Excellent smoothness and stabilityMy only qualm is with the control stalk. Due to it's position, it both picks up dust and is in the firing line for items that shatter while the lathe is at speed. Luckily it seems fairly beefy, as it withstood a large chunk of cherry at 1800 RPMs. Otherwise, this lathe is fantastic for the price. I'm very happy with mine.
Very smooth lathe

DeWALT now makes the DW130v
very durable
superduty drillThis drill is designed for serious power. The applications I have will burn up the best variable speed drill in a day. This drill is so strong it is dangerous. I have seen my drill put two guys teeth through their lips, one being my own. I was drilling through a concrete wall and ran into some rebar, ouch. One time I was drilling through a block and hit some steel and it jerked it out of my hands and the trigger was locked. It kept spinning until it pulled the power cord right out of the drill. Never use the trigger lock, it can get you hurt.
This drill is fairly heavy, it needs to be. If you want a drill for screwing buy a variable speed drill, this is not the one for you. There is nothing wrong with the drill. You just have to know what you need. If you need serious strength and toughness, this is the drill for you.

big and loud
DeWalt cord/cordless wet/dry vacuumIt is a powerful, portable, convenient vacuum.
For quick cleanups of small jobs (drilling holes for hanging pictures, etc.) or vacuuming the interior of your vehicle, this vacuum is excellent.
Super handy and versatileThe item is more powerful and quieter than expected. I get about 20-25 minutes on an 18 volt XRP battery, but almost all vacuum jobs are much less than that. I love that it has the corded option if needed. The vacuum hose expands and contracts nicely. It also converts to a blower in seconds which has come in handy a couple of times already.
Be aware that the battery and charger are not included so the cordless option is really only practical if you already own compatible Dewalt cordless tools. Also, it does not come with many hose accesories, but I have several 1 1/4" add-ons from my broken hand vac that work great.
My refurb unit appeared brand new so don't be afraid to buy one and save a few bucks.

Glass Smooth, Glass Smooth, Glass SmoothFreuds cabinet making set is so well made, that their is little motivation to pick up a shaper. Shapers are known for 10,000 RPMs, thereby creating panels in a single pass that are smooth.
I have never bought a bad Freud bit. Them and Whiteside are my pride and joys. I also recommend picking up an inexpensive carbide tipped set on eBay that are imported. You can get a large selection of profiles and types for the cost of a couple of bits. When making painted moldings for example, you don't need the ultimate in sheen on the wood surface. Although with the dollar conversion and the daily monetary needs overseas, it is amazing how much quality can be produced for such a little bit of money.
Freud and Whiteside are the best, although their are several manufacturers, such as CMT and Viper that are quality bits as well. This Freud cabinet making bit is worthy of your best projects. Buy it you won't be sorry.

SANYO WINE COOLERThe unit visually is the equal of other hardware in the kitchen annex where it sits on a counter.
I am going to install some exterior side wall insulation blocks covered with thin veneer hardwood to reduce cold loss. To the hand, the box insulation must not be quite thick enough to retain more cold.
Bottom line: I would do it again.
Great little cooler!Definitely would purchase this again... the wine does taste better!

Save fingers, more comfortable on table saw and shaper
Great small feeder for the money!!!Plan on spending 1 hour to mount the power feeder. I chose to grind off the front portion of the wheel guard so I could get it tighter to the feence for smaller moulding. Leave enough guard to prevent damage to the wheels, but it 1'4 from the side, and 12" wide mae a huge difference for tightness to the fence. I recommend purchasing a drill and tap set and tapping the table top. Much easier than trying to fish under, get through any reinforcement webbing and locate nuts.
Save your fingers! This model from Delta is a very versatile performer, can be positioned in virtually any position or configuration you can think of, and the ability to run it in reverse is very useful in certain situations. Mine is somewhat older and it appears that there have been some design changes and a few components have been changed over to plastic. However, overall it appears to be the same device. Everything is very solidly built and absolutely rigid when locked down. However, if care is not taken during set-up a feeder can also pull pieces directly into or away from the cutter head and it will drag unsecured items such as fence plates into the cutter head too. Check everything prior to turning anything on and then check it again... it could save you more than a ruined piece of wood. The only criticism I have of Delta shapers is the fact that you have to drill the holes in the cast iron table yourself. I can understand why they don't drill holes in a table saw top by default, but a shaper? It's not too arduous to do this, but really this should be something that is done right in the factory even if you don't get a feeder with your shaper (the holes would not interfere or effect the use of the shaper in anyway). If your buying a shaper put a feeder in your budget, you will never regret the decision.

Good grinder, but they stopped thinking a little too soonThe instructions are also quite poor in showing how to assemble the accesories. It reads like it was written by someone for whom English is a second language.
Also, wish it had a brake as the grinding wheels spin a LONG time after you power off.
Overall, a good tool, but one whose designers stopped thinking too soon when designing it.
A Great Bench Grinder!
Perfect for home useI have been pleased with this grinder, although I have only had it for a month. It has plenty of power for sharpening dull lawnmower blades, chisels, punches, you name it. It comes with two grinding wheels of differing grit, and between the two grits, you should be covered for 99% of any sharpening chores. Although it would be wise to also buy a wire brush wheel for metal cleaning and deburring.
The unit seems well constructed. Everything assembled easily and seemed well made, although I would have liked to have seen slightly stronger tool rests. But atleast they were stronger than what I saw on other grinders I looked at.
I would easily recommend this for home or small shop use. It's a great value at this price.

Instructions Incorrect! However, on Dremel attachment 1453, front of box, the picture shows the guide riding on the chain's depth gauge instead. Printed instructions on the back of the box (and supported with pictures) confirm this error for both left and right teeth.
To further confuse matters, the instruction sheet inside the box describes a method where the guide rides on top of the tooth for one side of the chain, but on top of the depth gauge for the other side! This is also incorrect, in addition to contradicting the instructions on the box.
Nonetheless, the device works adequately, especially if the user modifies the procedure to cause the guide to ride on top of the cutters for both sides of the chain.
In my opinion, this would become an excellent attachment if the instructions were rewritten, the pictures on the box replaced by correct ones, and the guide manufactured as a mirror image of the one presently sold. This would allow sharpening both sides from the non-engine side of the saw, thereby allowing two more teeth to be sharpened before chain repositioning. On an 18 inch bar this amounts to five rather than three teeth for left side cutters - a 67 percent improvement.
I have e-mailed Dremel with some of these observations, but received no reply!
It works...
Best Sharpening I ever had
