I used the first 4000 and am ordering again. Had about 5 jams in the 4000. Highly recommended if you need a fastener that won't rust or stain.

Using these with the Porter Cable 250B and could not be happier. I was worried about non-PC nails, especially expensive stainless, but there is about 1 jam in a 1000 and that is probably dirt from working outside.

Using my Senco SFN40 nailer I've gone through a box (4000 nails) without a single jam.

I am a very novice wood worker. I have some beginner books about "2x4 furniture" I have a circular saw, but, as you know, unless you are very experienced, executing cross cuts on lumber is not just a matter of chopping -- you have to measure, and add for the blade offset -- every time!. It was tedious, and i was close to getting a table saw or a miter saw. Fortunately, I came across this clever too -- simply line up the guide on the line where you want to cut, push the saw, and you are done.

Save yourself. It is too late for me. I am addicted to these batteries. I have several tools and some garden equipment that all use the same interchangeable batteries. I have been absolutely corrupted. If these animals are supposed to ware out it has not happened yet. I have not counted but I guess I have not reached the 500 Th charge. Mean time I also have not found my self waiting on the charger to complete a single project from refurbishing furniture to building a fence.

B&D-VersaPak SnakeLight! Wow! Nice! An Extra Eye! Personally I like Black & Decker's VersaPak tools for light duty hobby activities in my laboratory. I don't see well so anything that helps me with fine detail work is welcome! This tool does just that by concentrating just the right amount of light in a small space that is nonglaring. I am so pleased with my SnakeLight, I am contemplating the purchase of another! With the light comes a 3.6v Black & Decker VersaPak Screwdriver, dual port VersaPak charge and one silver VersaPak battery. Given the fact that I will most likely be using the light when using the screwdriver, it would have been nice if they would have included TWO Batteries! I won't hold that against them as you get what you pay for! Now, shall I purchase another?

I really love the new 18-volt rechargeable batteries pack that goes with it. Some time ago I bought Black and Decker Cordless Trimmer that came with the same batteries pack. The batteries are so easy to put on and take off from the tools. Now that I have 4 batteries, I'll never run out of power when doing yard work. BTW, the sweeper is very powerful, it's a piece of cake to blow a good amount of pebbles off the stone pavement. And, another great thing about it is that it's light-weight also, you won't get fatigue from using it.

This saw is a great addition to any carpenter's or handyman's tool kit. I use mine all the time when I don't have access to power or I don't feel like lugging out the extension cord and saw. Most of the time I use it for cutting down trim and 2 Xs to rough length for easier handling. The cut depth and bevel adjustments are easy to use and accurate. There's plenty of power and the blade is razor sharp! There's a dust port for using with a vac or dust collection system. Overall this is a great saw but a bit pricey, so I suggest that you buy the combo kit with the jig saw, sawzall, and drill. I have the set and use all 4 tools all the time, they are all great! You can't go wrong with Bosch when it comes to cordless tools.

I was curious about this tool and eventually bought one, although my previous experience with Bosch 24v batteries was less than positive. I am happy I bought this tool.

The saw is only smaller in general size than a typical corded 7.5" and feels like one. It is much bigger than the 4.5" cordless circular saws I have used before. I really like those alot, but this seems to me a much better substitute for a 7.5" corded. I have used mine exclusively cutting 3/4" MDF and 1x poplar in jig-guided applications and it has never shown any lack of power whatsoever. The blade (I upgraded to a Freud with more teeth) is slightly thinner than the typical 1/8", just over a 1/16th" and it cuts like a laser. That and the extremely responsive brake, as well as a great shoe, make using this tool seem so much more sophisticated than using your usual circular saw.

The whole fit / finish of this saw is very refined and it seems that a lot of time and careful attention went into the design and construction of this tool. I have noticed many reconditioned ones on tool crib and in other places so I don't know if they are generally lemons and I just happened to luck out and get a great one. The wormdrive corded Bosch with the quick-connect looks like it might be a good joice as well--but I am extremely pleased with this tool and would replace it with another if need be.
