The Dewalt DW980K-2 is the best tool I ever bought. Not only is it light weight but it is a power house also. With it's new 1/2 inch chuck and is new three speed transmission it is hanging with the big boys now. This is one of the best routers on the market. The bits are easy to change if you have it table mounted. The power is great and very little difference with the load on the motor when cutting hardwoods. Above the table the router out performs all of the routers in it's class. I already have a router and I am thinking of another. If you buy this router you'll love it for sure.

I have 12 routers, from 1 hp to 3 1/2 hp. This router will do just about anything, and is to easy to use. Light, powerful, and controlable, I just love it.

It's really a workhorse, cuts extremly fast and really a clean and smooth cut. Very few sparks and I feel a lot safer using it.It saves a lot of time and trouble when it comes to cutting metal plate. A really great buy!

I already owned two portable, battery powered drills when I purchased this set because I wanted the cordless sawzall. Not only am I pleased with the cordless sawzall, but the cordless drill is the best one I own. It is much higher quality than the two Porter-Cable drills I own. I use the drill/hammer function frequently as I have a stone house and require a serious drill to hang anything on any of the exterior facing walls of my house. By buying the package you also get two batteries which is helpful for completing jobs by charging one battery while working with the other.

If you need a metal cut off saw that has large capacity, is fast, and leaves a smooth face buy this saw.

An awesome machine that is a dream to use. Low vibration and fast material removal. Add the variable speed feature and you just gotta have one in your took kit.

This sander caused me to put my other finish sanders on the shelf! The dust collector really works, I thought that there was no way a hard canister would catch that much dust, but it does.
I have used this as final sanding on several projects now and it has produced excellent results.The only drawback was keeping track of the punch plate for putting the holes in the sandpaper, but that comes from being an older woodworker.
