Power Tools Review Best Saw Ever!
This is my first and last table saw! Easy to set up and cuts perfectly with little to no adjusting right out of the crate. The moble base is an excellent accessory that make it easy to roll to the side when not in use. You will not go wrong ordering this saw. Trust me, you will NOT be disappointed. Excellent customer service from Delta. The only problem that I had was with the Biesemyer fence. Seems that Biesemyer had a bad production run on the rails that fit this saw. Called Biesemyer and they sent a new set of rails without delay. If you have problems with the holes not aligning up with the table saw, let Biesemyer know. Other than that, excellent buy!

Power Tools Review You will be happy
this is a great tool. It may often be more than you actually need, but I can't imagine it ever being less than exceptional. If you have the room and the money, I would not hesitate to buy this saw.

You will want to consider where you will put it and how you will get it there. With the 50" fence it is very big, and your 220V needs to be located correctly so the cord can reach and you are not tripping on it. These are things I did not think clear through before the saw arrived and I should have. The other thing to think about is that it is extremely heavy, and it ships in effectively one piece. I needed a lot of help getting it into a basement shop, and after I got it there I decided I could never move. Assembly is simple, and everything is rock solid. After you have it in place, all that weight (and the associated power) is a wonderfull thing.

I am very happy with the fence, and have no complaints about the mobile base, though if the floor is not level, it does not have much clearance when you are moving the saw.

Power Tools Review What a Deal
Delta really thought about the entire package when they put this together. Not only do you get one great saw, but they include the mobile base, a great blade, the table board, and the zero clearance table insert. They have taken all of the guess work out of buying multiple items for a saw and wrapped it into one package. ...

It you're comtemplating over a smaller contractors saw for your shop or a cabinet saw, go with the cabinet saw if you have the room, you won't be disappointed. I was so close to buying a Delta contractors saw, I'm glad I laid out the additional funds and went with the cabinet saw.

The saw is heavy, you need one or two friends to get the saw off of the skid and onto the mobile base and a friend to help you align the cast iron extension wings. Other than that the saw can be put together by one person. It took me about 5 hours total, working over a couple of days to get it together. The saw cuts straight and true and needed very little initial alignment. The fence made by Besymeiser is the best, you can't go wrong with it. I've added the Delta outfeed table to it (see review), and would highly recommend adding some kind of outfeed table to the saw to make cutting long board that much more easier.

Overall I am very happy with the saw, it is the backbone of my shop.

I Would buy another Delta cabinet saw if I had to, but I believe I'll never have to replace this saw.

Power Tools Review Great Product
This is an excellent chainsaw with plenty of power. You don't waste time priming and filling up with gas as with a gas chainsaw.

Power Tools Review Makita UC4000 16" Electric Chain Saw
Works great.
Almost as good as my gas saw but far more reliable.

Power Tools Review Great Chainsaw!
I've been very happy with this chainsaw. I've been using it for 3 months to cut piles of oak trees into firewood. It has plenty of power for my purposes and it looks and feels like a quality product. It's certainly quieter, cleaner, and more user-friendly than a comparable gas chainsaw. I'll buy this same chainsaw again if the one I have ever dies on me.

Power Tools Review Excellent Headlight
I bought this for my husband who is a part-time, at home mechanic. Now, everytime I see him, he is wearing this light. He uses it constantly. He really likes it and that is enough to give it 5 stars. I recommend this light to anyone and with Amazon's sale price and free shipping, it's a great deal.

Power Tools Review Perfect for running!
My son is a long distance runner, running approximately 70 miles a week. In the fall & winter months with it getting dark so early, this headlamp is perfect for him to see ahead of him and also for others to see him as well. He says it is very comfortable to wear.

Power Tools Review very bright and lightweight
the Petzl Tikka Plus Headlamp is the perfect lamp for all night chores and activities. It is super lightweight and is very bright. The light is focused on your task at hand.

Power Tools Review Great as any german product
as a body worker, most of my tools comes from Bosch. With this router, I just wanted to make sure that anything from Bosch is great as always, and I beleive, I was right

Power Tools Review Great router / my complaints
I have not use it a whole lot yet. However I have noticed some issues. Rather than just talking about how awesome this router is, and it is awesome I will point on some minor things.

The biggest issue is the handles, they flex a little. This causes no trouble what so ever. They are more than adequate, however the slop doesn't fit in with the rest of the super high quality build.

So now that I think about it, that is the only thing i have noticed that i can take issue with.

The speed adjustment wheel is nice and recessed so you wont bump it, yet it is still easy to manipulate.

Power Tools Review It Feels Just Right. . .
I recently added a second router with more "umph" (the 1619EVS) to let me handle larger panel-raising bits when mounted in a table, as well as to have a backup for general use to avoid changing setups whenever possible. I have been extremely pleased with the versatility, power, ergonomics, and ease of use with the Bosch. I've found myself going to it more frequently than my DeWalt DW621 for quick hand-held tasks because of its comfortable heft and easy to use controls. Compared to the 3 hp Makita plunge I used recently, the Bosch is more comfortable and easier/smoother on the plunge, albeit somewhat noisier. In my hands, it feels more stable than the Makita. It is arguable whether the additional plunge steps on the Bosch are an advantage over the Makita or merely an annoyance. As noted by other reviewers, the features of the Bosch make it a breeze for table mounting and use. Given that my 1619EVS was refurbished, I got a significantly better price, but I'd have been hard pressed to find any signs of prior use when I unpacked it for the first time. I'm quite content with my Bosch and have no second thoughts.

Power Tools Review Very powerful, nice angle drill
This drill was used while finishing a basement, especially boring through floor joists and 2x4's to install wiring.

It was more than powerful enough and the LED proved to be more than a novelty - it ws very handy when sticking the drill into tight spots!

The only knock I have against it is the same for all Makita drills: the chuck will not stay tightened for more than a few minutes and continually has to be retightened. My Milwaukee, Sears and DeWalt drills all stay tight without applying gorilla-torque.

Other than that, this is a very good and easy to control tool.

Power Tools Review The Best
I have all three good ones. Milwaukee, Bosch, and Makita. The Makita is the best, Bosch second, Milwaukee third. DeWalt did not place.

Power Tools Review Fine Product
This is a great drill. Free delivery was quick. I am very satisfied.

Power Tools Review excellent tool for the home owner
easy to use, blade changing is simple, heavy duty for most all home jobs, great ergonomics , excellent tool for the price.

Power Tools Review The saw for everything...
This saw is the one tool everyone needs to have...it's the tool that seems like it can cut anything that needs to be cut, except maybe for mouldings. So much power, light-weight, blade changes are way easier than they used to be, and it's an American-made Milwaukee so you know it'll last. Enough said.

Power Tools Review The original - why get anything else?
I had used recip saws over the years, but never enough to really justify purchasing one, or so I thought. That all changed when I got the 10-amp Sawzall listed here. I've found this saw to be useful for all sorts of home improvement cutting chores.

This tool is very smooth, quite a bit less vibration than I have experienced with other recip saws. All the Milwaukee blades I have tried are high quality and work well. Ten amps is more than enough power for what I need, and this models seems to be a nice compromise in weight/power.

I avoided the big box stores after hearing stories of 'price-leader' models, and went to a tool dealer to get a reconditioned version. My 'remanufactured' Sawzall appeared to have never been used. No breakage, no complaints in the two years I've owned it.

I'm not a brand snob - at least when it comes to deciding between the larger, reputable name brands, and have had good luck with Makita drills and saws in particular. But honestly it never occurred to me to buy anything other than a real Sawzall. Like the original Skilsaw, they're just that good.

Power Tools Review Very pleased
This replaced my old Twist extra that was around for lots of years, and is as good or better than the old one. The convienience of charging the batteries along with the screwdriver is a plus with this new one, and the storage compartment for the included bit is handy to have.
A very good tool for the price.............

Power Tools Review Awesome tool!
I've had two of these screwdrivers for twelve years and am only now replacing the batteries. The screwdrivers still work great. They are VERY strong, will screw or unscrew virtually anything, and the batteries last a long time between charges. I once lost one of them for over a year - couldn't imagine what happened to it - and finally found it right where I'd left it - inside an evaporative cooler on the roof of my house. The metal parts - collar and screwdriver bit - were totally rusted, but when I put a freshly charged battery in the unit worked just fine, and does so to this day. Highly recommended.

Power Tools Review "Super Twist" Is A Fitting Name
Have owned one for at least 12 years, went through a couple of batteries, now its finally time for a new one. Sturdy, perfect power, efficient, all the great things everyone else has already said. Buying my second one, even if they quit making the batteries, I can't complain about a tool that lasts as long as this one and works as hard for the price. Their new flex handle version looks nice also, but this one has come to feel like an extension of my hand, with years of solid service.

Power Tools Review the best trim gun I have ever used
This gun is better then the senco or any other
it is light weight and well balanced .This is a very powerful nailer. This is the only trim gun I'll buy.

Power Tools Review advanced DIYSer
This is a quality gun. I needed a 15 gauge nailer for a big job; my P/C 16 gauge just wouldn't do it. I read all the reviews on Amazon and narrowed it down to a couple. I wanted a quality gun but really did not want to spend more than $200. I originally was going to go with a Senco but they were on back order so I "settled" for the Hitachi - I am SO glad I did. I checked out the big chain stores - Home Depot was the only one that had it (at $219 plus tax); and with the $20 special discount Amazon gave it was a no-brainer. My Brother-in-Law is a professional and he has two Hitachi guns & loves them.

I've only used it for about 40 hours so far but it has worked flawlessly. I've been working with 1 inch Pine & red oak effortlessly. It is light weight & wonderfully well balanced. It is very compact & I'm able to get in tight spots that my larger PC gun would never allowed me. Senco nails fit perfectly & are readily available. The air blower is a great feature! I first thought it was a useless frill, but it really is useful. If there was anything negative I could come up with is that the depth adjustment is a bit funky. However, once set it is very consistent.

I own four finish nailers and this by far my favorite.

Power Tools Review Took mine back to HD
so that I could buy it again at Lowes. For $199 Lowes sold me the NT65MA2 and promised to mail me a Hitachi 18ga nailer for rebate.
This nailer is quality all the way and is one of my favorite tools. It is well balenced and fits my hand so nicely. The case holds it with a few small boxes of nails, safty glasses and hex keys. After using some of Hitachi's products I know how they get away with making some of them look so stupid, like something out of Buck Rogers. BECAUSE THEY CAN!
It took several months for Lowes to send me the NT 32AE(s) for rebate, but the price(free)was awsume! Another fine tool from Hitachi.

Power Tools Review No complaints but there are better o
I really shouldn't complain here. This router is powerful and does a great job. The soft start is nice and it comes with a variety of accessories. But I just saw the Dewalt kit that's coming out. It blows the Makita away. The plunge has dust collection built in that is really slick. And it comes with a D-handle. Something I would really like to have. but it looks like Makita only offer their D handle with a motor. Gee I've got one of those already. Plus the Dewalt did better in a recent shoot out in one of the magazines. Cost savings I'm sure. For things like switch placement, and ease of use.

Oh and the bits that come with the 1/2" capable Makita are 1/4". Hold out for the Dewalt.

Power Tools Review 10 STARS!!!!!!!!
Everywhere I went nothing but the best comments about this router. Now I see why. I previously had a craftsman 1 1/2 hp router. In one word...junk. But this router I could tell was high quality right when I opened the box. The plunge base is great. Easy to use and easy to set up. This set comes with a lot of useful items too. The case is very well designed and holds everything well. Even has extra spots to put bits and template guides. And did I mention quiet! This router makes half the noise of my Craftsman router and the slow start is a great feature as well. The variable speed is also one of the most useful features allowing you to match the speed to the material and bit size. The only thing remotely negative about this set is the switch location. An on off switch closer to the handle would have been better but this was not enough to bring my rating of this router down. Bottom line, if you are a hobby woodworker like me or a professional, this is a great router. you wont be disappointed.

Power Tools Review Oh yeah
This is it. I own a router that cost me about [money] and I can't even stand the thought of using it now that I have this one. The motor has plenty of power and I like the way it starts with out a sudden jerk. The router bits that came with it works great for me. They have 1/4 inch shafts and I prefer 1/2 inch but they do work great and seem to be quality made. I wasn't to interested in the case until I got done using the router for the first time and realized that I had a great place to store the router along with the manual, the router wrenches and the accessories including about 10 router bits. This saves me lots of time and if very convenient.

This router is worth the money so instead of wasting [money]like I did just buy this one and you won't regret it.

Power Tools Review Cheap
Read all the reviews here and decided to give it a try. The saw I previously used was a 20 years old SKIL saw. Let me tell you, this saw doesn't hold a handle to the old SKIL. It sounds like any other cheap saw from Harbor Freight (kind of rocks instead of bearings feeling). Besides, a pretty strong vibration would come and go while you are cutting. I don't know what I'm going to choose next, one thing I know for sure, I'm not going to keep this saw. The hight adjustment leaver got jammed and it took all my strength to loosen it. Bottom line, it would be a good $30 saw, not a $130 one.

Power Tools Review It really cuts
well. The saw is powerful, and fairly lightweight. Not jumpy either, very smooth. The case is clown-shoes big and the adjustable handle is a bit stiff, but overall a worthwhile investment and a good deal at that. (this review is for "left blade" consumers only. I cannot speak for the other side.)
And I am over the age of 13. Really.

Power Tools Review Big Daddy
Good strong saw, 2 things bother me though, 1 made in mexico, 2 the saw slides around in the case and seems to be a circular saw / router case, not a standard saw case with slots to hold extra blades or small parts.
