If you need a professional powertool but can't afford the price tag then check these out. I was using one of these on a recent job over in Canada building a hardwood decks and other outdoor entertaining areas for a community house.

The double bevel feature saves a lot of time by not having to spin the boards over to do opposite 45deg cuts.

The laser line generator also saved time as it speed up the alignment of blade vs. cutting line.

I was also using mirboo decking boards and found the powertool had plenty of power to handle this hardwood.

I can vouch first hand that this is no toy for anyone looking for some muscle and features of the tradional pro brands

When I ordered these saw blades it was because my compound miter saw needed a new blade and money was tight. The combo pack of 10" blades from Dewalt was considerably less expensive than most of the other blades that I know to be good ,so I was not expecting to have the best quality cuts. Boy I couldn't have been more wrong... These blades are great and believe me you will not be disappointed at all. They cut smooth without any strain on the motor of the saw and with virtually no tear out. What a Value!!!!

This is a decent blade for the money.I've thrown everything from plywood scraps,wet two by fours, to kiln dried poplar at this blade and it has always produced a decent cut.It tore through the poplar almost without a splinter.I do recommend this blade.If your careful what you cut, and keep it clean and sharp this blade will last a long time. Now get out there and make some dust.

This stabilizer does a wonderful job of producing glass smooth cuts on my 12" Dewalt sliding miter saw(DW 708 for you parts # guys) with the only problem of having to center the washer on the shaft before tightening up the retaining bolt. There is not enough of the one inch adapter on the saw sticking out to properly center either the stabilizer or the washer. The way I had to do it was to leave some of the blade washer sticking out from the blade to catch the stabilizer and the center the washer by eye. Dewalt really should sell an adapter set up for this saw and the DW705 to make it easier to use. Also, you lose cutting capacity with the stabilizer, down to about 3" thick at unbeveled crosscut( to be expected, but I figured I'd mention it). Otherwise, the cut quality is amazing, especially when you rember that it is on a 12" blade, and it does beat the 10" Hitachi or Makita for smoothness.

This blade cuts well in most applications, but when cutting wide, thick oak, it's weaknesses show. Tear out is minimal, but even with a stabilizer cut cupping is evident(the condition when the outside edges of a miter touch but there is a slight gap in the center). The bottom line-better than Freud.

I've purchased quite a few reconditioned tools, and had excellent luck. This item brings one point to my attention. These items sometimes do not come in the original manufactures shipping carton, and possibly these items can damage themselves due to there size and weight.

Another thing to note, the replacement saw (again a reconditioned one) runs perfect.

I have not used this as a sanding disk yet, but it has been a great help in keeping my Delta table saw and Unifence in fine alignment -- much easier than trying to align your table saw with a saw blade installed.

An excellent saw blade, especially for benchtop or contractor saws. Its thinner cutting profile reduces the work required by the saw without affecting the quality of the cut. The wood will need to be cleaned up on the cut edge,(jointer), but this is a small price to pay when ripping thick hardwoods. It is also one of the lower priced saw blades and Freud only puts out quality stuff. Freud's teflon coated 24 tooth blade, (TK206R, I think, can't find an I.D. on my blade or package), is an even better choice, no pitch to clean. The red teflon really works.

As a finish carpenter ,I needed a blade that would cut miters without blade defliction on my hitachi sliding saw. This blade works very well. I have several blades, they stay sharp and can be sharpened about three times before you toss them.Cuts pine like a dream, hard wood takes a sharp blade espicaly on miters,

This is a great tool for cutting cement siding. I use mine in my radial arm saw and get very smooth cuts. With the radial arm saw I can cut the widest planks. The dust is much less than cutting with a regular carbid blade. I also use the 7 1/2 inch blade in a circular saw for rip cuts. I am also using Malco Plank Gauges for holding the planks during installation and they are very helpful.
