Pressure Washers Review Product Met Expectations, Price Did Not
This is the second electric power washer I've owned. The first one made by Karcher is still running strong after 10 years but the switch broke and I have to keep a brick on it to keep it running. I decided it was time for a new washer and did my research. The Powerwasher brand is made by FAIP, the same people that supply the pumps for many manufacturers so I decided to go ahead and purchase the 1600 model from Amazon. The product arrived in a timely fashion and worked very well on my top priority projects, washing a boat, patio furniture, deck, siding etc. I really like the fact the motor and pump only run when you pull the trigger on the spray wand. The quick connect feature for the hose is well made and easy to use. As with most products these days the manual is sparse and barely adedquate. I gave this thing 4 stars because I'm not sure how reliable it will be over time but in 10 years if it is still working like my last washer I'll upgrade to a 5 star rating. My only regret is that 2 weeks after I bought this thing I saw it siginificantly cheaper at a major brick and mortar retailer. Well heck, I have usually gotten the best deal at Amazon! I'll have to be more careful from now on.

Pressure Washers Review very powerful
we recieved this power washer and I went right to work. I cleaned up all the yard furniture, the deck, and 2 sections of fence in no time. I couldn't believe the power. My only advice would be to make sure you wear ear plugs while using it. The machine isn't loud but while cleaning it is. We are very pleased with this purchase.

UPDATE!!!
the first time we used it it worked great. the second time it started shuting off and starting again until eventually it quit all together and we couldn't get it to work. I had to send it back. we bought a craftsman at sears for not a lot more but it was a 2150 psi. the difference in quality was very noticable.

Pressure Washers Review Sure is handy.
Great addition to have. If not needed you can just use the hose that came with the washer. If needed it gives you the extra length. Moving the washer, soap, and garden hose is a pain. A longer pressure hose solves the problem

Pressure Washers Review Great addition I wished I would have bought right w/product.
When I bought my new Karcher pressure washer, I was not sure if I needed an extension pressure hose. Well, I figured pretty quick when using the pressure washer in real life, that it was not fun at all when washing the sidewalks around the house, that I had to pull an electric extension cord and a regular water hose around the house with the pressure washer. For washing the car only, the standard pressure hose works fine as long as park the pressure washer close to the car. But for serious work around the house, the high pressure extension hose is a must and a great addition worth well the money spent for much less hassle.

Pressure Washers Review Buyer Beware
I recently canceled my order with you because I found this item at another online sight at a better price. They had this item in
stock ,it was shipped the next day.Not in one or two weeks.
There are many misstakes on what your online specifiations and actual specifications are on many of your items.
I Would also add that I have been a Tool Crib customer for years.

Pressure Washers Review A Work Horse of a Washer
As with my experience with all PC products, this power washer knows how to get the job done. The power is superb making quick work of cleaning concrete driveways, stripping a wood deck for staining or removing mildew from house siding. The turret style quick connect tip assembly is a valuable addition. No longer are you required to keep up with the variety of nozzles or have tools for tip changes. The gun assembly is well balanced alleviating fatigue after prolonged use. The Honda engine is powerful, starts quickly and runs smoothly. The overall unit is a heavy weight and the pneumatic tires greatly assist in moving the unit from place to place. Fuel capacity is adequate allowing over three hours of use between fill-ups.

Don't get short changed on a lower pressure or inferior product. The PC 3000 psi will get the job done quicker and better.

Pressure Washers Review PRESSURE WASHING
[I] AM VERY PLEASE WITH THE PERFORMANCE.. IT DOES EXACTLY WHAT THE SPECS SAYS IT DOES. IT HAS VARIABLE PRESSURE SETTINGS WHERE YOU CAN FAN THE SPRAY OR PIN-POINT THE SPRAY. BE CAREFUL NOT TO PIN-POINT THE SPRAY ON SIDING OR SOFT WOOD BECAUSE THE STRONG HONDA MOTOR WILL ETCH THE WOOD... IT HAS ENOUGH POWER TO EVEN ETCH CONCRETE.. I AM EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT.THE NEIGHBORS HAVE ASKED TO BORROW IT NUMEROUS TIMES FOR THEIR CLEANING PROJECTS..

Pressure Washers Review My Generac Experience
Forgive me for not rating this specific Generac pressure washer but I bought one just like it. I would like to share my experience with you, hoping it will help others. I bought a Generac pressure washer with a 6 HP Briggs and Stratton OHV engine. The washer was rated at 2250 PSI and 2.2 gallons per minute. It came with an aluminum head. Note the best washers have brass heads. To make a long story short, I was pressure washing some paint off of my basement walls when the pump head developed a crack, and I lost a lot of pressure. It was my fault. The reassurances that their is a pressure release valve didn't do the trick. The problem was that I washed a few sq ft, then put down the wand, wet vac'd the water, went into the other room to dump it, then came back and picked up the wand and washed some more. After an hour of this the head went.
Lesson learned, be sure and keep the water flowing through the pump to keep it cool, while it is running, or risk losing the pump. The unit was 400 dollars new. When I contacted Generac they said, buy a new pressure washer. The head alone was over 200, and the pumps ceramic pistons or worse could be damaged as well. Depression set in. It had a two year warranty, which I was not aware of, when I winterized it and decided to deal with it next year.
Their is light shining at the end of the tunnel. Boogle.com solves all. Just type in pressure washer parts, and up came pressurewasherparts.com. On their home page they had a special on a complete replacement pump for 189 dollars(an Anovi Riveri sp? with a brass head, none the less.)It was less than the cost of the replacement aluminum head alone from Generac. It was rated at 2400 PSI and 2.5 gallons per minute so it was an upgrade to boot. I simply unbolted the entire pump from the briggs, and bolted on the new pump. A few tweakings to tidy up the couplers with teflon tape to prevent leaks, and I was right back in business.
Another thing worth mentioning is that I was at one time disappointed that I did not buy a washer with a Honda engine, but bought the Briggs instead. Well guess what? The Honda engines, as you can see by the reviews, are not holding up. Plastic internals. Give me the good old Briggs heavy metal, and it starts on the second pull.
One last note is that the higher pressure washers do give you more pressure, and in some specific chores that can be beneficial, but overall the benefit to more power is that the job gets done a lot faster. Once you get close to 2000 PSI you can comfortably etch your sidewalk or deck. Less than that, break out a solution of 50/50 bleach and water, and wet mop it on before starting.
With a 2000PSI+ you are etching an area about 3" wide. Holding it farther away, making it wider than that, and all you are doing is rinsing it off. With the greater pressure washers, 3500 PSI for example, you can cover a greater area with the same level of cleaning. Net result, more results in less time. Hope this was helpful.

Pressure Washers Review Solid product from a trusted brand.
There are two things I dislike when pressure washing: 1. Moving the pressure washer to reach a new area and 2. Getting the pressure washer wet/dirty with the overspray. My pressure washer came with a 25' hose and I would say a 50' is the minimum one should have. This 100' Goodyear hose is good quality and eliminates the two above problems. I am able to leave the pressure washer in my front driveway and clean the deck in my back yard. This keeps my washer in better cleanliness, eliminates having to move it during use, and makes it quieter as the washer is 100' away. As for "Non-Marking", I am unsure of what this really means and I am not sure if the few extra dollars over the regular hose type is justified. I found that in dragging, I did get some blue marks on cement and fenceposts - not a lot, but some. Overall the quality of the hose is good, the connects work well and it really improves my pressure washing tasks.

Pressure Washers Review Purchased for a Father's Day Gift
I gave this to my husband as a father's day gift from the dog, and my husband has loved it. He says he likes the 2-year warranty, the directions were easy to follow, there was a minimal amount of assembly, and there is a storage tray. He also says that what impressed him was when he took it out of the box and put in oil and gas, it started up on the first try. He says the tires are a tad small but likes the semi-pneumatic tires(whatever that means). He also says the construction of the frame is sturdy and was thought out well when designed. He recommends this as a great first power pressure washer for use around the house. Definitely a great guy toy to give or to buy for yourself...We have the cleanest driveway on the block.

Pressure Washers Review Well built machine
By far, the best pressure washer I've ever owned. All materials included were quality built included the very quiet Honda GX 200. This is not your typical home improvement super store pressure washer. The combination of GPM and pressure make cleaning super fast and complete. The unit included their Dirtblaster nozzle (plus five other varieties at different degrees of coverage) which made cleaning the driveway a snap. Buying quality from the start is the only way to go and will save you from having to buy another later.

Pressure Washers Review I owned the Karcher 1600 psi and the water hose line cracked twice!
If Karcher has changed the hoses I apologize upfront, nonetheless, I paid good money for my 1600 Karcher from a big box store two and a half years ago. Right after the year warranty expired water sprung in 3 places from the (now brittle) hose line. Before you ask, I keep my pressure washer in our garage and the weather doesn't get extremely cold or hot. I noticed you would have to fight with the cord to get it to unkink itself or to wrap it after using. After I replaced the first cord (best price $30) I was EXTRA careful with it. One strategy that worked to unkink the cord was to hang it off our top deck (gently) to have the weight of the gun straighten out and make the hose cord more supple. But alas, again 1 year later, I sprung leaks in the hose once again. So, I just bought a Husky from the rival big box guys. I dare not buy a pressure washer I can't return locally. If anyone has suggestions about what can prevent this from happening I am open to them!

Pressure Washers Review For homeowners this does the job
I have rented pressure washers that were in the 2500 psi. range. They were very powerful and even at times hard to control. This one though you have to be pretty close for really dirty cement but it does do the job the first time. I'm very pleased with the fact that this model is powerful, quiet and doesn't need gas! For the lady of this house this is GREAT! You can do it all and by yourself. For men, I would guess you probably want more power just because, but know this, this one will do the job. For the price and the fact that it doesn't need that ever expensive gasoline it's tops in my book. I'm really glad I bought it. Things I've cleaned in the past 3 days, gutters, pool cage, patio/lanai deck, lawn furniture and stucco exterior... the truck is next.
