Bosch Review Warning on Portability
YOU CANNOT GET THE SAW THROUGH A 30" DOOR WHEN MOUNTED ON THE STAND. Everything else is great. So what? I can't move it to the basement, from the garage into the house, into my storage room. The width is 29" at the wheels. Sounds good - if any of my doors opened 180 degrees and didn't have stop molding. In practice 27.5" should have been the design width they worked within. That should not have been difficult given the saw width is 25".
And don't think you can just turn it side ways and slide it through. With the stand and blade guard installed (both require tools to remove), the profile is more than 29". You can wiggle it through but I doubt the plastic blade guard will survive too many attempts. The whole assembly is also very heavy and awkward when trying this.
Don't underestimate how important this is. Only my front door is greater than 30 inches. Every other door is 30".

Bosch Review Second purchase, different purpose.
This will be my second stand, as I purchased the Bosch saw/stand combo a few years ago. The new stand will replace a mickeymouse thing now under my 10" Bosch comp.miter saw. I was looking at the Rigid MSUV table for the miter, and I'm sure it's a fine unit. But since I'm not encumbered by time, and I have lightweight portable supports, I didn't really need the on-board roller supports. And I'm very pleased with the stability and ease of set-up of the Bosch table. Besides, it's less money now than the Rigid and Amazon doesn't sell the Ridgid (not now, anyway). I'll probably have to adapt the miter hole patterns to the new saw frame, but that's minor stuff. I know how well the table saw gets around on this base, so it didn't make sense to go to something different and wind up disappointed. It really is a very well designed base!

Bosch Review Bosch TS2000 Gravity-Rise Wheeled Table Saw Stand with Universal Mounting Slots
This is my second purchase of this item and I am well pleased. It is easy to assemble and easy to operate. I now own 4 of these stands and would rate them high above any other similar item on the current market regardless of price. It is very sturdy, balanced, and well designed.

Bosch Review Versatile, Powerful Hand Saw
I'm a finish carpenter and I use this saw for multiple applications, from cutting the bottom of jambs to shaving a bent post back to square. It's come in handy for so many different jobs - demo to finish - that I wouldn't be caught without it. I would highly recommend this tool to anyone who works with wood.

Bosch Review amazing value
I love this tool it saved me from getting a crain cutter to do door jambs yes it is not as quick but i like the control of it and i have seen to many people hurt themselves with those dam sidewinder type flush cut saws. i perfer this type of saw plus i feel it leaves a cleaner cut with less patch work to the adjacent molding.

as good as the saw it for jambs i like that this thing has other uses and doesn't just sit in the truck and only get used once in awhile. for $100 it seems to do twice as much work as a crain cutter.

Bosch Review Great Versatility
This can be used in many ways from cutting door jambs to mitering corners. Great tool. Great idea. Much more control than sawsall. I used it the other day to chop off some stair balasters the first day I got and it worked perfect. be careful tho of kickbacks when cutting in tight locations.

Bosch Review The best small rotary hammer--without question
I've used the big demolition and rotary hammers from Hilti and Bosch as well as a smaller hammer from Hilti. While the Bulldog certainly doesn't have the power of those big monsters, it can be used for hours on end without operator fatigue--or tool failure. This tool drills through concrete very quickly and chews through the solid fieldstone our home walls are made of. It's light enough to use while curled up in the back of a small fireplace removing a chimney damper, and powerful enough to break out some 5000 psi concrete during a threshhold demolition. I have found this tool to be ruggedly built and have not had any service issues in five plus years of ownership. By the way, this Bosch is also my 2-year old son's favorite tool ever since that threshhold demolition--he calls it the "wowee mammer" and constantly pleads to use it.

Bosch Review Compact and powerful
This is a work horse. I've used this drill to anchor the bearing walls of a duplex with 1/2" x 7" wedge bolts. Didn't break a sweat even after installing 50+ bolts.

Bosch Review 5+ stars for here too!
The bulldog gets it done. I can't say enough about this tool. Its done everything I've asked it to do. From hammering through a 8 in slab, to drilling through 8 in block.
Of course, I don't use it everyday like a contractor, but I'de imagine for that kind of use, I'de buy one of the bigger bosch hammers for everyday punishment. The bits are somewhat pricey, but for good reason, they last! You will only probably need to buy them once.
For occasional to medium use, this is a winner!

Bosch Review This is a great sander.
I teach high school Wood Fabrication and Manufacturing and I have two of the Bosch 3727 Random Orbital Sanders in my shop. I have used other random orbital sanders in the past, like Dewalt and Ryobi, and I found them difficult to hold on too. These sanders are wonderful. They are very smooth, create an excellent finish and are very well balanced and stable. You can easily hold on to them with one hand and keep the sanding pad on the work piece. Definitely the best random orbital sander I've ever used.

Bosch Review Great sander!
I have this sander at home and it does an amazing job. I have a Fein vacuum that, when connected to the sander, makes it pretty much dust free. The sanders own dust bag does a good job too but hooked up to the vacuum you really get spoiled.

If you work in a wood working shop everyday the sanders to get would be the Fein 8", 6" and a pneumatic 5" or 6". The Fein has a lager throw so it sands off more with each pass than the Bosch with the same grit paper.

The Bosch however is easier to control, lighter, very quiet (compared to the Fein), less expensive, and a lot more comfortable to use. I work in a shop making furniture so I do a lot of sanding and I have been very happy with this sander!

Bosch Review Awsome piece of equipment
I bought this sander to replace my Dewalt palm sander and I love it. Its a little heavy if your sanding walls or a ceiling but if you're on a flat surface its fine. The paper is a snap to change. This is a truly awesome sander.

Bosch Review Great as any german product
as a body worker, most of my tools comes from Bosch. With this router, I just wanted to make sure that anything from Bosch is great as always, and I beleive, I was right

Bosch Review Great router / my complaints
I have not use it a whole lot yet. However I have noticed some issues. Rather than just talking about how awesome this router is, and it is awesome I will point on some minor things.

The biggest issue is the handles, they flex a little. This causes no trouble what so ever. They are more than adequate, however the slop doesn't fit in with the rest of the super high quality build.

So now that I think about it, that is the only thing i have noticed that i can take issue with.

The speed adjustment wheel is nice and recessed so you wont bump it, yet it is still easy to manipulate.

Bosch Review It Feels Just Right. . .
I recently added a second router with more "umph" (the 1619EVS) to let me handle larger panel-raising bits when mounted in a table, as well as to have a backup for general use to avoid changing setups whenever possible. I have been extremely pleased with the versatility, power, ergonomics, and ease of use with the Bosch. I've found myself going to it more frequently than my DeWalt DW621 for quick hand-held tasks because of its comfortable heft and easy to use controls. Compared to the 3 hp Makita plunge I used recently, the Bosch is more comfortable and easier/smoother on the plunge, albeit somewhat noisier. In my hands, it feels more stable than the Makita. It is arguable whether the additional plunge steps on the Bosch are an advantage over the Makita or merely an annoyance. As noted by other reviewers, the features of the Bosch make it a breeze for table mounting and use. Given that my 1619EVS was refurbished, I got a significantly better price, but I'd have been hard pressed to find any signs of prior use when I unpacked it for the first time. I'm quite content with my Bosch and have no second thoughts.

Bosch Review Trust me, it is well worth it!
I have owned this saw for over 3 years now. It is a shame that I had paid the full introductory price when it had come out, but I wouldn't trade this saw for anything. I also own the complete 24V cordless line by Bosch. I own a small contractor buisness doing everything from kitchens, baths, additions, full house construction, to concrete work and everything in between. Not only is this saw worth it's weight in gold, but the entire 24V Bosch is worth the same. I can not write a good enough review for this item. It is so handy to set up and cut a few pieces of trim with such accuracy as my 12" Bosch Sliding Compound miter saw. In fact, I have found myself using this saw for just about every job, since I already have the case with my other cordless tools. I have trimmed out $750k houses with this saw, just set it up in every room that needs trimwork, hook it up to my shop vac and away I go with accurate miters. The only thing that I had wished this saw had was the dual compound feature, but I am used to turning crown over and cutting it the other way. The saw holds an accurate fence and the positive miter detents are right on! Again, it takes only 5 min. to pull the saw out, set it down, and begin cutting with no cords to drag around. It is the nearest replacement to a quality cordes miter saw you can ever have. I am truely convinced to forever puchase the old blue and red over the yellow and black any day. Bravo Bosch!

Bosch Review best buy yet
well ive had this saw for a month now. i couldnt be happier i install kitchens and bath cabinets everyday and use it everyday, the battery lasted longer than i thought it would before i had to recharge it. its so light my helper dosent complain anymore about dragging the saw around. between this and the bosch cordless jigsaw and the nail gun i hardly have to plug in anything anymore i read some of the reviews before i bought this last saw most were favorable some wernt but for what i do its great i guess if i did trim all day i would want 2 batteries but thats the only down side

Bosch Review Great saw for the intended design
First let me say I am not a contractor I am a weekend warrior but I do like doing my own project work.
I bought this saw about 2 months ago because I had a project to build a double set of outside stairs. The nearest power was 1/4 mile away and I don't own a generator.
This saw is very good. I was suprised by it power. The stairs I built were completely made from green treated lumber. I was able to cut 2x12 stair treads with no problem. Yes I had to flip the wood over and yes the wood was still wet. I was amazed. I also bought the 24 volt circular saw. It too exceeded my expectation. I also own the Corded Dewalt 12 inch compound miter. This saw can't do everything the Dewalt can do but you can't expect it to. For what it is worth I have not found a job it can't do yet.
I would highly recommend this saw to any one.

Bosch Review Great tool with plenty of power
Perfect size and more than enough power for the DIY homeowner. No complaints with this tool. Bosch does it again!

Bosch Review Just Right
There are better and there are definately worse angle grinders out there. There are also some more expensive and a lot of cheaper ones.

I have owned several grinders, worn out some, some just broke. I can confidently say that this model is right where I need for most every job I have to tackle. It is well worth the money, dont wind up with a junk grinder just to save yourself $20. The more expensive ones are nice, but they dont really do anything this one wont.

From my experience, this one fits perfectly in cost vs. performance equation.

Bosch Review Just what I needed
I couldn't beleive how fast it got here. Just in time for a welding class I was taking. Not too big,not too small, with enough power to get the job done. I used the grinding wheel and a wire wheel. It also pugged into the welder's DC outlet, no extra cords.

Bosch Review Very good tool
I really like this tool. The plunge release/lock mechanism is th ebest around. MUCH nicer than dewalt's or PorterCable's. The motor is smooth and the micro-adjust mechanism works beautifully. My only complaint is that the top is not flat and bit changes are a little less convenient as a result. Pretty minor compared to the tool's overall performance.

Bosch Review 1613AEVS Top of the list!
It was either this one or the Dewalt DW621, the two best routers in this class. For the readers sake I will compare its features to the Dewalt. Both machines are 2HP, both have a smooth plunge but the Dewalt wins in this respect. They both have dust extraction, Bosch via an attachment and the Dewalt built into one of the plunge posts. If you do not hook up the Dewalt's dust extraction you will inhale the dust and eat the chips. They both employ Soft Start and are variable speed with constant speed technology. As for motor noise the Bosch certainly wins, it has half the noise of the Dewalt, and is comfortable to operate without hearing protection. Both machines have micro adjustment knobs, the Bosch's can be adjusted while the plunge is locked, the Dewalt's cannot. The micro gauge reading on the Bosch is much easier to understand than on the Dewalt. I like the 1/8 step graduations on the depth stop rather than the three post adjustable on the Dewalt. This feature is a user preference you can make your own assumption. The base on the Bosch is larger and more conventional than the Dewalt's. As for quality you can't go wrong with either, time will tell. Bosch makes an excellent product, take the quality for the best and study the features you need.

Bosch Review Wish I would have bought it sooner
As a DIY'er, I was hesitant to spend this kind of money for something that I was just going to use for home improvement projects. However, after a year of struggling with trying to dig in my rock-hard clay soil, I finally gave in. I haven't been disappointed!

Since this is the only demo-hammer I've used, I really can't compare it to anything else, but I'm very happy with the tool's performance and quality. Using this beast is a little bit of a workout, but I'm sure it's much easier than trying to handle a full sized jack - especially if you have any horizontal hammering to do. So far I've used it to dig out a good sized footer for a retaining wall, trench for drainage/irrigation lines, demolish a BBQ island built from concrete block, and break out a small area of 4" concrete sidewalk. What a timesaver!

Bosch Review Bosch--The Best
Very durable, reliable, quality is outstanding, it gives never ending power, can count on it everytime to get the job done. I highly recommend this great tool.

Bosch Review Quality makes all the Difference! High Quality = Bosch!
I am trilled with this hammers performance. hands down Bosch is the Best!! Bosch craftmanship is superior, no complaints what so ever. I highly recommend

Bosch Review Great!!
I love this thing! I was amazed at how powerful it is. This drill will drill through just about everything. I have tried many drills from other brands and they just don't compare.

Bosch Review How do you Improve on it?
This is the best drill I've ever owned, bar none! DeWalt, Makita, you name it I've owned it...even the Tim Allen Drill/driver. Nothing I've used matches the torque or the clutch. It is comfortable, and will drill through anything I have touched it to. I was so impressed I bought two! Bosch has made me Blue to the Bone.

Bosch Review CORDED DRILL WITHOUT THE CORD
The title says it all. When you bring out this drill, You're bringing out the "BIG GUNS!" I kid you not, This is the only cordless drill that I've ever used that has the power of a corded drill. I use it for driving screws, and a corded drill to drill the pilot holes. This way, I dont have to keep changing bits. They say it weighs 15 lbs., but you can't tell it. It feels more like 8. It is really well balanced. The batteries last for ever, and then it only takes an hour to charge them back up. I built three tables before I had to change batteries. If I were Porter-Cable, Dewalt, Milwaulkee or any of the rest, I'd be ashamed. When it comes to cordless drill drivers, this one stands alone and a way out in front. Thanks Bosch, you did it again!
