I'm not sure how long I've had this drill, but probably 3-4 years. At the time I write this it has been discontinued, but I'm sure Milwaukee has replaced it with a similar, upgraded model. After going through several lesser drills over a number of years I decided to splurge and spend the money on a REAL piece of equipment. It's been worth every penny. I expect this drill to outlast ME, it's that good. Very powerful, reliable, the batteries charge in about 45 minutes, and it has done everything I've asked of it easily. If I add up what the lesser drills cost me over the years, it would have been cheaper to buy the best the first time.

Whatever your expectations, this drill will probably meet them.

It has been four years since my corded Sears brand 3/8" drill was given to me for Fathers Day. It has faithfully served me for normal use, but after 9/11 I purchased an American Flag and wanted to mount it on our brick facade. I quickly discovered that I needed a hammer drill and after looking at all the major brands, I settled on the Milwaukee 14.4V cordless hammer drill. First, I am not a contractor and I do not need any more power than 14.4V. Second, after handling similar products from Porter Cable and Dewalt, the Milwaukee handle was more slim and fit my hand much better. In addition the Milwaukee weighed less and had a metal chuck and reversible battery. I took it home charged up the battery in one hour and was able to easily drill in hammer mode four holes and then drive the screws in the brick to hold the flag bracket. My flag is proudly displayed and I am happy with my purchase of the Milwaukee 0514-24 14.4V hammer drill.

I love the soft start feature that this drill has. It helps manage initial start up torque. THis drill mixes heavy consistency materials quite well. Speed dial is great, you can dial speed back to as low as 115rpm. This is a nice feature for mixing stains and paints. Drill is well balanced and handles well for a drill this size. Drill is extremely well made.!!!

If you want power, you can't do any better than this. This has a variable speed dial and is literally twice as powerful as a Milwaukee magnum hole shooter. I got one of these used at a pawn shop and I really like it.

If you are going to be doing any serious wiring around your house buy one of these drills, don't argue with me, don't cavil and whine that's it's too expensive, just buy the drill. Now Drilling between joists, or up into wall cavities, tasks which are a complete pain in the neck with a standard drill are almost effortless with the 3002. I had to run a bundle of wires through 12 floor joists, with this drill it took me about 15 minutes to drill all of the holes I needed and run the wires. Like every other Milwaukee product the drill is very well built and durable and if taken care of will last forever.

I use this drill at work on a daily bases and it has never let me down. The extra long handle is great when your dilling overhead. This model has a higher rpm than the standard right angle dill kit. The higher rpm's make drilling wood a lot easier. I only wish Milwaukee would have put the Quik-Lok cord on this model. No tool is perfect but this one comes close.

I had spent 6 years procrastinating, using my 18v cordless drill to drill for my wiring jobs. I borrowed my plumbers right angle drill (a beat-up Old Milwaukee)and on my way home that night I stopped at my local home improvement store and bought one. Wow what a time saver. The Old Milmaukee FEELS heavy duty. Great torque. Im sure I'll be passing this one down some day. And this is from a Dewalt user...

This is a very good drill well built and durable.

Most of the sawzall blades are ok, so-so, and will get the job done in a timely manner, but if you got an AX blade, get ready to rummmmbbble. These babies are out to kick b--- and they don't care what's in the way. You framing,electical,plumbing, or just overall PROS had better check these guys out.

This blade is great for rough work. It doesn't bend when jabbing at wood to start the cut. It cuts nails off and stays sharp a lot longer than most blades.

This hole saw kit contains all the common sizes you will need as a general contractor provided you are not running large plumbing lines. Case, hole saws, and arbors measure up to Milwaukee quality standards. Priced right too!

I was in the market for a versatile hole-saw kit that was favorably priced for diverse applications. Although there are specific kits on the market for electrical, plumbing or heavy contractor work, this kit for engaging in remodeling and small construction jobs lends itself to most of these needs. It is a quality tool, constructed of durable material and user friendly. The one downside is that the larger quick change arbor, 49-56-7140, has a 7/16" hexagonal shaft thus it will not fit in a 3/8" drill chuck. With work space permitting it can be adapted to a 3/8" chuck or simply utilize a 1/2" chuck drill. Overall this kit is a practical and cost effective addition to a jobbers or home owner's inventory.

I have had this set for over 3 years, everytime time I think I am in a pinch I look in the kit and there is the size I need. It is a complete set all the tools needed with the most popular sizes. I use the hole saws over and over and they never seem to quit. Everyone on the job site always comes to me when they need a hole drilled. They are great!

I was looking for a set of hole saws that would cut through the sheet steel siding of a pole building, but the listing for this item doesn't specify the materials these saws will handle. Both the list price and the brand indicate good quality saws, but I needed to be certain. A search of the web finally found the following:
Milwaukee Bi-Metal hole saws are high production tools designed for cutting all machinable materials, including steel, aluminum, copper, brass, sheet metal, stainless steel, wood or plastic.
Assuming that the above is correct, this set of saws fully meets my requirements at a very reasonable price.

This kit includes all of the best from Milwaukee. The Hachet Sawzall can not be compared to any others in any way. The circular saw is more powerful than others that I have used. The Drill is also top quality and feels right. The 2.4 ah batteries last longer between charges than any others I have seen. The radio even seems like it will last a lifetime and radios always break on job sites. Go with Milwaukee and say no to all of the others. Porter Cable is close in some ways and DeWalt is the biggest looser all around.

This set is great! it blows away the big yellow. Everything thats in it is useful, When i'm preparing for a job I don't worry about my powertools! Everything I need is included with the kit and fits in the bag provided, theres enough room in the bag that all my excessories fit and all the pockets keep things organized! Batteries are alway ready since the charger has a maintenance charge. Milwaukee really thought this one out. This do it yourselfer is very satisfied!

I am very impressed with the comfort and balance of the 18 volt driver/drill. The reversible battery was a nice surprise! You should talk it up more. I was able to drive screws in the back corner of the new cabinets I was installing where my Bosch drill could not reach. The Sawzall is about what I expected from the people who make the best Sawzall in the world. An upgraded model with the SuperSawzall anti-vibration would make this saw even better.

I love the drill . Its so smooth. It almost has as much power as a Makita 18v.I love the sawzall too. You cant go wrong with a sawzall from the people who invented them in the first place.It cuts any thing I want it to. Although,For extended use, I grab my corded super sawzall. It has way less vibration. It also drains batteries pretty fast,but they recharge in about 30 min. An exellent kit,but they should come with 3 batteries.

This saw is a bit on the heavy side but perhaps that is why it is so rugged. It's counterbalancing of the stroke makes it's operation smooth with a minimum of vibration and the powerful motor has what it takes for a heavy cut. I'm glad I bought it.

This is where Milwaukee shines over DeWalt, Porter Cable, Hitachi and Makita. The Sawzall has improved while the others are still trying to catch up, with the wrong kind of plastic I might add. It dose not tie itself into knots but it dose not fall apart either. I hate cheep tools that break and expensive ones that break are even worse. This one was made to last and has plenty of power to boot. This thing will demolish your house, your car, your boat and leave Father Joe in tears.

The orbital blade motion clear sawdust on deep cuts, the wrenchless blade chuck operates easily and holds the blade securely, the handgrip and trigger are comfortable and the saw has plenty of power. I use it for the usual woodcutting/remodeling tasks as well as pruning ornamental shrubs. With a metal cutting blade, it has even cut through hardened bolts rusted in place on auto suspension systems.
