You could call it 3 1/2 stars...I bought this blade stabilizer because I own the DeWalt DW746 table saw, and I thought that I would buy the stabilizer made by my saw company. Prior to installing this thing on my saw, I verified its 'flatness' on a granite register plate (which is flat to within +/- .0001"). I was happy to find it to be very flat.
This stabilizer does a very good job of reducing blade vibration and thus helps to deliver noticably smoother cuts. My only beef with it is that it is too big! At 5 inches in diameter, it effectively limits the depth of cut I get from my 10 inch saw blade. When I try to raise the blade all the way, it stops short by an inch or so when the stabilizer bumps into the underside of the throat plate on my saw! When I checked a few of the other blade stabilizers on the market I discovered that Freud's is only 3 1/2 inches in diameter but Forrest makes its 'stiffeners' in 4, 5, and 6 inch sizes.
The bottom line here is that this DeWalt blade stabilizer does its job, but be prepared to sacrifice some cutting capacity!

not the Dremel Quality I've come to appreciateThe carbide tip is held in the chuck with a small set screw. The chuck is low quality aluminum and the set screw tore out the threads of the chunk before it even started to tighten down.

Air CompressorI haven's used it yet. I found out the price differance wasn't that great, they have these at Home Depot for around the same price for brand new. This one is refurbished, and so far, one metal arm is missing and a screw is stripped where the other arm should be. I have yet to use the produce and hoping it works great.

OK for the moneyDon't expect a Pexto for the price. Expect adequate. Expect to have to make some minor adjustments. Expect some crooked parts. Expect to have to do some clean up of gloppy finish and rough edges in the bending area.
The biggest issues are with getting the thing.
A standard pallet jack will not fit under the crate without getting back and taking a run at it. This makes it very difficult to handle inside the delivery truck and on the ground.
Be SURE to be fussy about the condition of things before the delivery driver leaves and don't let him or her decide anything for you. Remember that you can refuse delivery. If there is significant damage, refusal makes things easier for you and for Grizzly. You can open the crate by removing the two straps and just a few nails at the bottom of the long sides and lifting off the main box.
To Grizzly's credit, ALL of their people I have dealt with whether in a showroom or on the phone or through email have been friendly and have meant well and acted concerned even if they might not have been able to deal with an issue like the flimsy crates.
Expect to end up thinking "at least it was cheap."

Be prepared. The machine is a nice simple design reasonably well made. No problem there.
The issues are with how Grizzly does some things:
Crating and rust protection are totally inadequate.
With normal handling the mechanism for the top roll falls open in the crate and the top roll flops around breaking things. My first sample self destructed inside the crate, the second managed just minor damage to the paint. I refused delivery on the first, accepted the second.

Expect to see various rust on ground surfaces. The gunk applied at the factory in China is too thin to keep things rust free getting from the tropics to the USA.
