My Review Short & To The Point. The Gardeners Fiskars 95617935 Is A well planned gift for all Gardeners. I have plans at the end of the month to purchase three sets for my family members from Vancouver to Calgary to New Brunswick, I told them about Fiskars Set and they can't wait to get it. Being that I'm on Disibility I have to purchase gifts at the end of the month when i get my Disibility Pension.Now I can't wait to own it!

The perfect size for small patios, balconies, or screened porches. Zapper has a lower grid voltage than most units at about 1,900 volts. (Larger zappers can have grid voltages of up to 5,000 volts.) This minimizes the loud "SNAP" sound of insects meeting their demise. If you have close neighbors who won't appreciate the noise of your new toy, this is ideal.

The wire grids on the zapper are close enough to allow even the smallest gnats or mosquitos to be eliminated by the lower voltage. The unit also works very well on houseflies. Larger bugs, like big moths or "June bugs" seem to bounce right off, without getting zapped. You may have to clean dead insects out of the grids once in a while. A small brush will work.

The seven watt fluorescent tube is bright (blue colored when lit), but it won't compete with a 100 watt halogen yard floodlight. So, place the zapper in a dark area where bugs are drawn to it first. Also, note that at seven watts output, it draws very little electricity.

One concern: The wound grid design doesn't shed rain water like some of the larger units with vertical grids. It will sizzle and snap if the grids get wet. That is why I gave four stars instead of five. Keep it dry (hang under the eves, or in the screened porch) and it should be fine.

These gloves are nice for the price. Material allows for a good grip, but I wish they were a little thicker to protect from rose thorns. Also, they seem to run a little big.

I like these a lot. I've got two, one for insecticide, one for fungicide. They're about the size of a large pineapple. Easy to handle, pump-up, and spray. The real benefit is that a half-gallon of spray is enough to do something effective with in the garden, but isn't so much that leftovers stay in the sprayer forever.

The only thing that prevents me from giving this 5-stars is I had a problem with broken hose nipples--but Hudson replaced them for FREE. So I still recommend these sprayers.

The nicest thing about this weeding set is that it comes with a knee pad. I know that I wouldn't be able to weed my garden nearly as long with out it.
The double sided tool is also a nice touch. How many times have you needed more than one gardening tool and not been able to find it easliy? This takes care of that problem by combining two tools into one. The spade is especially nice for getting at those hard to pull weeds. The claw makes your soil soft for future planting.
This would be a great gift for anyone with a garden!

Overall, I love this tiller. Compared to the 2 cycle engine, it seems to be much quieter, and the emissions are less. (Direct comparison in the dealership, in addition to what I read). I have other 4 cycle machines that take regular gas, so the convenience of just adding gas is nice. If you have a lot of 2 cycle machines that all use the same oil/gas ratio, and you keep a can filled with that, than you will probably be happier with the 2 cycyle Mantis (it's significantly less $)

As far as its function, it turns over a 12x4 raised bed for the garden in a few minutes easily, much nicer than doing it by hand like I used too! I can get all my beds ready for spring planting in less than an hour. It is not powerful enough to till established sod or thick vegetation, so if you are looking to start a new bed, consider renting a BIG monster tiller for the task, or using the lasagna gardening technique.

It works great. It was easy to put together and I have had it running for a month with out any problems. I'd recommend getting one. I have seen the more expensive models but didn't want to spend the thousand dollars they are priced at. I knew if they worked that someone would come up with a reasonably priced version. This model really works I set it up in April thinking nothing would really happen because it was too early in the season but I check a couple of days later and there were quite a
few dead bugs and I haven't seen any flying around in my back yard. Now I still don't have a bug problem in my back yard.

These lights are great! I bought some for my grandmother yesterday, and she loves them! The lights are MUCH easier to assemble than some other solar lights. They just smap together. The reason that I gave it 4 stars, is because it doesn't glow brightly. Also, they are well priced.

Compaired to other blowers currently available, this blower is equal to the best rated ones for a lesser price. At only 12 amps, it's blower output will remove debris from between sidewalk and driveway cracks on the high setting. The maximum mph is 165 as published in the manual. The two piece blower tube joint is weak and will come apart when hard contact is made with the ground. The tube to blower seal leaks around the red lock button preventing entire blower output to be discharged thru the tube. There is no motor torque to overcome during use and is well balanced while blowing to reduce arm stress. Vacuum operation not evaluated.

I purchased this product in April. The programming was simple and I am extremely pleased with the operation of the water timer. I checked the unit last week 7/13 and noticed the LCD screen was not working. I changed the batteries and nothing happened......I cannot see the screen. I called the 800 number and it belongs to another company, the website does not work, Wal-mart's warranty was 90 days(so I cannot exchange it)and I do not want to pay for another unit. I decided to spend the extra money and purchase this product, which states it's suppose to be extremely durable. I live in Texas so that means somewhat durable, the unit was placed on a spicket that did not get direct sunlight during the day, and the weather here has been warm (in the mid/late 90's)but not as hot as it can get for July (102-115). This is a good product but make sure you don't mind buying one every couple of months.

I purchased this timer and have used it in a greenhouse for a number of weeks. It works well, and due to an accident on my part, I have had to replace it. I bought the same timer again, even after looking at other timers. I accidentally bumped the first one with a tractor and broke the plastic housing. If you get this timer, be careful when pushing buttons or moving a hose around that is attached to it - support the unit with your other hand, as it's a pretty big timer and it is only supported by the single fitting on the faucet. Additionally, the directions are adequate, but not what I'd call, "really intuitive".... You may need to experiment a bit to get things programmed just the way you want them. Like I said, I bought a second one though. The second convenience outlet works great and is invaluable if you don't want to be taking the timer off the faucet all the time.
