are considerably lighter than the Bil-Jax. I can carry two of these at once, although two of the Bil-Jax is more of a struggle. The Werner's are MUCH easier to lift up to the top of the scaffold, especially when we stack two sections of scaffolding to sand the ceiling in our great-room. We probably will buy our own scaffolding but we will insist on the Werner planks.

Since this is not a very technical item, There isn't much to say about how well it works for its intended purpose. After all, it's a plank... But the real beauty comes in the fact that the adjustable length makes it very easy to store such a long stage in a confined area. I use mine incombination with 2 extension ladders and a couple of scaffold jacks. Works great.
