GenTran Parallel Power KitThis product allows me to parallel my two Honda EU2000i generators in order to adequately power my travel trailer. A larger generator would have done the same thing (thus not needing the GenTran Parallel Power Kit), but since the smaller Honda's are much easier for me to lift and carry from place to place the larger generator was impractical. The GenTran Parallel Power Kit was just the ticket for my application!

Good GeneratorThis baby beats the Honda and Yamaha which are similar and over priced. This also puts out more power than both for much less money. It is light weight and just as quiet as Honda. Starts on one pull everytime

Review of Kipor Sinemaster KGE3000Ti Portable GeneratorI recently purchased the Kipor Sinemaster KGE3000Ti and am very pleased with the unit. It is a very well designed generator and does all that is stated. I bought the generator to replace a different make one which was very noisy. I wanted an emergency unit and the previous one I had was so loud I was reluctant to use it as it would be disturbing to the neighbors. The Kipor is quiet and provides enough power to run my refrigerator with several lights or the microwave with several lights. The Kipor is also very easy to start.

Great kitOutstanding instructions. It took longer to get 10/4 wire from Home Depot then it did to wire the unit. Very clear markings and some great examples on system balancing. From reading the instructions I think they covered most all home hook-ups. It was nice to get 3 instruction manuals 1 english 1 spanish and 1 french(I think) I hate sorting through 1 manual in 3 lang. Easy job for most do it your selfers.

Jump start my stuffThis is so cool. I just love this for recharging my spotlights.
I have never had the chance to use this to jump my car, *knock on wood*. I have a friend who helped someone use it on their dead battery and it worked great. Hope I never need it for that.
It is also not very big and bulky as to be in your way when you have it plugged in to charge. Sets flat against the wall and out of the way. Just would be nice if they house all that power into something less weighty. Only complaint.
I may give one to my someone for Christmas, they always are needing to flag down a Good Samaritan.
The price is better than I paid at Auto Zone last year.

For manual-transfer home backup power, it stands aloneUp here in the Cupertino mountains, this generator is the most popular solution for backup home power. You really don't have any other choice in this category - 9KW, propane compatible, and under $2K. Winco's canvas cover, auto-solenoid gas shutoff & line voltage monitor are all worthwhile accessories. Noise is good for a standalone generator, but quiet it's not. Runs our 5K-sq. foot house nicely, networked computers and all - just lay off the electric stove.
