Ultimate Rip BladeI am a contractor building high end custom homes at Lake Tahoe. I use this blade for ripping thick stock of mostly redwood and western red cedar. The pieces are mostly for exterior window and door trim. I love this blade. It will rip very fast. The motor of my table saw does not have to work very hard either. The sawdust tends to be kind of shaggy and will clog the exhaust port of the saw. I blow the saw out frequently with compressed air. I use a lot of salvaged wood and have occasionally hit a nail. So far the blade is holding up very well. The thick kerf wastes a little wood but the blade is less likely to heat up and warp like blades with thinner kerfs and more teeth. The finish is pretty smooth considering there is only 18 teeth. I prefer a rougher finish for exterior trim anyway because it will hold stain or paint better. Often the surface is too smooth and I will drag the piece backwards on a bandsaw to roughen it and give it a resawn finish.

Very Good Quality BladeThis blade was installed on a glue line rip saw.Did a run of Mahogany that was burning with the other blades that we had.I then installed the Freud blade and got very good results. The teeth and carbide are large,so you can figure on several resharpenings.Best of all was the price.I will probably order 2 more soon.

Custom BuilderThe LU91R012 is a very good all around trim blade for all soft and hard wood trim. It works especially well with sliding miter saws. The thin kerf is a must for fine trim cuts and I wouldn't buy a blade without a perma-shield coating. I've been building custom homes for 25yrs. and know saw blades.

Cuts plexiglass like it is butterThis blade rocks and was well worth the price. I use abs plastic and plexiglass quite frequently and I can honestly say that this blade is far superior vs. even my thin kerf 80 or 60 tooth freud blades. I used 1 inch thick lexan for its first test, no chipping it left very small fine shavings instead of little plexi chips. It is a very quiet blade as well. Overall I am very impressed with this product.

Great choice on HitachiI'm just a plain old do it yourself fix up kind of guy for my home. When I decided I was going to learn to install crown moulding in my home, the research started for buying a compound miter saw. I was totaly convinced that I would buy the Bosch because all the controls were up front and handy. My neighbor coincidentally bought one and I watched him "struggle" with the the levers whenever he changed a setting. The more I watched the more it became apparent this wasn't what I wanted. I read reviews on the saw which were mostly favorable, but there was just enough unfavorable reviews that caused me to move on to look at other saws. - "bummer" because I like the design and I do like Bosch tools! I went to my local tool store and asked which were his best selling 10" saws. He said Makita #1, Hitachi #2, and Bosch #3. Long story short, I found each saw at a local hardware store and noticed a lever on the front of the Makita was broken and it seemed to be built cheaply. I saw the Hitachi and it seemed to the best of all - Strong construction plus a lot of positive reviews. I don't like the handle though-seems very cheap.
I bought the Hitachi and as a lot of reviewers said, it came squared and ready to go right out of the box. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend this saw. Remember I am just a do it your-selfer, but it performs great and the angles on my first crown job couln't have been better.

Don't Settle for less!!After having used this 72 tooth Carbide Blade, I wonder why people would buy any other blade. I bought this blade with my Hitachi 10" ( another great Product) Miter Saw. The smoothness of the cut is just unbelievable. yes, this is one is a bit ... but it's a carbide coated blade so it will last longer too..

Excellent for jigsI used this to make a fence for my miter saw. The installation of this was easy. The only problem is that you need to have the fence 2 1/4". It would have been nicer if it could have been a little bigger. Overall it works great.

smoothest cutI'm a proffessonial contractor and finish carpenter for over 35 years. I use L1013 Makita miter saw which is the blade that came with the saw. I have tried just about every brand of blade there is but they just don't measure up to this blade. It doesn't matter if you cut face up or down left or right. It leaves no tearout what so ever. I cut oak, cherry, maple, hickory, etc. it doesn't matter. And it stays sharp for quite a long time. For the price and the results (which counts the most to me) you can't beat it in my book.

This will change the way trim carpentry is doneI have owned this saw for about a week now. I have used it every day for at least three hours at a time. I have been using it to cut 3" baseboard and shoe moulding, and other various punch list items. I am now cutting as quickly as a pro and I have only been doing this for a short time. I use this light saw to move from baseboard piece to baseboard piece as I work myself around a room. I lay each piece down, mark it in place, or measure, depending on the piece to be installed, and then I cut it right in place. For coped cuts, I use my toolbox (not the box provided with the tool) as a bench
A charge will last about 3 hrs. This means I will need to buy at least one more battery at $175, but even with that, it is worth it. I also noticed that the blade size (8.5") is a standard size and can be bought at my local Home Depot.
This lightweight saw has adequate power and holds a decent charge overall. I am glad I bought it.

Best cordless chopThe kit seems over priced, until you've used it. The build quality is excellent and accuracy of cut is second to none. For a cordless tool it is more powerful than alot of mains powered ones. I've not had to hold back cutting 2x6 timber until near the end of the charge. A 3.0Ah fully charged battery cuts alot of timber and you can use the 1.7Ah while you recharge the other. The drill has plenty of power for drilling but it's worth having the combi hammer version for masonary. The box is rather big but keeps everything together. Overall the saw is light and very portable but the drill is rather heavy for small drilling.

Really Good Tenoning JigI had an old jig, and replaced it with this one. It is great, and much better than my old one. I did find the same one at much lower price on the web. But decided to keep this one. Too busy to return and reorder.
ROBUST Design HEAVY!!The price is great compared to the Delta tennoning jig it is less expensive BUT it is far better quality.
I looked at the Delta tennoning jig but it was surprisingly substandard to what I expect from Delta. Too bad.
This Jet model is awesome all of the design is strong, literally!
The design allows for large movements of head then locks down for the micro adjustments. All axis adjustment and the miter bar can be mounted in two places for even greater lateral adjustment.
Two grips and three mounting locations allow for ease of movement regardless of angle of tennon.
Look forward to many years of service from this design.
Way to go Jet!
Thanks for great job.
