My brothers had mohawks in school (early 1960's)and I had always
wanted one but being a girl my parents didn't see any light in that request. 40 years later and going through chemo I finally got the chance to fulfill my long inquisitive desire. I had an old wig which I cut from front to back, trimmed it, sprayed it and there it was, my mohawk. Now I had to have something that would adhere to the wig and my scalp without irritation, would not leave a sticky residue, would not tear my wig or my scalp up, and at the same time be comfortable. I tried two sided tape, scotch tape, electrical tape, packing tape, you name it. Then I saw the duct tape by the A/C unit and bingo, I had my mohawk. Not only am I enjoying this but family, friends, co-workers, and complete strangers are enjoying it as much if not more. Thanks to DT

I found the fit to be good. The mask doesn't have to be pulled extremely tight against my face for a good fit. I can breath easily through the mask, if I don't exert myself. I notice a slight resistance through the mask, if I'm exerting myself. However, I still felt comfortable. Well worth the money.

Light and easy to breathe through, I don't feel like I'm struggling for air like with some respirators. Vision is not obscured either. The filters in this are so good, I can't even smell paint or solvents when I have it on. This is a great respirator - clearly the best for the money when I bought mine. Highly recommended.

Use this for dust, insulation, paint, or anything. I've used it with a spray gun for several hours, and you don't even smell paint at all. It's very comfortable and night-and-day better than a paper mask. Make the small investment, you'll appreciate it.

Hello my name is cornelius tinderwitt,I am a retired insurance adjuster and tend to spend most of my time gardening and avoiding the better half, although which half is debatable.anyway to make along story short I've recently come into some money and have been in the market for a new pollen mask. It seems my dearly beloved( by who is any ones guess)mistook my old one for a coffee filter , and ever since then I've had to postpone re-tarring the roof. However I've just received my new mask in the mail and the world has revealed to me its hidden pearl once again. Thank you 3M once again I am in your debt.

Allergies are a killer, especially in the spring when so many home-renewal projects hit. Clean up the yard? Do a little woodwork? Painting? Maybe you're blessed with a lack of allergies, but I for one am often impaired by that sort of thing. So if you have to knock down the Scotch Broom that is infesting the yard, or some other high-pollen-count invader... one of these can be quite handy.

If you've ever worked in a dusty environment, these little dust pollen masks are just superb, and often necessary. If you work in either an enclosed environment where there is sawdust, sand, drywall compound dust (the worst), smoke, hair, these little babies can be life-savers. I keep a few in the glove box, just in case there's a fire nearby or I plan to do some construction work.

These are, however, not good to be wearing if you are dining in an elegant restaurant or going to the opera. I have seen people cut little holes in them so they can smoke, though. This defeats the whole purpose of the mask, as they are brilliantly designed to keep out particulates and contaminants.

No doubt about it, everryone should have some of these around, just in case.

This little tool is great for holding my 8.5x11 recipes. It could also be used for holding papers while typing. Great buy for the money!!

Inexpensive, effective little gadget. Bought several for the office staff. Use them in the house to hold recipes while cooking. Use them in the shop to hold instructions for projects. Best document holder I have ever used.

You have read many reviews in the trade sources that say these belts last three times longer. From what I have experienced those writers are not correct. These belts last much longer than 3 times. I have put over 300 board of hard maple and 150 board feet of red oak through on one sheet. It cuts just as new. Prior sheets would have been replaced after 100 board feet of hard maple or red oak. These belts do not heat up as much and they have not cloged yet.

using the 60 grit sanding belt help me to complete my job in a lot less time, with a lot less effort.thanks for the help.

Best belts I've ever used. These things greatly outlast cheaper cloth belts, and it especially shows in a high-output environment. Definitely worth the investment, these pay for themselves many times over. Much less grit loss than other belt types, and can be easily de-gummed by running a hardwood across the belt.

I love these belts. The first time I used one was the free one that came with my 4x24 Porter Cable belt sander. I couldn't believe how long it lasted. They are very aggressive yet leave a very smooth, very consistent surface. The 100 grit is perfect for most general sanding tasks. I used to use the "bargain" belts, buy 12 get 12 free. Not any longer. These 3M belts may cost more, but you will save money in the long run because they last many times longer than a standard belt. The best part is when the belt starts wearing out, with the butt splice all you do is turn it around and its almost like putting on a new belt. These belts make sanding go a lot quicker and the results are excellant. There aren't any course scratches caused by large grit particles like you get with cheaper belts. Definitely worth extra money they cost, cheaper in the long run.

This is a case where the premium, 3M product works SO much better than the cheaper brands. I save hundreds on my winter power bills using this stuff...Stay warm this winter! Thanks 3M!!!!

This kit makes it easy to quicky insulate just about any reasonably sized window you may have. The kit includes one large sheet of plastic and 2 rolls of double sided tape. You apply the tape around the frame of the window you want to insulate, cut a piece of plastic and then apply it to the tape. Once you've done that you just need to use a hair dryer on the plastic to get it to shrink and tighten in your window frame.

I used these kits to seal drafty windows in an old building. It took a little over an hour to cover 4 windows. The temperature difference is dramatic and when the plastic has been well tightened and trimmed it isn't too noticable.

Compared to the Brawny durafresh sponge these sponges hold up to a lot of use and stay fresh too. Plus, the price is nice!

I will make this review as succinct as possible, because I believe in today's society people are simply inundated with information. Overflow of information is anything but constructive. Take this review for example. Being a busy person shopping for sponges online, do you really want to read through a lengthy review just to get a second opinion on these sponges? I think not. That is why I will make this review brief and to the point, and that will be the guiding principle for the rest of this review. In any events, I hope you will find my review helpful when you're about to make the purchase decision. Okay, these Scotch Brite Multipurpose Sponges are ergonomically sound, aesthetically pleasing, and functionally exceptional. I highly recommend them.

NOT much to say other then its a sticky cloth. it can be used several times in the same place even if there is already dust on that part of the cloth as long as its still sticky. this item is the key to a fine finish but only if you are using a oil based finish. tac cloths should not be used on water based finishes.

I just bought a 10 pack of these belts. They are 3M but made in Brazil and packaged in Mexico. They run in either direction. This way you can run in the other direction and pull off some of the buildup. I have grit 100 and ran a belt for 1.5 hours. It is holding up well after that run. Good price.
