I got this nozzle at the same time I bought my pressure-washer (about 15 months ago). At first it changed settings just fine, but the more I use it, the harder it becomes to get a pattern to "lock in". My favorite pattern for cleaning is the rotating circle, but sometimes I want to use the pinpoint. I dread having to change the pattern! I have to twist it back and forth several times to get it to lock into a spray pattern, instead of just dribbling water. Not sure if there's a problem with my unit or if this is a design issue, but my warranty has run out and I won't buy another one of these. I bought the surface cleaner, and I love it.

We ordered this along with the K520M pressure washer and it was a delight not to have to change nozzles, just twist the top. We found the rotary nozzle the most useful and used the least amount of water, and could adjust the pressure by the proximity of nozzle to the surface being cleaned. The other settings were useful depending on what we were trying to clean.

We were very satisfied with the results.

I do not actually own one of these pumps, but I've repaired a fairly good amount of them. I can tell you first hand that there are better washers out there for the price. The VRX pump that is used on this unit has a LOT of problems with the packing seals leaking on the pump. When they do, it leaks water out of the bottom of the manifold. While this doesn't damage the pump initially, it is rather annoying to have your brand new pressure washer leaking water from the pump. Let it go long enough, and it will damage the oil seals going into the pump. Then you have a lot more damage then just the water seals. The Honda OHC 5hp is a good engine, and have never had any problems with that. As usual, Honda makes a great engine, even in their less expensive lines such as this.
All in all, It's a decent pump when it's working properly, and has plenty of kick to it! But I would recommend spending the extra $50 and get the 6hp model with the Comet AXD pump on it. I've seen AXDs come in bone dry of oil and dragging so much that the motor wouldn't start. Put the oil in the pump, and it springs back to life! I can't say that about roughly 90% of the other pumps out there...

Bought this when it first came out after seeing on HGTV. It worked great for about a week, then a piece broke off due to the water pressure. Called customer service. They were more than willing to replace the whole unit. Second one broke in same spot after one or two usages. I gave up and threw it out.

This Roller Wizzard cleans and damp drys yor roller right in the kitchen sink no mess and you don't get wet like when you take it outside and use the hose. I would recomond this to anyone it is a great machine.

I have been trying different Karcher pressure washers for cleaning the white aluminum siding on my house and have decided I need a gas powered unit to get enough power to get the job done. The 3.97 M, however, is the most powerful of the electric washers I have tried and it can be used for cleaning just about anything less demanding than siding. Mine came with a 25 ft. high pressure hose and a 35 ft. electric cord, so I have a great deal of range outside. Two wands were included, a Vario and Dirtblaster which both have great uumph. At just under 30 lbs. it is very compact and easy to store inside. It also has a nice handle, wheels, and storage for hose, gun, and wands.

I bought it after reading poor reviews on the Karcher units and good feedback on the Sistema products. The feedback was correct. It is a good, effective unit. At first I had difficulties with the instructions from the manual, several attempts at the service department were futile. However, I sent an email, got an answer back and after one single question from the tech, I knew what my problem was. After that the unit worked very well. I found it a good purchase.

Unless you desire to keep both the electric cord and the water source very close by, this will greatly dissappoint you.

I tried to wash my car with it, but could get more pressure from my hand nozzle on the hose.

Tried to use in other areas, and even with the power nozzle, the pressure was non existent.

If you're looking for a pressure washer for your car, boat, home siding or any other around-the-old-homestead chores, this is the product to buy. I juse received mine and washed two vehicles, and it was a joy to use. I'm looking forward to blasting the "mean, green mildew from all the rain" off of my vinyl siding next. If you need a heavy-duty pressure washer, this one is not for you. But for non-professional, home use; it is perfect.

Just purchased the 2400hh at Costco. Tried it right away and was very impressed. No problems at start up or during use. I don't use pressure washers very often, but I can tell you that I have used a much more expensive Landa washer with a much higher hp rating and I could not tell much difference in performance. All the complaining about the oil fill is over-rated. I recommend this product, specially at this price point. Maintenance Supervisor in California.

After using the product for a number of weeks I am generally very satisfied with its performance. It appears that Karcher has addressed a number of the previous gripes. The tip holder now works great and the wand holder is not a problem. Adding oil is not a problem with the right funnel (your generic funnel won't work). I really like the 50' of hose, this feature with the accessories helped guide my decision. Honda engine runs flawlessly and is quieter than other Brigs or Techum engines. I don't know about the repairs available from a karcher service centers, however I was able to find several in my area by using Karchers web site. (In the event I need a repair) I was hesitant after reading the reviews about buying this but now I am glad I did.

I shopped Home Depot and BJ's comparing this washer with the Honda line Home Depot carries. For the price of $299. compared to $420. (Home depot model) you can not beat this machine. I ran it ALL day the first day I had it it works beautiful!! Plenty of power, and constant pressure. Spending another $ 100. for the "Home Depot" model would have been a waste! Good luck

I purchased this for basic household cleaning...ie...my patio and garage door. Once a year, in the spring, I clean my patio off where my kids table, toy box, deck box etc is and there is always a bunch of dirt and leaves all over it as well as dirt that has blown all over (I live in oklahoma) and I wanted something, cheap but efficient in cleaning this off. This is the right item. As others have said, I wished they had this with a retractable hose....it would make it a lot better but I'm not really complaining. Its lightweight, yet durable, and works like a dream. It instantly sprays off bird doodee, dirt, mud etc off your house,patio, chairs etc with no problems. It truly is about as powerful as I would want. I dont think I would "wash" my car with it...maybe spray it down if you needed to but I would be concerned about the paint...but for what I need, its perfect. As a matter of fact, after using mine, my next door neighbor and brother are buying one. I'm sold.

You can't beat this product for the money.

I own a townhouse and this pressure washer is perfectly sized for the types of chores that I have to do. For instance, I have a concrete walkway in the back of my place that had acquired a charcoal color since the prior owner never cleaned it. I used this pressure washer and the walkway looks like new. I also use it to get moss off the siding on the north side of the home. It works great. I am sure that I will be able to use it for a lot more.

I have no real complaints. It is easy to set up, it works fine and stores compactly. For larger homes or more demanding projects you might want a larger machine. But for a two story townhouse - this is perfect.

I bought mine in July 2003 at Menards. I see you can still buy this model. I thought Karcher replaced it with a model with pneumatic tires. Been okay so far. You should shut the motor off if you're not spraying for more than a minute or so, even though Karcher says it has thermal protection for up to five minutes of unuse. A Karcher dealer told me I should put a water filter on it. I bungee corded a Culligan filter to it. I had to plumb the filter. I like quick-attach hose couplings for ease of use. I put auto coolant into the pump to protect it from freezing. The Karcher design is good, but this model is hard to push on loose gravel. I've found the Tecumseh engine to be good on this so far. I've got the same model of Tecumseh on an Ariens ST 622 string trimmer. Its engine is getting a lot of hard hours on it, and it's getting iffy....It uses too much oil. The rings must be bad. No power. It takes a long time to get warmed up. It's now shot. I think I'll try to avoid Tecumseh engines in the future.... Wipe the dipstick off and stick it back in and check the oil every time you use it or every 2-4 hours or so. Supposed to change oil every 25 hours. A Briggs or Honda might have a longer interval. If your water source supplies enough GPM to prevent pump cavitation, I recommend using a larger pressure washer which has a commercial-style pump. I use mine only 25 hours per year or less, so this should last me a long time. I recommend an extension hose. You can reach more without moving the pressure washer, and you can keep the pressure washer away from water in the air. I went through a couple of dud Apache Soap Turbo turbo nozzles before I bought a genuine Karcher Dirtblaster.

The Karcher G2301LT was my first purchase on Amazon.com. The machine arrived on time and was easy to assemble. It started on the very first pull and performed exceptionally well (and I'm not too mechanically inclined). It's been an ideal tool used for cleaning around our newly constructed home and for washing vehicles, with what seems to be just the right amount of water pressure to get the job done without damaging any surfaces.

Order was deliverd early and in excelent condition. I have used it on several occasions and am very pleased with the unit.

During my research I found that almost all of the reviews for this product and other popular pressure washers can be found verbatim in reviews on other websites. Whether positive or negative, the majority of customer reviews appear to be written by the manufacturer or the competitor. My suggestion: asks friends and neighbors what they recommend. So far, my research tells me that the most popular products listed here are about the same.

I purchased this product through Amazon almost a year ago, and it has worked reliably and effectively. I wanted a light-duty washer, and wasn't expecting this to be anything else. It has handled all the around-the house jobs that I have tried it on. It is easy to move around and set up for use, so it gets used more than a less portable heavy-duty washer would.

I was a little hesitant to order this as I found the reviews conflicting. However, I have always had good experiences with Black and Decker products, ( especially the 18V Firestorm ). This along with the free shipping and 10% discount offer ultimately influenced my decision to give it a try. My unit arrived via FEDEX in good condition. Assembly was very straight forward and was completed in about 15 minutes. I want to use this on my TREX deck and stamped concrete walkways. I decided to try it first on a boulder which had gotten green from several years of moss and shade. This unit powered away the moss in one pass. I have also tested it on my Belgian blocks which line both sides of my driveway. Those blocks look good as new. I will be using it on the TREX deck this weekend. I have no complaints other than the fact that it is a little on the heavy side, ( but it does come with wheels ).
