Though this is not a toy box (by which I mean it does NOT include safety features like air holes), it was a cheap solution to my toddler's accumulation of messy looking toys in the backyard. I didn't want to carry dirt-encrusted toys into my house, and I couldn't stand to look at them any longer.

This comes flat. I assembled it myself in a few minutes without tools. It takes heavy pressure to pop the pieces together, but an average woman like myself can manage it. It looks fine, but it is not perfectly square and smooth. The plastic sides are thin enough that they can flex a bit and be slightly bowed.

The lid is not hinged. It simply sits on top of the box. The lid is not water-tight. If you store it in the open outdoors, objects inside will get wet/damp when it rains. For plastic toys, this hasn't been a problem for me.

An average size adult can sit on the lid and use it as a bench. It is only wide enough for one person. I don't know the maximum weight limit, but we've put about 175 pounds on it. It is slightly shifty/wobbly, so I wouldn't let a really large person sit on it, nor would I let a child climb on it as a toy. The lid could shift, etc.

I like it well enough that I'm considering getting a larger (wider) box like this for our front porch to hide a snow shovel and sand in the winter, and our beach toys and broom in the summer. I'm trying to find one assembled in a store to check out first, however, because a larger bench could be dangerous unless it is built a bit more sturdily than this small one.

I love this item!! My porch was always so cluttered until we bought this storage container! Now it's all tucked and hidden for no one to see.

I put this on my small patio, and it is great! It will not hold a large amount of items, but will hold many small items, for example, you could fit a 50 ft. hose, watering can and a couple chair pads, and some rope. It is so simple to put together, a couple quick snaps and your done! No nuts or bolts, but sturdy enough to hold my 245 lbs. husband! I actually bought this at a local Target store, and this is the best price.

This is a great product, however, it's not perfect. I don't know why it's listed as discontinued but you can find it at any local store. It might be called "Lawn Feeder" or "Garden Feeder." The only difference is the included type of fertilizer, "Lawn Fertilizer" or "General Purpose Fertilizer."
To be a clogged-free feeder, Miracle-Gro designed it without the siphoning tube. You fill it with powder water soluble fertilizer, close the container, and attach it to a garden hose. When you turn on the water, the container is slowly filled with water. Fertilizer solution is not dispensed until the water level in the container reaches to the top to the suction tube, with the control of the lever of course. The bad thing about this design is the concentration is strongest at the beginning and weakest at the end. That's why you should move through your lawn, plants, or whatever you are watering at a fast pace and come back through the cycle until the solution is too diluted. To empty the container just simply turn it up side down.
I recommend that you fertilize your lawn or plants after the rain. The fertilizer has a wetting agent which seeps to wherever there is moisture. Always store unused product in a tight container, preferably non-metal. It will absorb the moisture in the air and make it rusty.

Any of you who have active dogs who are well house-trained know what damage they can do to a lawn by going out to do their duty. Now imagine five (until recently six) healthy and active Labrador Retrievers ganging up on that expanse of sod for the winter months and you have veritable minefield that not only has to be scooped and disposed of, but also subsequently fertilized to restore the natural "ph" level to the ground. Come each spring and fall it is a virtual rescue mission for me to save the lawn from the mischief my best buddies have done to it.

In that sense this feeder is a terrific help. Since it attaches to my hose both in the huge fenced-in acre and a half I have out back and to the other hose out front, it is an easy way for me to play Mr Lawn Doctor without calling in the professionals. I usually spend a Saturday out back and then Sunday morning out front (after all, it is the Lord's work, isn't it?). Don't forget, it is the size of my lawn that makes it such a long job, not the feeder. Refills for the feeder are relatively inexpensive, and with all the rain I have had this year, I mutter about having to wade through that thick and healthy layer of grass out back with my new ride-em mower. That way I avoid the new doggie treats. Gee, I guess some guys are just never satisfied! I highly recommend it. Happy hosing!

There are a number of different lawn feeders on the market, but none is quite so adaptable as this one. It can be used as a hand-held sprayer for gentle watering, attached to a (non-included) long wand for reaching higher plants, made into a high-volume nozzle sprayer, or attached to a sprinkler so that your lawn care can go on autopilot. It's clearly got the greatest range of any feeder I've ever seen. As if that weren't enough, it's immediately compatible with the world's largest selection of lawn care products, those by The Scotts Company. Though other feeders can certainly be used with the Scotts family of products, they might have slightly different volumes or feed rates. Instructions on Scotts products are always given assuming the use of one of their feeders, so you might as well take the path of least resistance. It certainly won't break the bank for you to do so.

It could be sturdier. The metal is moderately thin. Possibly, a small hand can reach in and take something from mail sticking up halfway up from the bottom. However, this is the most attractive wall mailbox for my home I've found that is also lockable.

This mailbox is a replacement for one that was pried open. It is quite sturdy as well as attractive. The price is moderate when compared to what is out there on the market. In order to make the mounting sturdier I drilled 2 holes throught the back of the cabinet, through the garage wall and then a 2 x 4. Then I bolted it all together. The only downside that I see is that the lock lever could be longer in order to slow down vandals a bit more. I didn't find anything sturdier though.

I bought these lanterns because I didn't want the plastic ones they sell in the discount stores. These are beautiful, well crafted lanterns with solid metal casings. I have four situated along my front walkway (facing south which gets plenty of sun). The light output, however, is not exactly bright. Maybe the ones with the white light are brighter than the amber ones I purchased.

For the price of these types of out-door lamps, you can't beat what you get!

They are Great looking (they go well with the Cedar Archway), easily assembled and reliable for walkway or yard lighting.

This comes in handy for some of your smaller, lower maintenance gardening projects.

I keep a vegetable garden in Winder, GA, and this is my favorite gardening tool. I use it for everything from initial planting (after the ground has been broken and prepared with larger tools) to scratching fertilizer into the soil ongoing. It's lightweight, convenient to hold and easy to use to loosen soil.

Also seems to be pretty much indestructible.

It is everthing it says it is and does it well. Here are the con's: lightweight hose, water flow could be better and unless you write the company in the UK you can't attach any of your own nozels or devices. You need their 'Clips' to attach to their hose. Now you can go to a home improvement store and buy US scew in ends (and I know they do sell these 'fast clips' as well, but I don't know if their to the same spec's) but what a pain. And as far as I know, you can't call anyone here in the US for help.

My husband was hesitate about the hose reel after he hung it, but once we started using it, we realized it was a great purchase. We live near Ft. Worth, TX and use it almost every day - the hose pulls out and reels back in very easy and the hose is so light - even when I pull it out to almost the whole length. We changed the nozzle, which made the hose a little heavier. Our neighbors think it is really neat too.

Works great! Does exactly what the manufacturer advertises.
It would be nice if the mechanism was made entirely of brass as opposed to zinc die castings. Don't drop it on a hard surface & it'll perform just fine!

This is the Melnor I bought and tried out. It is the Best one I have had yet. We needed to grow grass in a large area in our yard and this did the job of watering the lawn. Would highly recommend. Melnor is very hard to find so I went online and bought 2 different styles to try out. I like this one better than the other style I bought.

Bought at the beginning of summer and it has done great....I water out of the lake since the water is free if you live on waterfront property. I needed a good and tough sprinkler and this one fits the bill. Came in handy this HOT summer! Seems like the heat would eventually crack the plastic sprinklers but not this one since it's not made from plastic. I guess you get what you pay for! I DID!!

The price was fair, the part was correct and the quality of the product was fine.

The shipping charge was very high, I had to pay $19.95 when USPS would have cost $3.50 for priority mail which I would have had in two days. The advertised delivery date was too broad, there is no way a small part like this should be listed as a 21 day delivery. The tracking number provided for the shipment was bogus, they gave me number with all digits and a link to the UPS site which was no help to me; it came via FedEx ground.

ryobi makes one of the best trimmes around today i've got one of the older trimmers when they first came out and it is still performing just fine. i love it. all you do is hit the primer 3 times and pull the cord and the attchments are great to i just love it so easy to take with you all my friends are always wanting to barrow it all the time. and there tools are great to.hope to here more great stories of ryobi fans

Hand tools are very sturdy and excellent; however, the large tools are basically useless. You still will need to purchase a full sized shovel and perhaps also a hoe, depending upon your needs.

This is a cost effective way to have a great set of starter garden tools or to begin your collection of Wolf-Garten tools. While they may seem expensive, the quality made the initial expense worthwhile for me (with one exception: the grass rake isn't that great).

The Wolf-Garten system allows easy and quick interchange between various handles of different lengths and a variety of quality tool heads which are well made and durable. The handles are comfortable, have no-slip grips, and an easily pushed button to add and remove heads; the place where handle and head join is very strong. They appear to stand up very well to our soggy, salty, Pacific Northwest coast weather and I have yet to see any indication of rust on any of the tools. I own more than 10 of the various tool heads and several handles, and plan to buy several more tool heads from this line. An additional benefit is that tools generally not available in a long-handled form can be used while standing which is very helpful when one can't kneel. Different sizes of rakes, cultivators, and weeders are available making it possible to have a specialized tool for each garden job.

I highly recommend these tools for the avid gardener.

In addition to being a good blower and vacuum I find that the mulching factor is a big selling point. It readily picks up and compacts oak leaves/small sticks etc, reducing the piles to about 1/5 their original size. The metal impeller seems to be able to handle sticks, small dirt clods, pebbles etc.

There have been some comments about difficulty in changing it from vac to blower but I found that if I spray a little silicone on the connecting parts it all comes apart/goes together quickly and easily.

My only possible criticism is that the vac tube is too large to get into some small spaces. No big deal.

Much of the time a blower vac is used for small jobs around the house. Often I would not use my gas powered unit for these chores because of the fumes and the nuisance of constantly having to mix the oil and gas. I purchased the Toro 51598 for that purpose, not to replace my gas powered unit. At first, I was somewhat disappointed in the electric unit when I was using it as a vacuum. However after an hour or two, I learned the quirks of the unit, namely debris forming in the shroud around the impeller with wet leaves, and periodically popped off the vac head and cleaned the shroud with a screwdriver. Subsequently, I have been very pleased with the unit as long as I use it for light duty work. What I really like about the vac is cleaning out all the leaves and debris that ends up on the garage floor. I would never use a gas powered unit in those confines. As far as the blower is concerned, it operated flawlessly and was surprisingly powerful for this size unit. The best testimony for this unit is the fact that I use it in some capacity nearly everyday and find it an indispensible addition to my garage.

The Toro Ultra Electric Blower/Vac is worth the extra cost over the standard model. The extra power makes it worthwhile. And the adjustable motor speed control allows you to put just the amount of power on the job that's needed. If anyone is looking for a electric blower/vac this would be the one.
