This attachment does not fit my Karcher K 2400 HH Gasoline Engine Pressure Washer. The factory rep advised that this attachment is ONLY for Electric Powered Washers at 2300 psi and below. You CAN NOT get an adaptor to use it with Gasoline Powered Washers. I wish Amazon would report that in the description. It sounds like a good attachment if you can use it.

I take back all that I said. It does fit the K2-45 and it works extremely well. I just haven't figured out the technique for vertical surfaces. This is a very satisfied customer. I needed to re rate it to a 4.

I used the Karcher surface to clean off years of grime from our patio, porch, and sidewalk. The concrete looks so much cleaner and brighter. It enables one to cover a larger area in less time,than if you used just the wand spray. I am glad I purchased it.

got the sprayer for small size jobs/ patio/ parrot cages/ etc. First time we plugged it in it stopped working in about 15 minutes. packed it back up, got on-line with Truely Awsome Amazon dot com. the next day UPS came and got the sprayer, the day after that UPS came with a new sprayer that WORKS FINE!.

Works great for what it was made for but I do wish that I had bought one with more power. I have a cedar fence and it was looking grey and it took quite awhile to wash off the junk and get it back to new looking. A more powerful washer would have worked faster but this one did get the job done. I saw another review that said the plastic fittings leak some and mine did at first, then I took off the part that leaked and carefully put it back on again and it did not leak anymore. I believe I did not have the threads lined up correctly the first time. Perhaps that was thier problem too. It's not always the machines fault.

An easy-to-store, capable power washer for small jobs around the house. I used this washer the evening I received it to power wash the mold from between bricks in my paver patio, and to clean up some patio wood furniture. It worked fabulously-- no issues. It also scrubbed algae and stains from the patio bricks with ease. I am very pleased. It set up quickly, no messing around with gasoline. Just connect the hoses, plug in the washer, and go. It is the best 90 bucks I have spent in a while.

I will never buy another Karcher product again, I used the unit 4 times, the pump leaked, brought it to their service center, Got nothing but run around and after 5 months I still don't have a pressure washer. They done nothing ... and DID NOT follow up on what they said they would do. They don't keep records of what's going on. NEVER AGAIN.!

I, too, was completely satisfied with the efectiveness of this pressure washer(pw). However, during the first usage of my pw, the plastic intake connecting the hose to the compressor broke off without any undo tension on the hose. In fact, there was considerable slack left in the hose. Because I could not find the receipt, Karcher would not replace this equipment. Also, I sent an e-mail asking if they couldn't inspect my pw and determine its age or extent of usage. I got no reply(I did get a reply to an earlier e-mail). So, be careful when using this pw and save that receipt.

I just received my Karcher K240MPlus Pressure Washer. The product was well packaged in a factory sealed box and was easy to assemble (WITH ONE EXCEPTION - the dreaded missing screws to attach the handle unit to the washer - more on this later) which consists of snapping the wand to the hose and the hose to the motor unit with a screw on connector. Connect a water hose and plug into an extension cord, turn the power switch to "ON", squeeze the trigger and your up and running! I began using this product on my house siding and eaves which had numerous cobwebs, mud wasp nest attachments and general dirt. After getting the technique down (a slow, sweeping motion concentrating the water pressure on the area to be cleaned, pushing the dirt ahead of the spray) this product did a nice job! Enough pressure to get the job done and not tear up stuff. I also did the clean up without detergent. I suspect this would do even better with a cleaning solution applied!
I washed windows, and my son's redwood and cedar play structure prior to waterproofing. It get's the dirt out easily!
Back to the missing screws - most company's really are hard to get through to for customer service. At Karcher I got through after ( drumroll PLEASE) TWO rings, one button push on the automated system and about ten seconds of waiting!... To a HUMAN!.. I highly recommend the product and the company for that factor alone!
Realize this is NOT a high pressure STEAM unit. It utilizes cold water under pressure. The uses are unlimited around the house.

the pressure cleaner which I received was in good condition with all parts accounted for. Unfortunately it hasn't worked since I received it. instead of shipping it back I called the manufacturer who directed me to a local shop to fix the unit, which is under warranty, and at no cost. I would stay away from this item.

This was definitely a good buy. All parts and instructions were included and the unit worked as advertised by the manufacturer. My first project was to remove flaking paint from some galvanized steel downspouts. While conventional wisdom said that this unit would not be powerful enough for the task, I think it did a remarkable job, saving me a lot of hard and tedious work with a wire brush. All the paint was not removed but all loose and peeling areas came off effortlessly. I hope it works as well for future projects.

I received the reconditioned unit in great shape and in a timely manner. Can't tell it from new. These are rated highly by Consumer Reports and I'm glad to be using electricity and not a gas one anymore.

I am foolish enough to have bought TWO of these. The first didn't work, the hardware store took it back. When the second did not work, I sent it back to the company. Two weeks later I get it back, and they will not pay shipping.

I highly DO NOT recomend this product.

Do not buy this pressure washer. Cheaply made and only lasted about 10 hours. No help from customer service.

Had this model for a year and I can tell you it is a major piece of crap. This summer I had to take it apart to fix a loose wire. The motor wouldn't shut off when I let off the handle. I had to put the wire back on that controlled that function with electric tape and a wire tie. Then a week ago went to use it to clean the garage floor it blew the outlet hose off. Called customer service and they were very rude. First rudely told me I can't be using it in cold weather. I told them I use it in a heated garage to wash the salt of the truck and floor. Said the threads are stripped. I told them I never took the hose off. I used it since last December. He then raised his voice telling me again the threads are stripped. They told me I would have to ship the unit to them. I am not going to bother. I am just going to junk it. If they weren't so rude I would consider shipping it back to them, but why bother when they act like this.

When I received the pressure washer and opened it up, I must say that I was immediately worried about the little plastic adapters that it uses to connect to different brands of pressure washers. I have a 2400 PSI pressure washer that is near the top of it's rated maximum pressure and flow rate. I must admit when it worked, it worked great and was way faster then using a wand. I love how the product works, I just wish it would have been built better. After about 3 hours on the first day of using it, the threaded adapter that my pressure washer uses blew off the end with all of the threads stripped right off the adapter. Since I had bought the unit a few months back and had never used it, I tried to see how much a new adapter would be, and the answer was $20, almost half price of the entire unit. At that point I decided to give it to a friend with an electric pressure washer and spend $200 on a better built model of surface cleaner. With that said, I have to say that it works great, and if you have a lower pressure electric pressure washer then I would say buy it. It worked so good that I don't mind going and spending $200 on one now that is built better, the amount of time it will save me in the future is tremendous.

This is a nice little concrete driveway cleaner for the price. I live in the country, and get lots of dirt from surrounding fields and trees. It is a slow process, but it works, and is much better than simply trying to use a pressure washer nozzle by itself. If you have a lot of concrete, you may want to step up to a larger professional cleaner, most of which cost a few hundred dollars!

I recently purchased this product to clean my driveway, and sidewalks. It cleans an area about the size of a dinner plate in a single pass. This greatly speeds up your pressure washing project, and saves water at the same time. I needed to find a special fitting to attach the surface cleaner to my pressure wash wand, but the unit worked flawlessly after that. For the home consumer, this product can't be beat on price and ease of use.

I purchased the 1900 psi Briggs & Stratton Power Washer four months ago. It started up right away on one pull, then ten minutes later it stopped. My local authorized repair place diagnosed the problem as a faulty part covered under warrantee. Three months later I still don't have the 1900. After several calls and emails to Amazon and Briggs & Stratton I received encouraging customer service that told me the part was due the next day. Still waiting. I'm dissappointed because I've grown up with respect for the Briggs & Stratton name and have only had good experiences with Amazon. I'm hoping the part will arrive, the repair made, and I can regain my confidence in these two companies. I have been told that if the 1900 cannot be repaired, I can apply to Amazon for a new one which is a mixed promise. First, I can apply for a refund is not inspiring and secondly, I face the unknown of whether it was just a lemon or bad design.

I'll have to wait and see.
I will be very dissappointed if the 1900 can't be repaired and Amazon refuses to either refund the purchase price plus shipping or is willing to ship me a new one, and not a reconditioned one.

We'll see.

I ordered a new pressure washer and you sent me a used one with oil all over the inside of the box. I'm pissed. I thought that a web site like amazon.com would not go so low as to dupe a coustomer. I am returning this item and I will not buy anything else from Amazon.com. I will tell all my friends that ask me what I think about amazon.com, not to buy anything from them. Even thought shipping this pressure washer back will cost me the shippihg, it's OK as long as I get rid of this peice of this thing. I'm am very disspointed with this service.

I purchased the Sears Craftsman version of this item that is rated at 2000 psi and 2.0 gpm. The Sears unit also came with the turbo wand and extra oil for $199. Engine started second pull and has continued to do so. Its clearly for residental use not commercial, but does a lot of things very well. Do read and follow the instructions closely about purging air before startup. CONS: Engine/pump gets very hot and will kill grass where it sits. Engine will not empty gas tank. Stops running at about 1/4 tank and requires refill. I'd have it repaired under warranty, but its too darned reliable to have somebody messing with it.

I purchased this power washer approx. 18 months ago, have used it less than 30 hours total and maintain it perfectly. It is used just for home use. I just noticed a leak between the pump body and the head. Upon inspection I noticed water had even leaked into the pump body contaminating the pump oil!! I drained everything, got to looking at my parts diagram and disassembled the head from the pump body. The diagram lists a simple 3 O-ring and gasket kit that turns out they want $150 for!!!!!! You have got to be kidding me! I submitted a request through the Generac e-support site and was told 'ya that sounds right'.

The Honda engine is tops, but a power washer is kinda useless when the pump is a piece of junk, and you are taken for a ride when you do have problems.

My Generac Pressure Washer broke over 4 times in the first 6 months. Every company can have a problem with a product and this is where customer service is tested. The first warranty shop worked on the unit for about three months. The pressure washer had a problem with the unloader. Some times it would have high pressure and some times it wouldn't. The second waranty shop told me that the pressure washer had a design problem with the unloader and the wand and generac had new valve assembly. Why didn't they put the new design valve in months ago.

Well I spent 6 months driving my generac pressure washer to the repair shop for a problem that could have been recalled. I know that the generac people sent out wrong parts and they gave me a hard time about the warranty repairs when the whole time the unit had a design problem.

The unit did start first pull until it had been worked on a couple of times.

I can only judge my generac pressure washer by the performance, quality of repair work, and quality of generac factory customer care service. I was very happy to get out from under this unit.

I can now compare the performance to a new 3500 psi, 4 gpm, 13 horsepower brand x unit. The cleaning performance is better. It always starts. It hasn't broke yet so I can't tell you about customer service. The only negative is my new unit is heavier so it is harder to lift up into a truck.

If the factory customer sevice wasn't so poor I would probally still be nursing the generac pressure washer around. I got tired of wasting my time and purchased a unit that is superior to the generac in all regards except it is heavier. It is amazing how much better it cleans.

I should have scraped the generac the first time it broke.

I have owned this Pressure Washer for 3 years. I use it in my business. I have logged over 200 hours on this unit with not one problem. Very easy to start, uses fuel efficently, quite, powerful. I highly recommend this unit. The Honda engine is the best. The Italian pump performs flawlessly.

I received the product a month ago. A wheel had broken during shipment. Amazon would not allow it to be returned, but is working on getting a replacement wheel. Product may be OK (other than poor packaging and shipping damage), but I have not been able to use it yet. I have been waiting for the wheel for 3 weeks now.

I was to review the sibling model 020239 sold in Walmart. Model 20228 was sold in Sears. I believe Briggs & Stratton made slight different products for distributors. Here is the Speed Clean sold in Walmart which had a 4 HP engine.

It's very easy to assemble the wheels and handler and easy to use after you read the manual. I had used a more powerful machine before so I feel the difference of the PSI and GPM. The 1.9 GPM is slightly lower. 2500 PSI and 2.5 GPM sound ideal for home use. But if you mainly work on medium projects like to wash tool, cars, furnitures, drive ways, decks, and patios it more than meets your needs for routine cleanings. It's has a small size so you won't need much space to store it. Full tank fuel can run about 40 minutes. I had to add motor oil after running it for 5 hours and that's in line of their recommendation. It has no muffler so you may need earplugs to reduce the noise you have to hear. It worked good for me. One thing I want to mention that after I finished the job the front foot of the machine melted down for some reason and the rubber contained the surface and had to clean that out. Be careful on that.

My apologies for not reviewing this specific model. I purchased a similar (3000 p.s.i.) unit by Briggs & Stratton, sold under another brand name, with a 7.0 HP Briggs Intek engine and AR pump. It started up first time like a typical B & S, 3 pulls and it was running. Runs strong, pump puts out good pressure and volume. The weak link, which got Briggs & Stratton only a 3 star rating, is the water inlet fitting, where the garden hose attaches to the unit. Mine fell apart in less than one hour of use. Being of chinese manufacture, I question the quality of this part. Tried calling both Briggs & Stratton, and the company it is sold under, and got nowhere. Both entities have their telephone "firewalls" working well, an automated switchboard that eventually leads to terminal hold. Neither has any email provision to contact them, so I presume they do not really want any customer contact. I got mine working again by using a different style of fitting. Hope this helps someone else.
