Perfect for computer Pros, and other
Indispensible Geek Tool. The only thing stopping me from getting a Super Tool 200 is the fact that I have a Super Tool already. 7 years of abuse and it still hasn't failed me.
This, an AMP crimp tool, a fluke NetTool and a suitably sized LART are the only tools a network geek needs.
It is entirely possible to install a cisco 12000 series router using only "The Leatherman".
Word of advice: Do not lend anyone your leatherman, they might try and keep it.

If your only going to put one tool on your belt, this should be it!The Leatherman Super-Tool 200 is for the most part the finest tool of it's' kind.
It has the largest knife blades, a very secure locking mechanism, the best saw, as well the widest variety of flat screwdriver sizes. It will do just about anything.
The only down side to this tool for me is the needle-nose pliers, not much good for a quick turn on a nut or bolt. But if you only want to carry one tool on your belt, this is the one to have!

bang for your buckjust got it today brand new for $374.00 ( original msrp $749.00 ), I think its very well worth it plus I just got a coupon at home depot 20% off anything so they will do a price adjustment again. not too much vibration and noise compared w/ toro 2450
The right machine for the job!Very good and reliable!
One of the best power equipment purchases I have made.
Here's why: You need a snowblower. You ask yourself, should I get one of the big monsters, impress the neighbors, and be able to cut through glaciers. Maybe. But if you live in an area where most snows are 7 inches or under with blizzard being infrequent, this is the perfect machine.
Here's why:
It's four stroke engine (and honda). No messing with having mix oil in the gas. It's like your car. Just add gas.
After initial breakin, it's started for me just about every time after only one or 2 pulls.
It's what's called a single stage snowblower. That is it uses rubber scraping blades and cleans the snow right down to the blacktop/concrete. A big plus. Did you know that if you buy one of those big monsters' it's probably a 2 stage snowblower which will leave about an inch or half inch of snow. If you want to go to the bottom, you will still have to shovel the entire driveway to clear that last inch or so. Not with this Honda!! It's clean down to the bottom.
Unlike the giant machines, I can actually fold the push-handles down to fit it in my car trunk should I need to ever take it somewhere for service. With a big snowblower, you might have to pay someone to pick it up and deliver it home if you don't own an SUV/truck/Van... Also...bigger = heavier. Honda..is liftable.
So, if you live in Michigan or Minn. or upstate NY...this machine may not be for you. But if most snows are under 7-8", then this is perfect. It can however still be used for a blizzard snow.
I've done this a couple of times. Just get out there more than once while the snow is coming down. (wind permitting). I actually cleared my 60 foot driveway of 24 inches of snow by going out 3 times as the storm started, midway lull and final when it was over.
Only downside. Does not cut through solid ice like big two stage machines. Also, a bit more work at the head of your driveway where the plows pile the snow from the street. For that, I just go at it slowly, and at an angle.
Based upon average snows, you will be much happier you have this machine rather than a giant iceberg cutter.
Highly recommended. My Honda's gotten me through 5 years of snow so far and never been in for service!
Last, don't be fooled by price. This is not an inexpensive machine. You can go to one of the major chains and see 2 stage giant machines for the same price as this honda. There's a reason for that. Bigger has nothing to do with reliability and practicality. Be warned if you are an impulse buyer; especially when it comes to snowblowers. Honda is a good bet! Some of those competitors machines which are 3 times as big may have you kicking yourself later.

It has serrated teeth and a fiberglass handle that will help prevent electrocution if you hit a power cable and it's rubber cushion grip D handle helps absorb the shock to your hands when digging in hard clay soil. Drain spade shovels can be difficult to find, especially this one, so if you find one buy it!!!

Shovel, or God?In May i bought one of these shovels, it was by far one of the best buys I ever made. I was digging a hole in my back yard for weeks after I bought it. It was the deepest hole I ever made! It was a lot of exersize and fun too! But next time i won't dig so close to a septic tank, I just couldn't bathe enough after that. Buy this item , I highly recommend it!

Accusharp® Knife Sharpener
Made by Gerber
Amazon base price: $
Average review score:

easiest quick sharpenerLooking for a sharpener to take with you anywhere? This is it. The best procedure I have foung for using it is to take a black sharpie marker and mark the edge. This is makes it very easy to see if you have worked the whole edge. Set the knife on the edgeof a table blade up. If it is the first time a fair amount of pressure will be needed and you will see steel being removed. Scrape the edge until all the black marker is gone. If there is a small wire edge it can be removed using lighter strokes and tipping the sharpener a very little to one side then the other. After this it will be hair shaving sharp.

Wow, this is the best snow shovel I've ever used!I've only used this shovel a few times, but I already love it! It's lightweight, but has a hard metal blade on the edge of its scoop to enable you to chip through ice. Its scoop is of a suitable size. The twisting action of its handle takes a little getting used to, but is fine. I stand at just over 6 feet, and barely have to bend at all to use this shovel. (You can adjust the length of the main handle.) It's so much easier on your back and legs than a regular shovel. And it does disassemble into two pieces in seconds, enabling you to shorten and store it easily. I keep it in the trunk of my car.

Nice tool! Sheath not very "Deluxe".The tool looks very useful and well made but the sheath looks like a piece of junk.
MY COOLEST OUTDOOR GADGETExcellent multi-purpose tool that takes care of any job you give it. I bought this from highly recommended shop ithings UK The Wave is loaded with capabilities, including: Needlenose pliers, regular pliers wire cutters, hard-wire cutters, clip-point knife, serrated knife, diamond-coated file, wood saw, scissors. You also get: An extra small screwdriver, small screwdriver, medium screwdriver, large screwdriver, Philips screwdriver, can/bottle opener, wire striper, & lanyard attachment.
Don't leave the bedroom without itI have had the wave for years now, and I have finally worn it down to where I need to get a new one. This thing has been at my side and provided me with countless experiences of being able to fix something ON THE SPOT. The weight is not too heavy at all for me. The scissors work great (I have even cut stainless steel shim with them). The pliers have been used for numerous fixes and the jaws of mine have finally worn smooth. The wire cutters have worked great. The hard wire cutter has never failed me unless I am trying to cut steel cable (a difficult task for any pair of plier-like cutters), but even then I can still manage to do it. The screwdrives have been abused yet still function very well. The blades accept a good sharpening and last for a good while after sharpening. The file is bar-none the BEST file on any multi-tool I have ever seen, and is better than most dedicated files I have used. The diamond file is spectacular. The single-handed blade opening and single-handed plier opening are features I have come to depend on. This is just a great tool that allows me to GET MORE DONE! The leather sheath is also very rugged yet quickly became supple and remains a durable home for this tool.
No, it's not the perfect tool for any one specific task, but it is a very useful tool nonetheless and serves it's purpose without fail. I am amazed mine has lasted as long as it has considering how often I use it, which is pretty much every single day. If I am wearing pants or shorts with a belt, then I have my leatherman. The only nuisance is I have to remember to pack it in my luggage prior to flying!
Worth every penny, and then some.

Nice tool--clever design but somewhat limitedI have a Leatherman Wave, a PST and an assortment of Micras (they tend to get lost). This company makes good stuff. The Crunch has a clever design. Who knew you could fit fully functional vise grips in a small belt pouch? The only downside is that the mechanics required to pull off this feat limit the space available for other tools. This tool will get lots of use, but the lack of a plain blade and scissors dimishes its jack-of-all-trades function a bit.
Great tool! Junky sheath! This is the best multi-tool I've seen, but the sheath is a piece of junk which is a shame since the tool is too large and bulky to carry in your pocket.
Perfect CompanionWhen I bought my Crunch, I already owned a Leatherman SuperTool and Wave, so I was already familiar with Leatherman quality and versatility. My intention when I purchased the Crunch was to have a great companion tool for my others, and I haven't been dissappointed. Whenever I need an extra hand to hold down what I'm working on, or two screwdrivers, or a wriench and screwdriver at the same time, the Crunch comes through. 9 times out of 10, it's the vise-grip that I'm using, so this is the most important thing to me. Being in the Army, it's important that the equipment I work with works, because the alternative is unacceptable. Whether it's here in the states, or walking the streets of Baghdad, the Crunch works for me every time and I keep it with me everywhere I go.

Great shovelTo be honest I wasn't sure what to expect with the quality of this product, after all living in a snowy area in the winter I tend to go through a new shovel every year. I won't have to do that with this one, with most shovel blades being only tacked on with a nail, I was very pleased when I found this one was screwed on but not in just one place but two, as was the D-grip handle. The steel shaft with textured coating made the grip easy to handle and non-slip.With the first snow of the season just last week it was easy going and very fast. I would definatly recommend this product to others for it's quality and strength.
Strong shovel, great company supportThis is the most sturdy snow shovel I've ever seen, but chipping 1-2 inch thick ice for 100 yards on my drive caused the 2 of the rivets on the metal edge to separate from the shovel. Suncast sent me a brand new one. That's strong support...and this is a strong shovel.
High Quality ShovelI have always had good experiences with Suncast products, so I had high expectations for this shovel. Those expectations were met and exceeded. The shovel is high quality construction, doesn't warp, and appears as though it will survive several seasons (it's lasted one so far).
Disclaimer: I use a snowthrower for the big work, this is for the walkways and cleanup, but it does yeomans work.
All in all, probably more than you ever need, build to last forever, definitely the strongest and best I've ever seen.
