I tried this pair after my first pair of Mechanix Wear gloves wore out. These gloves didn't have nearly the fit and finish of the Mechanix Wear gloves. I could feel things with my fingers, but the rest of the palm didn't fit that well. Look into the Mechanix Wear Womens or 1.7 glove for better fit. Even the Mechanix Original fits just as well.

Despite some negative reviews, I bought this for my wife to trim roses without problems with thorns. She found them very comfortable, and they protected as advertised.

These are my favorite gardening gloves ever. Usually I feel like I can't tell what I'm doing with gardening gloves and rip them off so I can feel the weeds and roots and dirt. However, with these it feels like I'm not wearing gloves at all - except my fingernails are cleaner and my hands don't get as sore. Hooray!

My wife bought me this sprinkler on Father's day - initially it worked great but on the third use the sprinkler head froze in place and would no longer rotate. No attempt to free it worked. Save your money and keep your blood pressure down and buy a different brand.

After trying all sizes, shapes and brands finally found the perfect sprinkler for my gardening needs. I was a bit disappointed that sprinker, as it can be set up at a multi-head set, does not come with end cap to use as individual sprinkler, but a good soda bottle cap and that is solved for the time being. works well and gives exceptional coverage. sturdy metal spike pulls and locks easily into ground for good stability. very happy with the circular sprinkler.

I have seen this item in the store and am still longing for it! It is not only a very beatiful piece of furniture but it is functual as well.

We have one of these high end units on each floor of our house, plus many of the Lentek lower models. None of them work... at all.

We tried this product out with some distrust. But we bought two of them, knowing that if they did work back they go to the mfr. But they have worked. Flies and ladybugs, which are normally everywhere by now, are nowhere to be found in our house. We are also using these to help with getting rid of some bats in the ceiling area. Will by another one.

I bought this product for my dad as a gift. They have a problem with bees outside on their patio. The instructions for this product state that it can be used indoors or outdoors and it would repel bees. We tried it on a very small patio one day and the bees were actually attracted to the product. They were sitting on top of the machine when we had it on in both the silent mode and audible mode. I returned the product and we decided the best alternative to getting rid of the bees is to use fabric softner which is cheaper.

I have recently relocated from NYC to a very rural area of west coast Florida--Bugs Galore! Although my home was new and not infested, I had constant creepy-crawlies for guests no matter how much professional pest control was used indoors and outdoors too. I bought 2 of these units; one for a central area inside my house and one for outside on my patio/pool area. It works wonderfully! My patio area is now totally free of most insects and the few that do get in are driven crazy by the sound and either evacuate immediately or die. Indoors, my house has been totally pest-free. I also purchased several of the smaller PestoControl wall plug-in units to use in conjunction with the PR22M unit. All in all, I'm very pleased with the PR22M Ultrasonic Dual PestoControl.

It looked like a good idea, a coiled hose, small "footprint", no tangling - just a "slinky" hose. However, not only is the hose prone to major tangling (one loop grabs the next loop or a loop 5 feet down the hose), but because it's coiled, one must place tension on the hose to keep it in place....although one can drag the hose and sprinkler to a location, if the location is even a foot further than the "resting stage" of the coiled hose, look out - the hose will spring back together, complete with the sprinkler in tow!

I've also found the water pressure to be affected (negatively) either by the actual size of the hose/tube or the fact that the water must be pushed through a myriad of circles/loops to find its way to the sprinkler/end of the hose. All in all, a major disappointment.

this hose is perfect for gardening, water fights, or washing the car. the stretchyness can get those hard-to-reach kids and you can almost here the plants say" we've had water for the last 40 days. I think we're not going to die of dehydration lady" OK, maybe that was't positive, but deepin their leaves they know they like it

After a few monthes the muffler fell off, melting all the plastic casing. I spent 4 or 5 hours getting it rigged back together, and I had use of a machine shop. Second season, the carburator went. It's now a door stop.

I got a Homelite Vac Attack. I actually got two of them becausee they both broke or sucked. They failed to run at top speed at even mild angles up or down hill. They stalled. The manufacturer claimed I needed to adjust the idle. I did, and it did nothing. So they said I could drive 50 miles at my own expennse to get it looked at, or take it back. The second time I took it back for good, got a Poulan Pro, and never looked back. This has been an AWESOME unit which, unlike its competitors, has METAL wings inside to chop even the occasional accidental finger-sized branch. Even our small oak leaves it reduced to 1/5 their size. It's powerful and consistent. I can only imagine how well it would work on the big leaves up north, but it chops our oak leaves, acorns, pine needles, blows off EVERYTHING, and is a powerhouse worth ever dollar. Buy gas instead of a wimpy cordless expecially with a big yard. The vacuum attachment goes on with no problem, and although the exhaulst is a bit much sometimes, and the bag empying easies if you take it off your shoulder every time, it works great. Paid about $130.

I recieved my rake today but it came with no handle! After calling the manufacturer I was informed thet the handle would cost $76 dolars. No where in the ad does it say that the handle is not included!!

Another reviewer complained that there was no handle. I think this was a little harsh - no handle is shown in the photo and who would expect one for $20?
I already have an extension pole and I just needed a head for the roof rake. I was ready to try to cobble one together myself. This unit perfectly fits the threads on my pole. It is lightweight aluminum so it is not tiring to lift it up to the roof. I have not used it yet but it really seems well constructed and reinforced. I expect it to work very well for me.

Complete waste! -- I have a problem with crickets (huge crickets) coming in from the woods behind our building, I installed this "repellant" and I have to say... The crickets are practically hosting parties right in front of the device!!! Enjoying themselves so much in fact, they have decided to invite guests... a mouse!! Time to call the exterminator (again!)

Get rid of the poison! These devices work amazingly well!

This model constantly cycles between high and low frequencies. Low gets rid of mice and rats -- high gets rid of insects and spiders. You plug it into the wall like a nightlight or a room deodorizer. It is about the size of the bottom of a coffee mug.

A friend was having a major pest problem. He bought three of these and you could see their effectiveness immediately. The ultrasonic sound does not go through walls -- so a many-room approach is best!

I keep a Weitech 0500 on the sun porch where the cat and dog food bowls live.

Perhaps the best feature is the ultrasonic sound confuses hapless rodents that happen to think my house is a good one to take residence in. This confusion is an incredible hunting aid for my 17 year old cat, Checkers. Just last fall she caught 5 mice in two hours. Rascal, the Jack Russel Terrier, never to be left out, generally steals and quickly runs outside with whatever Checkers captures. (If she doesn't run fast, Checkers will beat her up and steal it back.) I generally watch this most entertaining show from a high perch, emitting some high frequency sound waves of my own. Who would of ever thought mouse control would come with entertainment value?

Much more effective than any spray or trap -- and safer and cleaner -- get several if you live in a large house!

Well, I do believe the last two claims, as anything that does nothing, is likely to be cheap to operate and not harm anyone.

As to the first three claims, I'd like to see the research that backs up this pretty but useless gimmick. My guess is that, if it has any effect whatsoever, that effect comes from the holographic image, the wings, and the movement in the wind.

I now have had two neighbors buy this item, over the past few years, and both ended up throwing it away. One of them came away with the distinct impression that birds were attracted to the thing.

Bye bye money! Bye-bye common sense!

I notice that it is "Currently not available." Well, I guess the world can find ways to improve, after all.

I bought TWO (02) Bye Bye Birdie Wings and placed them on a relatively short balcony (10 meters long). After 3 weeks, the pidgeons were back. I tried moving the devices around, putting them in different locations, put the birds kept coming. I sometimes see the birds standing on the balcony railing, right on top of the 'Wings' !!
My advise, don't waste your money & time.

i bought one then bought 6 more and have recommended them to homeowners who have large picture windows. we had a challenge with the song birds flying into the windows and tried the sonic thing, the hawk sillouttes (work but look creepy) and the hologrphic butterflys on suction cups (those worked but were goofy looking and blew off in high winds). this product was a challenge to get up there but has worked really well now for 3 years and i got enought to put outside of all of the windows and we haven't had any more birds flying into windows.

the other reviewer wanted a deterant to have birds i recommend those snappy things or trying the holographic tape. this product i think is just supposed to stop birds from flying into the windows and it does a really good job.
