Work Wear Review Quality Product
A well made quality product. A great time saver on the jobsite. I do not have to spend half of my time trying to find or reach my drill.

Work Wear Review Not just for Dewalts...
This holster also fits the 14.4 volt drill/driver I recieved for xmas. It was also a gift, and I suspect a little collusion there. I don't really use the driver on a job site, just in the shop, so really don't have a need for the holster, but I think I will hang it near the charger and store the drill in it, instead of in one of the tool box drawers. Very nicely made and holds the drill very securely. One of the advantages of ballistic nylon over leather is that the nylon doesn't hold moisture so for outdoor use it is superior. Recommend this holster for those of you who do use drill/drivers on the job site.

Work Wear Review BRAVO!!!
Thank God somebody finally designed a drill holster that actually WORKS!!!

This is the first one I've ever used that: 1. held my drill securely even while I was climbing ladders and scrunched up in all sorts of excruciating positions (my Craftsman holster let the drill slip out as soon as I walked fast!), 2. never once ever caused the drill bit to catch my pant legs, and 3. is not difficult to pull out or put in the drill.

Other bonuses: really thoughtful design, plenty of pockets for driver bits, even a nice hammer loop, nylon material is light yet strong and doesn't stain your pants unlike some allegedly "top grain" leather holsters.

God bless you, Dewalt!

Work Wear Review thinsulate is a joke
I work in a freezer full of frozen foods where the temp is consistantly 10 degrees fahrenheit. after 20 minutes with these gloves on plus a polypropelyne glove liner my fingers had already started getting numb.

the padding around the fingers to keep them insulated is nonexistant.

I like the dexterity and the grip from these gloves. That's about it.

for 49.99 though, I think the average person would be better off buying an extra large ski glove from walmart and layering that up with glove liners to keep warm during work.

Work Wear Review They work for me
I work at Fed-Ex Freightways in Ohio and I've never been as cold as I am when I work there during the night hours. I work on a concrete slab with the wind blowing across at a very heavy pace. Long story short...My fingers and toes freeze during the winter after 5 minutes of being outside. I sort through paper bills, lift heavy products (pipes, sheet metal, boxes, and all kinds of awkward freight) and I needed gloves that keep my hands warm and stand up to the abuse of moving freight. Well I've been using these gloves for 2 weeks so far and I've never had a better glove. Everyone at work wants to spend the extra money and buy these as well. They do get a little cold, but nothing unbearable. I definatly recommend these gloves if you are looking for durability, comfort and warmth!!

Work Wear Review Ironclad Tundra Gloves
These are the best cold weather gloves you can get..they are worth every penny that you pay for them...as a material handler who works out in the elements, these are the best glove to have on your hands in the cold weather..the dexterity is excellent and I've had to take them off in the winter in the freezing weather because my hands got too hot! One downside is that once these get wet inside, they stay wet.....

Work Wear Review Simply too BIG!
This bag is HUGE. It has great storage features and is well built, but if you put all of the tools it could fit in it, you would need a caddy! Wait, I think a set of golf clubs would be lighter. The center compartment can easily fit a large cordless drill in its factory case. If you are looking for a bag to just organize and carry small hand tools, you might be better off with the Veto Pro-Pac. This bag is better as a carry all though, as you could carry a powertool or large socket set in the center compartment

Work Wear Review A nice tough bag to pull together your loose tools.
This is a really tough bag, and looks like it's going to stand up to many years of dragging it around job sites, and in and out of the back of my van. With all the layers of ballistic nylon, and the thick rubber bottom, it's going to even be tough for my work buddies to screw up ;-).

There's more then enough room in the main compartment to hold most of my battery operated tools and the charger. And there's even two pockets on either end of the main compartment to put my spare batteries in [so I can find them]. The 50 some pockets in the side compartments will really help get together all of the random tools that I can never seem to find, that float around the back of my work van.

I guess the tape and cell phone holders are a nice touch for some folks, but it also nice that they are removable for guys like me that will never use them (I keep my tape on my tool belt, and I work on new construction to get away from phones).

About the only thing that I would change would be to have been metal zippers [at the very lease the big one on top that closes the main compartment], but it's nearly impossible to find anything these days that have metal zippers on them which is a real shame.

If I could have knocked off a half of a star for the zippers I would have, but I can't see dropping down a whole star just because I'm an old fart that likes the old style zippers.

Work Wear Review not bad
They stay in place pretty well, although the neoprene makes the back of your legs sweat a bit. They also don't slide around on slippery floor surfaces. Pretty good setup, but expensive.

Work Wear Review great quality
Purchased these knee pads for my husband and he loves them. These have what he has been looking for for about a year.

Work Wear Review What happened to the originals?
Bought a pair about 2 years ago that I loved. The quality of the construction on these has declined terribly. They are flimsy and are not actually the same pair of pads as they are advetised to be.

Work Wear Review Perfect 4 so cheap!
I am a cabinet maker and yes I do installs so were on our knees all the time. I was looking for a new pair of pads when I came upon these. First thought "To Cheap" 2nd. Thought, "what the heck there cheap".
These are the BEST knee pads I have ever owned! There are super comfortable, don't end up around your ankles (wearing them over pants right now), don't cut off the circulation or hurt the back of the knee, light weight, one strap easy on easy off. Buy em'! I got 4 so I could get free shipping. I gave a set to my guys no complaints only praise. So don't let the price scare you off.

Work Wear Review Very comfortable
I agree with the Seattle reviewer's remarks. In addition:

These pads are much more comfortable than the WM brand I bought last Spring ... those had 2 straps which dug into the back of my knees at the bending point and caused minor chaffing and scrapes (bled a little actually). These pads only have 1 strap, which fasten with velcro comfortably; not tightly like the wm pads. And, like the other reviewer said you forget they're on.

I recommend these knee pads. I use them for outdoor garden and landscape work mainly. Just finished an edging project and didn't have any sorness like the wm ones I started out with.

Work Wear Review Never bin a big fan of gloves, but
These glove have changed my mind. Very good dexterity. I am no longer a full time tradesman, and I can't afford to have my hands in the shape they were in when I was in the field. I do more sales then work in the field, and I have developed "office hands". These gloves have saved me more than once when I have to go back in the field. I recently re-shingled my house and wore the gloves from start to finish. No calluses, no tar under the nails, and best of all I had skin on my finger tips at the end of the job. The gloves did take a beating, and I don't think they would make it thru another 15 square, but they fared much better than a pair of brown jerseys would have. A litte tattered and a blown seam or two, but the finger tips stayed on and no holes. They are a little pricey and if they were priced at around $12 to $14, I'd feel that they would be more in line with what I like to spend, but my hands are glad I made the investment. Somebody who uses them everyday will be going thru too many pairs in a year and at the price they are now you would be spend a good bit of your hard earned cash. But price them at $12 bucks and suppliers would not be able to keep'em in stock.

Work Wear Review Excellent fast service and products on Ironclad Gloves
Good products (I bought four different types of IronClad gloves) and fast delivery. Excellent!

Work Wear Review small gloves, actually small enough
One of the important things about the Ironclad line is the sizing--it's hard to find good work gloves for smaller hands. These fill the bill. I've had five pairs of Ironclads over the past four years, and they've been an excellent value overall. They do blow out, eventually, but I find I get lots of use out of them before then (the washability helps). Like another reviewer, I play guitar with right-hand nails, so these save me from dreaded nail loss frequently. They also handle abrasion (in my case, from cord and rope burns) very well considering they're not supposed to. Some near-relations get sliced through fast.

Keep 'em coming.

Work Wear Review Disappointing
It is hard to avoid the conclusion that the people who designed these knee pads never wear knee pads. They are very disappointing, although it would be very simple to make them better. The problem is that the curve of the knee pad is very shallow, and the gel pack is a single pack, not molded to the shape of a knee. Consequently, the knee rolls around on the pad which is almost as hard on the knee as not wearing pads. If the gel pack were shaped so as to cup the knee snugly, they would be fine. As it is, they are little better than a simple pair of pads that I bought for $9.00 in the garden store.

Work Wear Review Not for me
Contrary to the other reviews I couldn't use these. I am used to well contoured foam filled knee pads that stay put. I was looking forward to the ultimate with the new gel backing. Sadly the gel is put in as simple pillows and sewn around the edges. This fills what appears to be a very well made and contoured shell with mounds of gell, which I kept rolling off of, with my knees ending up to the side on the sewn seams. I tried everything but couldn't correct this. Since I can't work without pads [all day] I went back to the old ones and sent the gel pads back. Reluctantly. It wouldn't take much to contour the gel to solve this and they would be wonderful. I noticed at least one of the other reviewers mentioned slipping off to the side also. Great idea, not well engineered

Work Wear Review Gift for Dad who has almost everything
My Dad went into landscaping late in life and it's a job he loves. He also loves all the toys that go with it. Minus the knee pads he could never find a pair that stayed up or in place.
Or that the rocks didn't pierce the gel and for that part his knees. Every day he uses his knee pads theres a call on my machine how much he loves them. They're truly a wonderful product if they can withstand the torment of my dad. He uses them on cement to gravel. He even uses them to weed in to ease the pressure on his knees. There a great product. Work Wear Review Not comfortable or durable
I was disappointed by the uncomfortable fit of these knee pads. When wearing the pads with shorts, the rubber straps tended to slip down my legs. I nearly had to give myself a tourniquet to get the pads to stay where I wanted them! The limited adjustment range did not help, either: the straps have belt-like holes in them and hook onto posts on the pads, so you end up with straps that are either too loose or too tight. They were so uncomfortable that I only wore them once and then bought a (better) set of pads with cloth straps and Velcro closures.

The pads themselves were also not nearly as rugged as I expected them to be. The outer pad is a soft, pliable rubber that I would expect to be easily damaged by rocks, protruding nail heads, or pretty much any hard or sharp protrusion from the ground/floor. The pads that I have now are constructed with a much harder outer shell that is also not supposed to mar hardwood floors and similar (relatively soft) surfaces.

Based on the uncomfortable fit and poor choice of outer pad material, I give these pads two stars out of five. I would have given them one star, except that they did provide good cushioning once I was on my knees.

Work Wear Review best available, but should be better
I have owned several pair of these and have found them to be the best product on the market. They are fairly comfortable, easy to use, and durable. The straps will wear out along withh the buttons that hold them on. I have carpenters that wear them every day all day, and they last about year at most. The padding holds up very well, and does not compress. I would have given them a five star rating except for the fact that there should be better products available. It is the 21st century after all. These are by far the best value around. My carpenters refuse to wear any thing else.

Work Wear Review Excellent Knee Pads: Super Value
Theses are the 3rd set of Barwalt Ultra Light Knee Pads for Me. The first pair lasted 4 years. I didn't need another pair, but I couldn't pass up the price. They are light weight. Soft exterior won't scratch even polished marble. Pads are completely washable. Soft rubber straps have six different adjustments. Awesome soft interior protects knees from even hard rough surfaces. I love them!

Work Wear Review great, but...
the glove is great and fit like second skin, but the stitching wasn't that good, i had to re-stitch some area's ..

Work Wear Review The best I've ever worn. Could be better, though
As a theatre technician, I often have to work with hot lighting equipmentwood, rope, and just about any other construction substance you could think of. I bought the Ironclad Wrenchworx gloves on the recomendation of a friend, and I'm very glad I have. These gloves have saved me from numerous cuts and burns in the month since I bought them. The double layered palm enables me to handle even the hottest lighting fixtures for limited times, and the terry cloth upper to the thumb is a life-saver when focusing these instruments. I've worn them for hours without removing them, all because of the spandex upper. They have a natural hand shape that makes them comfortable to wear and easy to work in.
I've only got two complaints. First, the double stitching doesn't double back on itself, like most clothing stitching does, so they've started to fray a bit in a couple of places. Second, I was unable to find a sizing guide anywhere on the web, so I ordered a size medium based on my own glove size. When they arrived, they were just a bit large for me, and had I to do it again, I would get a small this time around.

Work Wear Review Kneepads for an elephant
The knee pads are nice except they are fitted for an elephant.. I'm avarage size and have to adjust the pads so 80% of the velcro strap hangs forward. If they moved the strap back 2 inches it would be great and fit 95% of men.. I say men because they would never fit the average or slighly above average woman.

Work Wear Review Best Knee Pads Available
I'm a tile setter with very sensitive knees and these are the best knee pads available. They do have some drawbacks such as the size, they're very large and look dorky but they are very soft on the knees and you don't have to balance on them because of the shape of the cap like other knee pads.

Until I find a better knee pad I'll be using these.
