Milwaukee Review Works great.
I've only had this charger for a few weeks, but I'm very pleased with the way it works. I'm a licensed contractor and have several Milwaukee tools with batteries. Last year I began to notice a problem with one of my 18 volt drills and took it to a service center nearby. They replaced the battery for free, but more importantly told me the single chargers that came with the tools were only capable of a "quick charge." The multi-bay charger also does the quick charge, but then goes into a trickle charge mode of up to 4 hours. The key to bringing the battery up to its full, like new, charge is this last step. That, along with the added advantage of being able to charge three batteries of different voltages at the same time sealed the deal for me. As already noted... I've been very happy with how it works.

Milwaukee Review I purchased mine from Amazom
The product is a great product. All Safety Speed Cut equipment is high quality. I wanted to share the great experience I had ordering this through Amazon. The H4 saw was crated and wrapped. It arrived a few days after ordering without a scratch. The delivery person helped me unload the heavy saw and put in my garage. This was much more convenient then purchasing locally. I wouldn't hesitate ordering heavy woodworking equipment from Amazon again. Great service.

Milwaukee Review broken saws can be repaired for free
milwaukee sawzalls can be repaired and often for free! if your sawzall breaks send it to a milwaukee service center, not just any tool repair place, even if they are milwaukee cerified. often, milwaukee will repair it for free. milwaukee now has a 5 year warranty and that should cover damage under normal use repairs. repairs can be 80.00 to 100.00 dollars per repair. it's worth the shipping costs. sometimes there is a tool recall, see milwaukee's website or just email them. if this is the case, you'll get a new saw for free. milwaukke does stand behind their reputation. so don't just toss a dead tool; send it away to get it repaired.

Milwaukee Review Brute !
I've owned my saw for about 4 yrs or so. I mostly cut metal daily with my Sawzall - The blades and saw get all sorts of severe abuse. I even use the orbital action on some of the metal cuts ( It clears out the chips ) I have not had any problems with it - the only thing I'd say would be nice to have is a variable stroke control. The milwaukee metal cutting "Torch" blades are worth the money because they last and are pretty tall allowing for straighter cuts. I've also cut out numerous not so small tree stumps( I'd call this a serious abuse of the saw), pruned and cut down trees with it and even used it to cut up a big piano and some oil burners.

Milwaukee Review A Hawg--A danged ole hawg!
Metaphorically speaking, of course. But no joke, this thing will tear into whatever you set in front of it. I've also got the 10 amp with trigger-controlled speed and no orbital. It's a great saw, but the orbital action combined with the dial-in speed control is a super-nice feature. If it gets bogged down, the clutch feature keeps you from burning it up. I've used this thing to take a kitchen down as well as cut the roof off a Honda. Heck, I've even pruned trees with it, cut up old gutters, and been tempted to carve the Thanksgiving turkey with it. It's just a danged ol good saw. A Hawg if there ever was one.

Milwaukee Review good saw - but also consider a wormdrive
Everyone loves this saw, or so it seems from the reviews. I like this saw as well, I own it. I've had it for over a year and a half and I've cut everything from 1x4s to 6x6s, mostly for framing. I still think it lacks power compared to a worm drive, which isn't all that much more expensive. Here's what I'd like you to consider before buy a circular saw: try out a worm drive before buying anything. Brakes are a definate plus, for you don't want to slow down when you're on a roll and they make for a downright safer cut. Also consider the $60 Skil 13amp saw with a laser. Skil is a great name when it comes to circular saws, and what a great price. If you want to spend more look at the Skil worm drive saw. If you want to buy milwaukee, buy the version of this circular saw with a brake, you'll thank yourself later.

Milwaukee Review Whatcha doin over there
This saw pretty much rocks. I bought it to cut 1 1/4" flagstone. Just threw a diamond blade on this bad boy and the saw has so much power, it slices right threw it with no problems. So...buy it..it rocks.

Milwaukee Review An awsome saw!
(Michelles husband John using her account)
I bought this saw about a year ago and I absolutly love it! At the time I bought it I was doing a lot of plywood underlayment in a condo developement and the Ryobi saw I was using was on its way out. I decided that I was going to spend the money and get the best saw I could. I did a lot of research and spent a lot of time in Home Depot feeling out which saw was the most comfortable in my hand (I`m not a big guy and I have smallish hands)Especialy important to my was the space between the front grip and the gaurd tab since I do a lot of plunge cuts and didn`t feel safe having to stretch to hold the gaurd up. I also tried out other folks saws on jobsites to see how I liked the way they worked. The Milwaukee and the Rigid were the best fit. The DeWalt was too big a stretch. I just plain didn`t like the Hitachi, Porter Cable, and Bosch. Given my experience with Rigid tools it was an easy choice from there. I`m glad I made the call I did. This is a great saw. Sturdy, comfortable, easy to use, and powerfull! Everyone whose tried it agrees, even the guy I work with whose a die hard DeWalt fan! Although I`m primarily a trim carpenter, I do some decks, some renovations, some underlayment, and other odds and ends too. I love using this saw and reach for it every chance I get. I also like the tilt lock handle and use it a lot even though I didn`t figure I would when I bought the saw. All in all, I would recomend this saw to anyone.

Milwaukee Review Great product
Amazon embellished somewhat in their review. The sound is excellent, though not quite capable of the decible level they would lead you to believe this radio will produce (at least not a crisp, clean sound at the level they allude to). The punch equalizer works well to tailor the sound to your taste. There are three preset equalizer levels. Digital tuning is a must have, and this unit excells in that department. Reception is very good. The construction of this radio seems to be indestructable. This is a great accessory for the shop, jobsite, or any other place you want to have portable tunes.

Milwaukee Review Milwaukee radio
I am not the sort of person to write a review about many things, but on the subject of this radio I have to break with tradition. This is an excellent radio. Really nice to use and built every bit as well as all my other milwaukee tools. ( I had expected some level below what my saws are because it's sort of an add on product). It has great sound and I love the look of it. I am now buying another one for work because this one has become my favorite household radio. They have done a nice job with the radio itself, if you close your eyes you would think you were in a movie theater listening to Altecs. Doesn't have a solid state sound...more tube type...reminds me of when I first bought a blues cube from roland. The sound is very nice.
I don't think you will be unhappy with this.

Milwaukee Review Heavy duty work tunes
I bought this to replace my DeWalt job site radio that just died one day and refused to run on either battery or 120v. This radio is HEAVY! It is not something that is likely to get accidently kicked over. It is built to be bottom heavy and is very stable. The reception is great (and where I live, we often have difficulty tuning in with other radios). Even inside houses and in basements I have no trouble getting a clear signal. The battery life seems to go on forever--I used a spare 18v., but it takes other smaller Milwaukee batteries as well. This was a great value for the money compared to the other job-site radios I looked at.

Milwaukee Review Lives up to expectations
Well, I read the reviews, bought the router and I'm happy with it. The router works great, has a nice sturdy feel, and is very easy to use. This is a router that you can operate with one hand and the switch is right there near the thumb for easy on/off.

Milwaukee Review Good router
Bought this for my father, He loves it. I used it a little bit, very smooth, very comfortable in your hand. well made in the usa.

Milwaukee Review Best Router
I've owned this model for about three years now and I couldn't be happier with it. I use Bosch and Porter-Cable routers at work and I'm always happy to come home to my Milwaukee. The Milwaukee is much easier to adjust (the only router that I ever used that has a depth adjustment that works 100%), and the bodygrip feature puts it miles ahead of the others when it comes to controlling the unit. I can eaily route 3/4" wide material perfectly. Very stable and extremely durable.

Milwaukee Review Bad batteries
I purchased this drill three years ago this month. I have used it only for some small projects around the home. Initially, it worked great. But for the past several months, one battery is completely dead and will not accept a charge and the other is weak and will not accept a full charge. I sent an e-mail to Milwaukee asking for advice, but never received a response. I feel the batteries should have lasted much longer considering the limited use. I cannot recommend this drill and will not likely ever buy another Milwaukee product.

Milwaukee Review Dissapointment
This drill was my first, and last, Milwaukee tool purchase. It is just out of warranty, 1 year, and I have used it very little (maybe 15 battery charges). When it first arrived it had one bad battery. I received a replacement which is ok, but now the other battery is bad. I keep the batteries and charger indoors so I don't believe heat/cold are to blame. Also, the drill now has a noticeable burning smell whenever it is operated.

I have owned several other cordless drills and all of them performed better than this one. If you're looking to buy, I recommend you keep looking.

Milwaukee Review dead batteries
I purchased a Milwaukee 14.4 Power Plus (minus t-handle), almost 3 years ago. It came with the 2.4 amp hour batteries. Despite the rough use that I've subjected it to, the drill has performed flawlessly. However, 6 months ago I let the batteries run down (not keeping them on maintenance charge). To my disappointment, they would not take a charge. A month ago, I again tried to recharge them (leaving them in for as many as 10 hours). But the charger light would never come on. The voltage on both batteries read 0 volts. New batteries would cost me $70 each. So I figured, for a little more money, I would be just as well off to by a new drill and batteries together. First, however, I tried something "off-the-wall." I attached one of the dead batteries into the drill and inserted a short steel rod into the chuck. I inserted the other end of the steel rod (about 3/8"x 8") into my corded Milwaukee. I set one in "reverse" and the other in "forward" and held down on both triggers, running at about 500 rpms. After a few minutes, the turning motor charged the dead battery to over 6 volts I believe, which was more than enough for the charger to finally kick in and start charging. One battery now works great and the other is fair. I'm in no way recommending that this would be practical for everyone with dead batteries, which won't take a charge. But I figured that since I was all set to but a new one, what did I have to loose?

Milwaukee Review Nice build and plenty of power - but no 1/4" collet
This is actually my first Milwaukee power tool and I was very impressed with the build, as well as fit and finish. The above table height adjustment is great and really seems to raise and lower the router much more smoothly than the Freud plunge base router I used to have. Seems much more powerful than the Freud also.

I give it five stars, but almost gave it 4 for not including a 1/4" collet. At the $300 or so price range of this router you would expect a 1/4" collet, which they want to gig you an additional $20 for.

Milwaukee Review Milwaukee 5625-20 3-1/2 HP Fixed-Base Router
I bought this router specifically for mounting in a router table. It has perform admirably in that role. It has ample power to spin large panel raising bits. It is capable of hogging through a raised panel cut with one pass but multiple passes give cleaner results. With the above the table adjustment I am able to change depth to withing 1/124" of precision.

I have only used this router mounted in a table, but the handles that came on it are well designed. Although the router is heavy, the handles make it easy to hold and I don't think it would be much of a stretch to use this router as a handheld.

Overall, this is an excellent machine.

Milwaukee Review Superior
I've owned this router for almost a year and mainly use it with my router table. A router of this magnitude is defintely made for those who want superior quality, power, and the abilty to handle the largest of router bits. Well worth the money, especially since this will be the last router I will ever buy.

Milwaukee Review Long time user
Bot 3 sets Lechmere closeout 10 years ago. Use sporadically and have experience that batteries last 4 years plus/minus. Buy a new one each year, keep 3-4 going. Inside batt are two industrial "C" Ni-Cads - older ones develop memory. To utilize best, discharge to 5% remain, then full. Not user replaceable. The torgue is enough to twist the unit out of a strong grip, but they are best for light/medium assembling, not all day heavy duty
unless a few charged batteries on hand. 1-10 Torque settings are useful with more delicate materials. Unit will turn to torque then click to prevent over tightening. High voltage drills are for all day house-building. 10 years use, units built to industrial strength, built to last. Package is good deal as retail batts are $30 and charger $40+.

Milwaukee Review 10 Years Later, Still Great!
I have no idea when Milwaukee first came out with this cordless screwdrive. I may have had one of the first made. All I know for sure is that, 10 years later, the darn thing still works great. The batteries have held up just fine; I've never had to replace one. It has great torque, and does everything you'd want a cordless screwdriver to do. If this thing every gives up the ghost, you can be sure I'll buy another. It's been a tremendous value.

Milwaukee Review The little red engine that works
First, let me state that I don't work for Milwaukee or any of their competitors. I'm just a consumer like you are. I couldn't decide if I wanted this Milwaukee cordless screwdriver or the Panasonic. When you compare what you get for your money and what you want to use your cordless screwdriver for, well, it's a no brainer. Unless you need a cordless screwdriver to drive hundreds of 4 inch screws into 2x6's, stay away from the Panasonic. You only get one battery and a charger with the Panasonic. With this red beauty you get not 1, but two 2.4volt batteries, a one hour charger, a package of bits for drilling and driving, a keyed chuck which is something I'm always needing (especially when I need to drive small pilot holes) and a beautiful red carry case embossed with the name Milwaukee on it. It's a very impressive package and it works. It also bends into a pistol type driver so you can get into those hard to reach areas. It is also very powerful at 26in./lbs of torque. This is the little red engine that works and works and works and.....Buy it. You won't be sorry and it will quickly become your favorite tool...

Milwaukee Review A Solid, Professional Tool
I chose this saw over the Bosch jig saw. Milwaukee's, simple solid quick blade change feature is typical of this tool's performance and controls - solid, strong, serious. The only (minor) complaint I have thus far is the plastic case - it's HUGE and bulky for no apparent reason. A case 1/2-2/3 the size would be a lot more useful.

Milwaukee Review Better than Bosch
The Milwaukee 6266 is made in Germany (well made)...... an AEG (also an Atlas-Copco company) dressed in Milwaukee red. Far easier blade changes than the Bosch and I think its a smoother saw. No problems with sightlines for me as some reviewers have mentioned- just as good as previously owned Bosch and PC jigsaws. If your in the market for a jigsaw, don't overlook this one. A step above the Bosch, imho. Highly recommended.

Milwaukee Review WOW! Some kind of saw!
Read all the comments and reviews on jig saws in this price range and chose the Milwaukee 6266. Guess I had been using a cheap Black and Decker so long I had forgotten what a quality saw was supposed to do. This thing cuts like crazy! And the quick blade change feature is great. Power to spare. Easy to use. Well balanced. Milwaukee has found a new buyer. I'm ordering other Milwaukee tools because of the quality of the Jig Saw.
