When I purchased this item for my dad for christmas I bought it because the item desciption said that it was 1.3 HP. On Christmas eve when he opened it, the motor said 1/3 HP. The only reason I went with this one was because of the added power. I was very disappointed when I discovered that I had actually purchased the smallest horse power grinder available. If you still want this product the name is good, just beware that it is not the horse power that is advertised.

just received today am actually using this jet air filtration system in my house in the house wanted to try this for smoking otherwize electrostatic filter is great for dust will see how this works for that but is not as pictured, comes paper framed and looks similar to electrostatic one without the metal support but actual filter is much stiffer

First of all, you don't get the fence shown in the picture, at least I didn't. Jet say's that is a seperate option...universal fence. So what ya get is a piece of hardboard with melamine on both sides and two standard t-tracks.
I bought this table to put on my Delta DP200(see review), it is meant to mount on the adjustable table and increase your work area. It is a nice thick piece of "wood" and the t-tracks are paralell to each other. But I could have made my own for a third of what this one cost. I have kept it and mounted it to my drill press, and made a good fence for it. I does enable me to use hold downs instead of clamps all the time. Also depending on the press you have, you have to make a cutout on the back side of the board, so your height adjusting crank will clear the table.
It is well made and stout, it does the job but I was disappointed. Recommend you make your own.

I have been unable to correct the Excessive Vibration both at start-up & lowing own Cycles. The Grizzly contact Rep. asked me to remove Both Wheels and try starting it this way, To verify the source of "Vibration". This did not eliminate any of the problems. I am convinced that being unable to find any "Static Wheel Balancing Equipment" That will fit this 10" dia. x 1" wide Grinding Wheel with a 1" Shaft Dia. I will have to purchase an "American Made" Replacment Wheel (i.e. "Norton" or "Carborundum" in order to eliminate this Unacceptable Vibration Problem.

I ordered this platform truck that cam from Jet and when it arrived the box wasn't in good shape and the bed was dented like it was probably a return from a previous cutomer who abused it; however, all the parts were accounted for.

My other complaint is the swivel casters are slightly uneven and one of them becomes flat after a few days. I will just see if I can get replacement swivel casters for it, if possible.

Another thing is the fold-down of the haldle is not as smooth as it should be primarily because it is metal and it should have been a type of tough rubber or maybe kevlar instead.

On a positive note this item is very easy to handle once you get the hang of it and it stores eaily in my small apartment.

I recently purchased a 4 Ton cable puller having a different brand name, but indistinguishable in appearance, based on the product image on this site. Based on my experience with the product I purchased I recommend a careful evaluation of this product before putting it into service.

The product I purchased, rated at 4 tons, should have been able to safely handle a one ton load. It failed - broke - under a force of roughly 1500 lbs. (Note that this product was NOT the "Jet JCP-4" brand offered here.) The product I purchased was of Chinese manufacture. It was apparent from a cursory visual inspection that it was roughly and imprecisely made. The point of failure was the spool on which the cable winds, as the puller is used. Under the pressure of actual use, the very rough and minimal spot welds binding that spool's ends to its core broke, causing the end of the spool to separate from the core, and the cable to slip and bind in the space between the core and the end piece.

I recommend that this equipment be carefully inspected before being put into use, with special attention to the construction and strength of the cable spool. If the spool shows signs of poor construction, especially inadequate or incomplete welds, the equipment should not be used. The same point would apply to the pully on the cable which has the load hook attached. If that pully is not well made, the product should probably be returned.

As a single woman - and not a very handy woman - I found that this showerhead installs easily in minutes. A nice feature is that the manufacturer includes a small roll of teflon tape with the showerhead in case of leaks. After using the tape all leaks ceased.

I ordered this showerhead as I liked the idea of taking a "rain shower." The product description led me to believe the shower had a wider range of adjustments than it does. The part of the description that indicated the shower had a "trickle" feature is certainly accurate. However, the idea that that showerhead goes from a trickle to a downpour is, in my opinion, misleading. I would say the adjustments go from a trickle to a light rain. I do not feel that the problem is with the water pressure in my home as my previous showerhead had a very forceful spray feature that worked very well.

However, if you just want a relaxing shower, this may be just the right showerhead for you. If you want a showerhead that will give you an invigorating spray, I'd advise you to keep looking.

This bench symbolizes all the trade-offs we make in life. All the gripes and complaints of the smaller Sjoberg bench apply to this bench. It's small, light, the hardware is toyish, the top is thin. Having said all that, I am glad I purchased this. An average woodworker could make a bench that is much better if he had the tools and the time. The latter is my problem. I don't have the time. Making a bench would be on a long list of projects I am working on, so I would not have a bench for a couple of years. In short this bench is better than O.K. It's not flimsy or made of particle board. It's a stopgap.

The first bench arrived damaged beyond anything I could accept. Shipping UPS ground was a serious mistake as the box was damaged horribly.

Amazon was fabulous as usual and shipped a new one for free. The new one came Fed Ex 2 day and the only damage was the moving jaw on the end vise was damaged with big dings.

The biggest problem is the bench top is low in the center by 0.134". I guess i'll start scraping tomorrowl

This item took forever to get to me!
Shipping time was around 5-6 weeks! I lost track after two weeks.
Item was OK but if your in a hurry for the part, go somewhere else!
