Reconditioned DeWalt DW433KRI received the above belt sander and was pleased upon its arrival, however, upon use am very unhappy. The belt does not track properly and comes off the sander, even when using the tracking adjustment to the point it falls out! I contacted DeWalt and they advised taking it in for service as the tension spring is apparently malaligned, what is the point when it shoud have worked to begin with? I will have to take the unit for Warranty Repair, but since I needed it to paint the house, it seems to defeat the purpose.

Check for damageAs I had read in other reviews of similar bits from Freud. The bits arrived loose from packaging and the carbide cutter on one was chipped badly.
Update. Received my replacements from Amazon and they picked up the cost of shipping each direction. The bits arrived in good condition and did a good job.

Grizzly G8061 Aluminum Drill Stand
Made by Grizzly

Average review score:

Can I get an RMA?This is going back to Grizzly. Not sure how this product is supposed to perform. The instructions lack the crucial information on how to mount and operate the drill after you setup the whole contraption. A plastic insert grips the chuck collar while it spins freely in the aluminum holder. So, it really doesn't provide much stabilization. Tighten down the collar and the drill chokes or ends up releasing the drill bit. Better instructions may help, but I think the implementation is wrong.

Grizzly H3123 Electric Guitar Kit
Made by Grizzly

Don't go for it...My son wanted to have electric guitar. Since he is starting to play, I thought I could get him a entry level. I happned to have Grizzly catalogue and $150 kit looked good. I have been doing woodworking for many years, I didn't see any problem assembling it. With lack of market survery, I ordered one. $15 or so of shipping added on.
Arrived as promised. So far so good, but problem started right after I started to assembling it. After all finishing have been done.
First, all of pre-cut holes to accept electical part are all off from where they are supposed to be. I have to push pick guard (on there all pick-ups, volume knob etc are attached) against to one side very hard so that I could have barely have back up space for screws to go in.
Second, pre-drilled screw holes for neck connection is off too. These hole can not be re-drilled as they are off by half hole. So I have to fill those holes with two part epoxy so that I can make new holes at a correct position.
Well, that's fine... it is a kit. Some adjustment could be needed. This is THE my first of anything that comes with not enough screws too... I cann't believe it...
Third, the thickness of neck where it meets body was too thick.I have to shave off about 1/8"...
And finally, after everything's been done, I started to tune but I can not. As matter of fact, I needed to adjust length of strings to get correct intonation. In the manual, nothing about this at all.
I called their help line. And it is not tall free...
I've got a person to talk. He did not give me any clue how to do it but he was trying to sell their book on how to adjust string length. He also suggested to go to any guitar shop for this and said it is not a complicated process, and it may cost $10 to do it. !#%^@$!@#@
Off the phone, since he said it is not complicated procedure, I searched internet and wound up on a owner's manual of Gibbson electric guitar, where they kindly included how to do intonation. (it was true that it is not that complicated, just two lines of sentence was all I needed to know how to do it...)
My final frustration came bit later,... I was strolling around Target store... where they sell if for $150, same guitar but all assembled, finished, no hassle, no shipping...

HDC 18 Volt Cordless Drill/Driver Kit with BatteryMy shipment of this item left me in doubt of the positive feedback someone wrote for this drill. Not only did this drill look a bit previously used but my 9.6 volt has more power then this HDC 18 Volt. I can hold the end of the HDC 18 volt drill and keep it from spinning even with a fully charged battery. If all these drills are like this, my advise is ...don't do it. I contacted the seller he said he would (in my case) send a return postage paid label and full refund. To date I have not received it. The old standard seems to be true in this case, if it's too good to be true, it probably isn't what you want.

Just a 12 minute commercialI was expecting an hour or so of instructions. Making templates, using the bit, etc. What I got was 30-45 seconds of instruction and a whole lot of marketing. This reminds me of a video you'd see at a trade show promoting the results - not how to get them.
You could skip the video and still use the system without any problems.

Poor ConceptThis is supposed to be a stop for cutting crown moldings using the LS1013 and LS1214 saw.
The stops are handed and mount to the moving portion of the table. If you change from right to left angle cut the stops must be readjusted. If more or less than exactly 45 degrees the work must be removed and the stops must be readjusted.
These make work fine for saws that have small movable tables and the stops mount the stationery part of the table, but it worthless for the LS1013.

Hard to rate when item is incomplete.I was not expecting a professional quality item just something I could use to learn with. Unfortunately, it doesn't even get that far -- the converter arrived with several missing parts.
The apparently factory sealed box was missing handles/bit storage units, connecting piece for for the rip fence, the rods to connect the fence to the unit and possibly part of the instruction sheet(s) - which appeared to be photocopied.
What little of the product that is actually in the box, the plastic is a cheap, rigid quality that in previous experience will break easily when too much force is applied.
I am attemtping a replacement, but if its a "need it now" purchase or you're looking for a tool that's going to last a long time I would look at a different manufacturer.

The second cutting wheel cut right through the teeny tiny screw holding the wheel on the tool.
I was hoping that dremel made something better than this, but apparently not. From what I can asertain I am supposed to stock up on dremel mandrel screw downs at 3$ a pop and let it cut through it's own holding screw.
It is a pain to tighten this thing down because the screw is so small. The cutting wheels are so fragile I am affraid I am going to shatter the wheel if it's down two tight. If it's not down tight enough though then it will cut the holding screw or grind out a big hole in the center of the wheel. (Can we get around to actually cutting the material in the project?)
Also, be careful when tightening this down. If your screw driver slips and goes past the screw too fast it will shatter the cutting wheel.
It astounds me that they would have such an unstable method for holding the cutting wheel in place. I would have thought after the number of years on the market they have had they would have improved on the method of holding these wheels in place. A broad flat surface such as washers or a flang of some kind on the end of the tool to support the wheel would be a big improvement.
